Staff were really helpful, rooms clean and bathrooms well maintained. Pool booking was frustrating but I understand why needed as it got busy. I erall for the money, cannot grumble at all. Would very happily stay again. Great value for money.

Enjoyable stay and this is the 3rd visit for work reasons.. the rooms are spacious and clean. Parking facilities are great with some ev charging facilities. Would happily recommend

Very big hotel with lots of facilities that includes swimming pool, spa, gym, 500 car parking, restaurant and bars, etc. value for money and it’s close to the city centre with about 10 min drive. Very big room with king size beds, bath and shower facility with really big windows. Breakfast buffet has hot and cold including Continental options

Gym and pool facilities were fully booked, hardly managed to get there once. Jacuzzi wasn’t working. Sunday morning at breakfast it was chaos as if we are here to eat for free. No table available no food absolutely terrible experience.

Hotel is great. Except we had to book a hour slot to use the pool per day. Not ideal, as it wasn't brought to my attention at time of booking. Also, 2 weddings taking place during our 2 night stay, which meant bars were extremely busy. Just wish the hotel had mentioned this at time of booking.

Good sized room. Clean. Waited a long time for service at bar, needed to complain but was sorted once acknowledged. Pool was closed on second day due to a fault but otherwise nice stay.

We stayed on bank holiday Monday, the price of this was amazing and our room was huge with a good sized bathroom. Unfortunately the spa/pool wasn’t good at all, it was extremely busy and was not at at all what we were expecting. The seats around the pool were extremely uncomfortable and not beds like the pictures show. As it was busy we wasn’t able to use the hot tub or swim as the pool had little room to move around. As this was one of the only reasons we booked this hotel we were extremely disappointed.

I chose this hotel as i was attending a show at the CBS Arena and had a van to transport the stock etc. The car park has barriers which was a good reason to help deter criminals trying to steal / break into my vehicle. How wrong i was as the barriers were not closed as of 10pm that night !! Aside of this and several ££££'s of damage. The room was fine but i was directly outside of the kitchen extractors so noisy and i could not open the windows for the fumes of food being cooked. I had to eat both nights in the Triumph bar as the restaurant was fully booked, the queues just to be served took 15 minutes, really understaffed with the other bar shut when the hotel is obviously busy. The food itself was not great and twice was sent ot a wrong table which meant arriving at mine was luke warm. The reception staff were very helpful with regards to the van break in but those in the bar area were too busy & stressed to be polite. In a nutshell....avoid this hotel

We attended the Salsa New Year party. Our room 103 was clean but there was really bad mold against the whole of the wall on the window. Staff were friendly. Good breakfast. If we weren't in rush with new year eve festivities we would have askex for another room. But the hotel was also fully booked. Damp needs to be addressed in this room. We could've get into pool as 1 hour slots and pool was full due to new years. Everything else was okay.

The stay overall was ok, we were hoping for slightly better than a premier inn but that was not the case. Check in was easy and positive, we realised that the hotel was very large. We arrived at our room which was a good size and the bed was comfortable however they were the only good things about it. There was no drinking water provided or any drinking glasses for tap water, 2 mugs were provided. The carpet was stained in places and extremely tired. The privacy sheer curtains had mould in places. The lamp on the desk had a massive stain on it and the desk didn’t look like it had been thoroughly wiped down. The bathroom looked clean on the surface but upon further inspection it needs a good scrub, there was dirt on the tap and on the shower gel dispenser( which we didn’t not use). The grout and tiles have not been deep cleaned in ages! The whole room looked like it could do with a deep clean- dusty, dirty, old and tired. Overall that’s how I would describe the hotel. Do not bother with the breakfast it is not worth £13. Low quality meat, cheap vegetables, terrible coffee. I’d expect more for the money. We only upgraded to having the breakfast as we were going to a wedding and wanted food before and the next day - it was a regret. The hotel facilities were also ok, pool was nice but also very tired and screaming out for a re-tile and deep clean. I think that when it was first build it must have been a nice hotel but now is dirty and tired. Staff were nice.

Room is spacious. Beds are comfortable. However one of the linens has dirty marks on it and when we asked for a change they cannot do that. Housekeeping brought us another clean one and we need to change by ourselves. When open the toilet cover, there was poo inside. Really disgusting. Housekeeping needs to do a better job. Other than the above, the hotel is good.

The rooms were tatty stains on carpets they did change our room but that had an even bigger stain on the carpet ,bed sheet had stains although they did rectify it we also asked them to hoover as there was debris on floor

The room was freezing. The heating only stays on a couple of minutes and goes off. The house keepers couldn't be bothered with making the bed on my second night, they just threw the duvet over the pillows haphazardly, I found a small empty pack of my lens wipe on the bed. Probably fell out of my bag or something, when I turned down the duvet. Further prove they did not even attempt to make or even refresh the bed. I have picture evidence of this. Just in case. Was not worth the money I paid for it.

