This property does look like the pictures however add 5-10 years of use. The bathroom toilet is very close to the wall, so anyone near 6ft tall has to sit sideways. The pool towels were all bleached or stained. The water dispenser by the pool was broken and had been for a while and due to its outside location provided luke warm water. There seemed to be no quiet hours with other noisy guests in the pool until 1am. Sheryl was one of the more helpful members of staff who arranged our scooter and helmet which was a benefit to the property. Overall, it did the job but was not the place to stay for a week or longer.

We loved our stay at Quest Villa. We're a family of 4 with 2 kids aged 7 & 10. Be aware that this is not a beach front resort. It's about a 5 minute drive from the main area of Alona Beach. Quest Villa is actually 2 separate buildings. We stayed in the deluxe villas which is across the street from the main resort building. There are 4 villas built in one block and the building is quite new so looks great. There is a nice swimming pool and the area is very quiet with a locked gate for security. The room was nice and large and felt very homely. The main bedroom is upstairs and another bed is downstairs. There was a nice couch and tv area for relaxing. You can get breakfast in other building or you can cook your own as there is a full kitchen in the room. They don't serve lunch or dinner. There are at least 30 restaurants within 10 mins. They also provided us with the airport transfers which was helpful. The airport is just 5 minutes away so very close. They helped us to arrange a rental car as well and can book excursions as well. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again for the peace and tranquility.

Everything about this place is beautiful — from the rooms to the common areas and the lovely pool. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. We had two amazing nights here and truly enjoyed our stay.

방마다 소감이 다를것 같습니다. 수영장과의 접근성에 중점을 두어 돈을 더 지불하고 수영장 뷰의 방을 선택했는데, 제가 받은 8번 방은 구석자리에 있어 수영장과 딱히 가깝다고 할 수 없었고, 수영장이 보이지도 않고, 오히려 앞이 막혀 있어 가든뷰보다 더 열악했습니다. 그러나 더 심각한 점은 8번 방 바로 옆이 쓰레기 봉투를 모아두는 곳이어서 말벌 만한 사이즈의 대왕 파리들이 여러마리 날아다니고 있었다는 점입니다. 방이 작고 안에 테이블과 의자가 없어서 음식을 먹으려면 밖에서 먹어야 했는데, 밖에 앉아 음식을 펼치면 대왕 파리들이 날아들어 식사를 방해 했습니다. 쓰레기 봉투에서 날아오는 덤이었습니다. 차라리 가든뷰였다면 냄새나 파리에게서 안전했겠지요. 그리고 수영장 물이 불투명 합니다. 아주 맑은 물을 기대한 것은 아니지만 작은 규모치고 상당히 혼탁합니다. 위치적 불리함을 만회할 안락함이 있을줄 기대했는데, 상당히 아쉽습니다.

The rooms are a decent size with comfy beds. The small patio with table & chairs was a really nice addition. The pool looked clean, although we were only there for 1 night, so didn’t use it. The staff were very friendly & helpful. They suggested taking a tuktuk down to the beach for supper & that was fun. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

This was by far the most amazing hotel we stayed at in the Philippines. We thank Cheryl and the entire team for a five star stay. Room: Comfortable bed, strong AC, cold fridge. Blankets available on request. Bathroom has very hot water that never runs out. Quality toiletries in large quantity. Wifi is generally good but is the one area to improve. Common areas: Beautiful property with lovely palm trees and large deep pool. Highlight of the property. Kitchen that you can use. Service: Impeccable service here. Room ready 3h early. Reasonable rate for late checkout (6pm was possible!) Organized port pickup flawlessly at the last minute. Motorbike rental is not the cheapest but they are flexible and can do half day rates too. Every single request immediately accommodated and the employees seem to love their job. Area: you might need a bike but has two of the best restaurants in town nearby. We walked to the airport on our way out. We absolutely want to return one day and highly recommend this hotel.

Quest Villa has two locations. The one in the photos is on the Main Street, behind beautiful wooden doors, a gorgeous pool ect. The other location is two minutes away, up a dirt road set back off the road. The pool was also nice. The room was a little old and needed some maintenance. Very helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay.

進入Villa 的路況不好 但是Villa 的環境不錯 連住三日 隔天的打掃後 未換床單且留下污漬 感受不佳 其餘都Okay 抵達時已經很晚 由飯店介紹至有專車接送的大碗筷亞洲餐廳 韓式烤肉吃到飽 便宜且不錯吃 除了泡菜不夠好吃之外 有肉、小菜、湯及生菜 Villa 附近的咖啡廳也是早餐的好選擇

The Quest is an excellent establishment. I stay here whenever I visit Panglao. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the services are functional. The front counter is manned 24/7 making check in and check out at random times seamless. I will continue using them for my travels.

It has a swimming pool but we did not get to use it because we were gone most of the time. The property was secured because there is a gate. It was very quiet. The property is all the way in the back behind another building. Their office is across the street. The road leading to the property is very narrow and bumpy and muddy. There is no privacy among guests because it is a loft. There’s only 1 bathroom, for 4 people it is not convenient. The second bed is under the stairs right behind the couch, if you’re not careful you might bump your head on the stairs. There are mosquitoes that go inside when you open the door to answer the door. The staff was very friendly and responded quickly to our rquests.

