New hotel and great location for Ann Arbor business stay. Pool was super clean, place was clean and elegant, and the other guest - mostly also business people - were respectful and professional. Really enjoyed my stay here and looking forward to return trips.

This hotel was very clean and looked to be newly remodeled. Rooms were spacious. We stayed in a king suite. Plenty of room in the bedroom and living area. The bathroom was small and lacked storage. There were some drawers in the living area but not a whole lot. The closet was big. We were able to hang things up we needed. Maidservice was scarce, but we were able to call downstairs and get more clean towels when we needed. Breakfast was pretty standard, with slight variations throughout the days we were there. The eating area was very clean with ample seating. There was a nice variety of snacks and drinks available for purchase that could be charged to your room. The first night we went down to the pool it stunk like sewage. A couple nights later we returned and it smelled better. The water was a bit cold but was fine after you were in it for a little bit. There was a nice firepit outside but it was too cool for us to sit outside. The parking situation was a little odd as the front parking lot of a hotel shared a parking with an Ace Hardware. There was parking around the side of the hotel but it could be more of a walk for people with disabilities. Overall, we would stay here again. The rooms were clean and had all the ammenties we could ask for. Parking was good and you were very close to the highway and interstate to get into Ann Arbor. Besides the lack of restaurants around the area, it was an overall pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay everything in the building is clean and well kept the room bathroom was great. The morning breakfast was wonderful. Couldn’t ask for more. The staff was very friendly and we just had a great day. The pool was very accessible and clean and the fitness room was large enough to work out in and had many things you could use to get a good workout in.

Best Hampton Inn I’ve stayed in. Rooms totally renovated and large. Room temperature was generally fine but a touch warm, but adjusted it. Breakfast was decent. Service was good and staff was accommodating.

Brilliant hotel bathroom design: real walkin shower with grab bars. Sink clean and sealable. Good lighting throughout. Bed was comfortable but very high for a short person. Can't say enough good things about front desk staff, who were courteous, efficient, and really helpful people.

I would have appreciated a second chair in the room. Only one place to sit other than the beds was a bit difficult for a five-day stay. Luckily, one of the staff was kind enough to give us a rolling desk-type chair that we used, and that was fine. I'm not sure how we would have managed without it.

The best part about this hotel was the service, everyone was friendly and professional. Great location near shopping and places to eat. The hotel is beautiful, very new and clean. Room was huge, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning also. Only thing is the walls are quite thin and pool is really small for the hotel size. I would definitely stay here again and recommend

New, clean, modern and spacious. A great hotel if in Saline. Breakfast typical hotel breakfast but good! Beds good, but not the best I’ve experienced. For what we needed this was an excellent 5 night stay. Definitely recommend

Really enjoyed the staff. Especially the day manager. James. He was very accommodating and was able to get us in our room after a 16 hour flight. We were very appreciative. Especially my kids. Thank you Hampton Inn. Would definitely return.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. The young man that works at night was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to answer questions about the game as well. Only suggest would be the food. The food was not the best it could be. the biscuits were hard, sausage was cold on the inside and the bagels were hard too. But the room, staff and service was great.

The food was a 2 out of 10. Hard boiled eggs you had to peel yourself, very few options for breakfast, mediocre oatmeal, strange already prepared a while ago and warmed up fried eggs. Its not that hard to serve scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon. Buy the hard boiled eggs that are pre-peeled. Offer something besides tiny little storebought muffins for a bread option.