An average stay. It took over 5 minuts to find my name at check in. They had to search for my surname then first name apparently! Why a search can't look at both together is beyond me? Hairs from a previous guest in bathroom, so not cleaned properly. And an old and tired room when I know there are much better and more modern rooms in this once outstanding hotel.

Hotel Location excellent, Marco's restaurant great steak however room and sleep very disappointing Noise from above meant poor nights sleep and bathroom sink cracked taps not correct hot was cold and cold was hot, not a good experience, all that was said at reception when I mentioned this was "oh Sorry about that" Breakfast was good. not sure if I woud stay again.

Would say the rooms are a 3+ star quality not 4. No air conditioning and room was incredibly hot all night so none of us slept well. Shame as the bed was comfortable and room clean. A mini fridge would have been useful to keep water cold but there wasnt one. Poor impression on arrival with huge wedding reception in central atrium and crowds of people blocking the walk ways. We literally had to walk through a photo booth set up to get access to the communal lift. Pool nice. Central areas of hotel seemed nice but didnt use bar/restaurant.

Easy to reach hotel. On 1st impressions the hotel itself & entrance looked like it needed a bit of money spent as carpets looked shabby but once you entered the main atrium & rooms everything improved. A huge hotel with as many rooms so be prepared for lots of walking especially if you're at the end of a very long corridor 😉 Room spotless, 2 large double beds in our room which for a twin room was amazing, beds & pillows were very comfy. Great facilites in room & spa Overall stay ⭐⭐⭐

The staff were friendly but there was not enough of them. For example one bar staff per bar during an event of around 300 plus people and then they would leave the bar unattended. It meant you were waiting over hour to get served. The menu on the leonardo website was not available, and neither were the housekeepers staying out of your room unless you asked them to. My personal towel was taken and they were knocking doors at 1pm knowing the event finished at 4am the night before. The room I was in my neighbor was noisy all the first day banging and yelling till 4am. I tried ti ring reception 4 times but nobody answered and all the manager offered was “a complimentary coffee” which was complimentary anyway At breakfast. Overall the prices of food were extortionate coupled with the appalling customer service I can’t work out why. A hotdog was £18! Doubt I’d ever stay again. As the hotel is not accessible for bus users. You have to walk almost a mile in heavy traffic.

I stayed at the Leonardo hotel on the 5th April and after getting a friendly service by the staff and Emma at reception I came back to stay for a full weekend with my family. We booked 2 twin superior rooms and managed to get both rooms side by side. Once again I was met by Emma at reception and she recognised both myself and my daughter who had stayed there just days before. Emma is a real asset to the hotel for the way she will look after you from the moment you check in. All the staff were friendly. It was my daughter’s birthday the day after we were leaving and once I had told Sofia at checkout, she arranged for a goodie bag with sweets and a small Leonardo hotel teddy to go away with. Thank you for your hospitality.

As soon as we walked through to check in, Emma the manager at the check in desk was ever so friendly and helpful. The staff at this hotel have always been accommodating. Love their leisure centre facilities and the sauna, jacuzzi and pool was open until 10pm on the day we had checked in. Definitely going back soon!

Hotel was placed for visit to Hinckley which was excellent good easy parking and a nice clean spacious room and that’s about it the rest was a complete farce another big chain hotel more obsessed with making maximum profits at customer satisfaction Saturday night and people where queuing out of the triumph bar into the hotel hall way lots of people getting angry about unopened second bar I decided to order room service to bypass this complete car crash situation only for it to take three visits from a very polite lady to get all of my meal !!! And they had the audacity to charge £6 for this farcical service!! Mentioned my concerns to staff when leaving on Sunday morning with my concerns written down on what looked like a scrap of paper and told I’d hear from a manager!!! Still waiting hotel Leonardo!! When will businesses realise customer service cones above profits or else you’ll have no customers and no profits

The room was clean and pretty big. The way the shower is configured is bizarre and left water on the floor after every shower. The most frustrating part was going to the restaurant to have dinner and being told they couldn’t take anymore reservations in a dining room that only had 4 full tables. The host told us to order room service, and then no one at the restaurant or front desk answered the phone for the next two hours.

I chose this hotel as i was attending a show at the CBS Arena and had a van to transport the stock etc. The car park has barriers which was a good reason to help deter criminals trying to steal / break into my vehicle. How wrong i was as the barriers were not closed as of 10pm that night !! Aside of this and several ££££'s of damage. The room was fine but i was directly outside of the kitchen extractors so noisy and i could not open the windows for the fumes of food being cooked. I had to eat both nights in the Triumph bar as the restaurant was fully booked, the queues just to be served took 15 minutes, really understaffed with the other bar shut when the hotel is obviously busy. The food itself was not great and twice was sent ot a wrong table which meant arriving at mine was luke warm. The reception staff were very helpful with regards to the van break in but those in the bar area were too busy & stressed to be polite. In a nutshell....avoid this hotel

The hotel itself is delightful. 25 mins either side of coventry and Leicester. The room, venue and pool was amazing and the family loved it. Priced very well also, overall a great stay. The only niggle is that there was a conference going on and on Saturday, there was a lot of noise at 2am but luckily the kids were already asleep.

the room and the bathroom still had to be vacuumed and there were many cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling, the walls were not sound-proofed and there was a lot of noise from the other rooms and the hallway. superb location and plenty of free parking space.

