We stayed for 10 nights in November in this unit located at The Pearl Condo Motel. The Pros: Very clean unit with nice en-suite showers in both bedrooms. Easy walk to Eagle Beach. Nice pool. On-site parking. The Cons: No washer/dryer. Very basic kitchen (no oven, limited cookware and supplies). Small living/kitchen area with limited seating. No TV in either bedroom. Ownership of this specific unit recently changed and I expect some upgrades are planned. The property manager and maintenance people were terrific. The TV was not working upon our arrival, and it was swapped out in short order. Overall, the unit feels more like a college dorm than a family residence, which is fine but did not deliver the value that I expected for the amount paid.

Very nice 2 BR/2bath unit. Very convenient for getting around. Mgmt team were excellent with quick responses and accommodating. The Pearl offers a great pool, laundry, snack bar and great office help. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to be close to the beach.