There seemed to be no quiet hours with other noisy guests in the pool until 1am. Sheryl was one of the more helpful members of staff who arranged our scooter and helmet which was a benefit to the property. Overall, it did the job but was not the place to stay for a week or longer.
This property does look like the pictures however add 5-10 years of use. The bathroom toilet is very close to the wall, so anyone near 6ft tall has to sit sideways. The pool towels were all bleached or stained. The water dispenser by the pool was broken and had been for a while and due to its outside location provided luke warm water. I liked that the property was only a short ride to Alona beach. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice kitchen. The pool is open 24 hrs and only shared with 4 other units. The place is quiet and just off the main road. Very close to the airport, beaches and other attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful. They can arrange tours scooter rentals and rides. Also they have room and laundry service. 2nd time staying there and will stay again. Highly recommend Quest Villa, and Suites !!

We loved our stay at Quest Villa. We're a family of 4 with 2 kids aged 7 & 10. Be aware that this is not a beach front resort. It's about a 5 minute drive from the main area of Alona Beach. Quest Villa is actually 2 separate buildings. We stayed in the deluxe villas which is across the street from the main resort building. There are 4 villas built in one block and the building is quite new so looks great. There is a nice swimming pool and the area is very quiet with a locked gate for security. The room was nice and large and felt very homely. The main bedroom is upstairs and another bed is downstairs. There was a nice couch and tv area for relaxing. You can get breakfast in other building or you can cook your own as there is a full kitchen in the room. They don't serve lunch or dinner. There are at least 30 restaurants within 10 mins. They also provided us with the airport transfers which was helpful. The airport is just 5 minutes away so very close. They helped us to arrange a rental car as well and can book excursions as well. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again for the peace and tranquility.

The rooms are a decent size with comfy beds. The small patio with table & chairs was a really nice addition. The pool looked clean, although we were only there for 1 night, so didn’t use it. The staff were very friendly & helpful. They suggested taking a tuktuk down to the beach for supper & that was fun. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

This was by far the most amazing hotel we stayed at in the Philippines. We thank Cheryl and the entire team for a five star stay. Room: Comfortable bed, strong AC, cold fridge. Blankets available on request. Bathroom has very hot water that never runs out. Quality toiletries in large quantity. Wifi is generally good but is the one area to improve. Common areas: Beautiful property with lovely palm trees and large deep pool. Highlight of the property. Kitchen that you can use. Service: Impeccable service here. Room ready 3h early. Reasonable rate for late checkout (6pm was possible!) Organized port pickup flawlessly at the last minute. Motorbike rental is not the cheapest but they are flexible and can do half day rates too. Every single request immediately accommodated and the employees seem to love their job. Area: you might need a bike but has two of the best restaurants in town nearby. We walked to the airport on our way out. We absolutely want to return one day and highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was okay except for the check in. Our room was not yet available and we were told to wait. After some "arguing" with the front desk, they decided to give us another room. They initially told us that additional fees will be collected since it is a more expensive room. I told them I wont be paying any additional amount since it is not our fault.

Overall speaking, the hotel staff members are helpful and nice. But the driver didn’t show up for transferring me from the airport to Quest Villa. After waiting him for 15 minutes, I got a motorbike to get to the hotel. Though it was dangerous at night, this was my only option

The Quest is an excellent establishment. I stay here whenever I visit Panglao. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the services are functional. The front counter is manned 24/7 making check in and check out at random times seamless. I will continue using them for my travels.

It has a swimming pool but we did not get to use it because we were gone most of the time. The property was secured because there is a gate. It was very quiet. The property is all the way in the back behind another building. Their office is across the street. The road leading to the property is very narrow and bumpy and muddy. There is no privacy among guests because it is a loft. There’s only 1 bathroom, for 4 people it is not convenient. The second bed is under the stairs right behind the couch, if you’re not careful you might bump your head on the stairs. There are mosquitoes that go inside when you open the door to answer the door. The staff was very friendly and responded quickly to our rquests.

The villas are in a different location from the main property(still close to the main property though). Luckily for us, we have transport which made it easy for us to move. We also came in during a rainy season so the surrounding area was muddy. Would be nice if they’re able to cement the surrounding area. But overall stay is good!

Small and intimate place, perfect for what we were looking for. Staff was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. Location was perfect because it wasn’t a lot of traffic so it was pretty quiet for the most part, but still close enough to walk to places and not far of drive to tourists spots. Not to mention there is a coffee shop right next door. Always a plus!

I wasn't as I had thought, but everyone was friendly. It took a couple of days to fiqure things out. It's cheaper to use their take out, than take trike into town and eat that way. We just ordered extra and had it for lunch the next day.

La chambre était bien le personnel très gentil. En revanche, Panglao n’est vraiment pas terrible, trop touristique. Les activités proposés ne sont que des attrapes touristes… très cher pour pas grand chose et on enlève des points pendant l’excursion. De plus, l’activité proposé est à 6h mais le petit dej commence à 6h30. Rien n’a été proposé.

This was by far the most amazing hotel we stayed at in the Philippines. We thank Cheryl and the entire team for a five star stay. Room: Comfortable bed, strong AC, cold fridge. Blankets available on request. Bathroom has very hot water that never runs out. Quality toiletries in large quantity. Wifi is generally good but is the one area to improve. I loved this hotel it was tiny and very cute all enclosed. Would be a great location if you had a group of people and all needed rooms and wanted a private secluded hotel with a nice little garden and pool and amazing staff. This place checked lots of boxes it's close to the airport and not too far from the main spots so it's not super walkable but I would say very worth it to enjoy some peace and quiet with character. One issue I did have though was there wasn't much for hot water wasn't awful but I would have liked a bit more hot water. Would still stay again hot water or not.

Great option if you are traveling late. We arrived at 11pm and there is someome who helped us check in our villa. I like that it is 5 mins drive from Panglao airport. We stayed here for one night and transferred to Hennan alona beach the next day.