A nice, big hotel with a nice pool, that we didn't get chance to use, but the bar prices and the very, very inconvenient location, we had a 40 minute walk to get to Hinckley, make it somewhere won't return to but I'm sure that won't have any impact on them or their bookings.

Easy to reach hotel. On 1st impressions the hotel itself & entrance looked like it needed a bit of money spent as carpets looked shabby but once you entered the main atrium & rooms everything improved. A huge hotel with as many rooms so be prepared for lots of walking especially if you're at the end of a very long corridor 😉 Room spotless, 2 large double beds in our room which for a twin room was amazing, beds & pillows were very comfy. Great facilites in room & spa Overall stay ⭐⭐⭐

The Triumph bar/restaurant at night was terrible. You have to go to the cashier, order and pay up front. Even so my order got lost and I had to wait for an hour before getting served. The pasta was soggy and had no taste. Hotel could do with some new carpets also.

Gym and pool facilities were fully booked, hardly managed to get there once. Jacuzzi wasn’t working. Sunday morning at breakfast it was chaos as if we are here to eat for free. No table available no food absolutely terrible experience.

Great hotel very big, loads of parking. Great sized rooms with A/c and fridges in the exec rooms also safes in room. Had 20% off food voucher and a free drink at the bar. The food at the triumph bar was questionable, the halloumi fries and garlic bread were ok but I had the chicken burger and it was awful, soggy, tasteless and the bun fell apart barely cooked

Terrible sub standard food, and worst nights sleep. £18 burger has 2 fragments of bone in it, was given only 10% off. Fire alarm went off during the night 4 times... will not ever stay here again

Room was lovely. Food was pretty terrible at the evening event we attended - definitely 1/5. Breakfast Sunday morning was poorly laid out and staffed, I ended up cleaning a table for my party after borrowing a cloth from a member of staff otherwise we'd never have sat down. Cold plates in the hot food area, broken coffee machines with a very poor quality of coffee. Bucket and warning sign in the breakfast area to deal with the leaking roof meant this began to feel like an episode of Fawlty Towers. Friendly staff but feel they were badly out of their depth. Very disappointing from a conference hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and chose it in favor of the Premier Inn, which would've been significantly cheaper, but regretted it almost immediately. The room had no AC and was really hot. We were given 2 fans, which only circulated warm air, and 1 of them didn't work. We struggled to get time in the pool due to pre-booking being required. The breakfast was expensive (and children had to be paid for, which isnt the case at the premier inn). The breakfast wasn't stocked very well, the tables weren't cleared as quickly as they should've been and there was a reliance on paper cups for hot and cold drinks because the reusable alternatives weren't being washed up in a timely manner. I don't mind paying a premium for a premium experience, but this was far from value for money and next time I'll definitely stay in the Premier Inn.

L'accueil a été charmant. Le hall de l'hôtel est très beau. Les lits sont confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux il y a un trés grand choix. La proximité avec les grands axes est pratique. La piscine est top car nos enfants de 9 et 12 ans avaient pied partout c'est sécurisant. Les petits moins, le rideaux de la chambre sont vieux et sales. Il manque des chaines étrangères aucune chaîne française. Il manque de gel douche, savon et serviettes de bain pour 4 personnes c'était un peu juste. Proposer une serviette à la piscine serait sympa. Séjour agréable néanmoins.

Arrived at the hotel around 9pm, the hotel had about 50 people loitering in the lobby, getting in the way. There were another 100 or so people scattered around the hotel for a conference. All of their bags, suitcase, possessions were left throughout the hotel corridors making it difficult to wheel our luggage to our room. Once we arrived at our room, it was clear it was not properly cleaned. The toilet seat had bleach on it, clearly a rushed attempt at cleaning it. There was one tea bag stocked, no coffee replenished after the previous guest. One milk between the two of us and the mugs clearly had not been washed properly, just rinsed. On the bed, there were long black hairs on one of the pillows. Additionally, the was a section of the carpet (next to the desk) that was ripped and there were a dozen or so bugs crawling around. We went to reception to have this rectified and had our room changed. After lugging our luggage to the new room, it was clear that hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned either. There was a dirty towel lying by the door as we entered. There were 2 pillows missing and a packet of nose-strips left by the bed. We asked for the room to be checked properly. We were told they would bring us 2 more pillows right away but they never did. We also tried ordering room service but it took 20mins for someone to answer. Finally, we were told we would need to pre-book the pool. However, when I emailed the team, no one bothered replying. Very tiring and stressful stay.
