Won Majestic Hotel Cambodia

Great Vegas style hotel/casino. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The pool and gym are nice and the buffet had variety. The surrounding area isn’t great, as tall buildings and a lot of construction. There really wasn’t much to do, hence we went to Koh rong island (a ferry ride away) to enjoy the beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend the hotel for business and those looking to gamble and for the staff who were exceptional (especially Visal and Royce)

The staff are lovely and upgraded us to a larger room. The room was spacious and clean, though the bed was pretty firm. The buffet at each meal was good. I didn't realize smoking would be allowed in the hallways and elevators. The constant smell was pretty terrible.

The service quality and staff are very good. We were picked up in a luxury van from the airport. That was excellent. The rooms themselves are very nice and the breakfast and dinners were also excellent. The main issue is that the town itself really does not have a lot of redeeming qualities. To walk around is not really enjoyable. A lot of the Chinese development has left the area as a bit of a waste land. The major problem with the hotel itself was the fact that we could hear the base music from the KTV until 4 AM in the morning, which made sleeping very difficult. If we had to do it over again, we would’ve went straight from the airport to the ferry docks to get to the islands sooner. Nice hotel and staff but a crummy town. Nothing redeeming. Love Cambodia, but not this place.

Best hotel in sihanoukville. The staff has superior customer service and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet are top notch. This hotel is a wonderful value for the price.
