Great location. Beautiful room. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is <1mile from restaurants, St Mark's, Doge Palace, and ferry to Murano/Burano. Windows open all the way, so you can get fresh air very easily. Rooftop bar is a must do at night. Great views. Drinks are a little pricey, but not outrageous. Travel tip, get off water taxi at San Silvestro, not Rialto. Hotel is on the San Silvestro side.

It was right next to Rialto Bridge on the Grand Canal if you want to be at the heart of the action! Rooms were beautiful and comfortable with great amenities! The staff was extremely attentive bringing us whatever we needed whether it be ice, making restaurant reservations for us, or figuring out how to get somewhere. The rooftop bar overlooking the Grand Canal was a bonus as we would end up there at the end of each evening taking in the great scene! There was also a water taxi stand right next to and across the canal so that was extremely convenient at the start and end of the trip when we had luggage to take to get to Piazzale Roma to catch a bus to our car park in Mestre.

This is a wonderful hotel, very clean and stylish and located right on the grand canal, with its own dock for private water taxi service, and a gondola dock right next to it. Central location, easy to walk to major attractions, restaurants, etc. and the rooftop terrace overlooking the canal is awesome. 10/10 book it already.

I would consider this to be one of the best hotels in Venice based on location, hotel conditions (excellent), service and staff. It has an excellent terrace that one can have a drink at night and enjoy the Grand Canal. It is a 2-minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. Also, make sure to take a water taxi from the airport to the hotel and arrive at the hotel docking area in style.

Excellent location right off the Rialto Bridge. Great roof top bar. Check-in was a straightforward. The hotel has its own pier so getting to the hotel from airport and to the cruise terminal was a breeze. Loved this hotel.

Excellent location in Grand Canal, very good price compared to others in location. The hotel is modern which was good, very clean, great breakfast and nice rooftop bar. The concierge was very helpful. The only problem we had was one shower was clogged and flooded the bathroom. The rooms are small try to get a bigger category.

I communicated with the hotel that we would be arriving later. They were very responsive and helpful by email. Upon arrival, we had a very sweet receptionist who apologized when we did not get the room we had booked. The hotel was full, so she offered two options for the next night after she saw the disappointment in our faces when we saw the room in a dark basement… not at all what we pictured. One option was to move up out of the basement and the other to pay 150 euros more for a canal room. We were very tired from travel and did not feel like packing every back up the next day…..even if the basement room that faced a construction storage ….had dirt on the floor and luggage furniture- and hair in the bathroom. We asked if may e they could include a breakfast since we obviously did not get the room we paid for (even the room key had the room number scratched out with pen and changed to the basement room). The answer was no. We asked the next day if we’d be able to have a later check out. Unfortunately, in a not so friendly tone, that answer was no as well. As an Expedia platinum member, I thought that was one of the perks. Just a disappointing ending to a fabulous trip to Italy. Wish we had chosen elsewhere. We were so excited for this hotel while planning.

The room we stayed in (#302) had a beautiful view of the Grand Canal on two sides. The hotel was located very close to the Rialto Bridge and their were several restaurants within a couple of minutes. The room was clean and very upscale.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Excellent location, around 10 minutes walk from the main atrractions. To get there was a 10 minute ferry ride from the train station and then a 5 minute walk over the Rialto Bridge. We had a spacious room with comfortable bed, very modern and clean. We had a view of the Grand Canal, and found the room very quiet when the windows were closed. The breakfast was superb. We can't fault in, and would definitely recommend it to others.

the property was great although Expedia advertised we had a King sized bed with the upgrade to a Deluxe room , paid the upgrade fee and upon arrival the bed was a Queen or Full. was disappointed for i am a large frame guy and my wife and i do not sleep well on a Queen or Full size bed.

We paid over $600 per night for the room. They refused to turn on the AC. We were unable to sleep at night as we had to open the windows to get air in the room. The hotel is in a tourist area and it is noisy . We were unable to sleep with the windows open secondary to the noise. Every time we were at the front desk we heard other guests complain regarding the lack of AC. Despite all the complaints they refused to turn on the AC.

This hotel was amazing. Victor helped us check in, and made this fast trip amazing. Gave us a map with iconic sites to visit, food recommendations, he even helped us plan our transportation back to the train station. Victor was the highlight of this trip and helped us enjoy our day in Venice. The roof top had amazing drinks. The room was elegant and clean. Will definitely recommend this hotel. You have a view to the iconic Rialto bridge from the hotel’s roof top, walking distance from the fish market, and next to the shopping area.

Avoid this hotel. Room service is rude, without a smile, did not deliver 20% of items ordered. The lady was rude and the second morning she took our order again. Had to cancel order with concern of her revenge tactics that may come with the food. The service unprofessional. The only professional person was a lady at reception. Avoid this hotel at all costs. We transferred to The Venice Venice Hotel that is a World-Of-A-Difference with impeccable service along with a more beautiful property. The H10 Hotel simply sucks due to staff!

