Family Friendly Downtown Home - Private Yard & Grill - Location, Location, Location!

The property was filthy. Black pubic and hair in the upstairs bath tub along with comet streaks that had not been cleaned out. Food remnants on the coffee table. A big circle where something had been in the refrigerator. the sheets were musty and questionable as to whether they had been washed. The owner offered to have the placed cleaned and was sending a cleaning crew over to clean. Having checked in late on Friday - we were unable to access all of the filth until late morning. My mother was dying and I was in town to be with her. The owner should have done the right thing and refunded me for the weekend. She would not agree to that so I have put a hold on the payment through my credit card and am seeking full reimbursement. Nobody should have to experience that kind of filth. Hotels would have down just that - which is what I moved to after this horrible experience. This will make me reconsider using Vrbo in the future.

There were a few issues that the owner did not know about so I am trusting these will taken care of. Tried to call the owner the first night. She did not answer and did not call back. She did however respond to my message. Overall good stay!

The property is so close to downtown. We were able to walk and enjoy the homecoming activities downtown.

Great location to downtown

The location is close to the Classic Center, but it is an uphill walk. Easy walk back from downtown. A little dated but clean.