Outstanding service, Iacopo at front desk proactively cares for every need. Lovely roof top bar on grand canal, breakfast in the morning, quiet outside patio. The deluxe king was spacious even had a couch. We would definitely go there again

No customer service! The man at front desk is so rude! Called us a water taxi to airport , was supposed to be at 9:15 am , taxi came earlier and threading to leave without all of getting in it. Instead of telling the boat driver to wait , he asks us to pay him 150 euro and calling another taxi for another fee! Awfull!!!! Don’t recommend it for Poor Customer Service !
No customer service! The man at front desk is so rude! Called us a water taxi to airport , was supposed to be at 9:15 am , taxi came earlier and threading to leave without all of getting in it. Instead of telling the boat driver to wait , he asks us to pay him 150 euro and calling another taxi for another fee! Awfull!!!! Don’t recommend it for Poor Customer Service !

Fabulous stay at H10 Palazzo Canova! Very friendly and helpful staffs. Location is central. Easy walk to the mall and many restaurants! The gondola ride and private water taxis are right in front of the hotel! One of the staffs at the concierge made fantastic restaurant recommendations that are not tourist traps. The hotel also helped us to arrange private transfer prior to check in and check out. It was smooth and easy. Thank you!

While booked with Expedia and being a guest at the hotel I decided to book another night with Expedia. I made a human error and booked the 2nd reservation for the same day instead of for tomorrow. Ending with two rooms and having one being empty. The hotel employee at the reception was not being helpful neither did Expedia. I would consider this to be one of the best hotels in Venice based on location, hotel conditions (excellent), service and staff. It has an excellent terrace that one can have a drink at night and enjoy the Grand Canal. It is a 2-minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. Also, make sure to take a water taxi from the airport to the hotel and arrive at the hotel docking area in style.

The location was perfect. It is right on the grand canal just down from the Rialto Bridge. It was centrally located to walk to all the different areas of Venice. The staff was amazing and very accomodating. I will absolutely stay here again.

We were very surprised to learn that the walk way to the entrance of the hotel floods eat morning for a couple hours. After leaving for breakfast we returned to discover that we had to walk through water ankle deep to enter the hotel. When we entered the hotel we expressed our frustration for this and were told there is a side entrance that we could have used. Unfortunately the hotel staff is not aware you can only exit through the side door because it is locked from the outside.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Great location on the canal near the Rialto bridge. Concierge was wonderful! Made us some fantastic dinner reservations. Room was very comfortable and so quiet. Breakfast was excellent with many options. This hotel was easily in my top five for any hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Well done!

Beautifully decorated hotel in the perfect location along the Grand Canal right near the Rialto Bridge. Streets were busy, but our room was very quiet, clean and comfortable - especially our mattress which was great for my bad back. The breakfast was very delicious with many gluten-free options like omelettes, pancakes and waffles for my celiac husband. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Da wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten, kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Das Zimmer war allerdings sehr komfortabel, sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr angenehm. Der Service an der Rezeption und das Housekeeping waren exzellent. Einzige Kritik im Zimmer: wir haben sehr gefroren, da die Klimaanlage in unserer Abwesenheit immer auf 16 Grad runtergekühlt hat und sich auch nach längerer Anwesenheit nicht auf wärmer als 19 Grad aufheizen ließ. Jedoch war sie zwingend nötig, da die Abflüsse in Venedig sonst unangenehm riechen. Die Bar auf der Dachterrasse bietet eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf den Canal Grande und die Rialtobrücke, der Service ist freundlich. Zum Essen oder Weintrinken würde ich aber woanders hingehen. Das Essen ist convenient und kann weder optisch noch geschmacklich dem Preis oder italienischen Maßstäben gerecht werden. Beim Wein gibt es - abgesehen von der Rebsorte - auch auf Nachfrage keine weiteren Informationen. Auf die Frage, woher die Weine denn stammen, bekamen wir zur Antwort, es seien ausschließlich italienische Weine auf der Karte. Als erfahrene Italienreisende und Weinfreund hätten wir uns nähere Informationen gewünscht. Fazit: das Hotel ist auf exzellentem Niveau, die Bar auf der Terrasse überzeugt mit toller Aussicht, enttäuscht aber in ihrer Kernkompetenz.

This property is amazing! Maybe one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The rooms are immaculate. The bathrooms spacious. The staff so kind. We loved the breakfast. The terrace bar patio was perfect ( minus the pigeons but that’s Venice everywhere ). Nicoleta the concierge is really special. Everyday she has a smile on her face and is there to help you with whatever you need. It’s almost as though she never sleeps! This location can’t be beat. It’s busy yes but in seconds you are away from a crowd if you need it. Cool shopping area right behind the hotel and minutes to the Rialto bridge. The vaporetta stops are close and easily accessible to the train station. We could walk anywhere in Venice from the hotel within 15-25 min max. I would come back the he same place with no hesitation.

We loved the hotel and the location really was perfect. We got the room with a partial view of the Grand Canal - it was just what we hoped it would be! My only complaint is the rooftop bar is a little understaffed. Probably best though as it would probably be too booked if the service was better as it is exceptional up there. We started goint there from 4-6 as it was not busy and the limited staff could keep up.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Close to everything and accessible by boat. Room was spacious and clean. Weather extremely hot but the a/c worked great. Only negative was the shower floor incredibly slippery. Almost fell a few times. I would highly recommend this hotel.
