This boutique is 5 star in every respect…. From our initial greeting at the airport to helpful managers and staff to invigorating temple cycling tour and history background with Sinat and superb trip to Tonle Sep with Rathi to the nightly massages at the spa to the lotus folding lesson with the florist and excellent meals at the restaurant, we felt pampered and appreciated! Both pools are soothing and the hotel’s ambiance and personal products are a cut above anything else we encountered in Vietnam or Laos. Excellent value and worth every single cent (all charges were paid for in USD).

Jaya House is amongst the best boutique properties my wife and I have experienced anywhere in the world. The management and staff are super friendly and helpful. Service is more attentive and personal than most luxury branded hotels. Check-in is done casually during an elegant and delicious breakfast. They will not only make sure you have water at the pool, but will replace the water once the ice melts. The included spa treatments are relaxing. The bar entertainment was beautiful and engaging. The bartenders know how to make a quality drink. The folded flowers are a perfect touch. Our trip to Siam Reap was excellent and Jaya House made it exceptional.

The hotel offered free tuk-tuk transportation around the city (and would arrange same to the temples for a supplementary fee to be paid to the drivers). Excellent complementary breakfast. And 1-hour of complementary spa a day!

A must visit hotel in Siem Reap. From the check in till the check out, you will have a wonderful time in this hotel. All staffs are friendly and kind. There are lots of free service including airport pick up, laundry and even SPA. I also loved their indoor and outdoor swimming pool. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I visit Siem Reap.

This was the best hotel that we have ever stayed at! The staff is incredible, and the facility is beautiful. We had a room with our own plunge pool, which was great to hop in and out of from sweaty clothes! The restaurant is also good. The owner was around and is very well thought of by the staff and other locals—he has really mentored a lot of young local Cambodians in the hospitality field. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay there! Wish I could give it 10 stars!

From the instant you walk in, you are greeted with the friendliest staff - umbrellas in the rain, cold towels after a hot day. The rooms are immaculate and feel so private. The decor is so relaxing, food is incredible, the spa is top notch, and the pools are amazing. Plus all of the inclusions during your stay (free massage every day, tuk tuk rides into town, breakfast - the list goes on an on). I felt like a bit of a celebrity during my stay. I can’t recommend staying here enough - if I come back to Cambodia I’ll definitely stay here again.

It's a well run and very pretty property with 2 swimming pools and a lots of plants around. Their restaurant is nicely decorated (Cambodian style). Their breakfast is delicious. Not only they have an impressive menu (things range from Asian to Western breakfast items) but they bake their own pastries and bread which are to die for. I've tried some of their dinner items, cocktails, and wine which were very good too. Rooms are clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, their mattress is super comfortable. They make their own organic skin and hair products. They provide a fruit bowl which they refill daily. They do laundry (free of charge and super fast too!). Their staff is hard working and super welcoming to guests. They really go above and beyond. I can highly recommend staying at this place if you're in Siem Reap.

One word to describe this place - paradise!!!! Everything was impeccable and the whole place had a calm, zen feel. The furnishings all over the hotel were gorgeous. The staff was so aware of the guests at all times and seemed to anticipate what one needed. Two pool areas - also beautiful and peaceful. They did all our laundry for us at no charge. Also gave us a couple of complementary massages, which were excellent. They offered free tuk-tuk rides to restaurants and town. I could go to this resort for a week or two and never leave. Highly recommend it

The definition of luxury. Every detail is perfection. Just book it - it’s wonderful from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Ps coffee bar opens at 5am, one free incredibly massage every day, ice cream at the pool, the best club sandwich you’ll ever have, free tuk tuks all over town, and the grounds are stunning. If you go on any tours, request Tom - brilliant, inviting, and loves what he does.

This is an absolute gem! The property is beautiful and exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The staff are thoughtful and attentive without being intrusive. The food, free spa services, and free transportation are very high quality. This is one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had (and we have traveled a lot).

Best place to stay in Siem Reap and I would highly recommend. This beautiful property had the best service I have ever come across. Perfectly clean and large modern rooms. The gardens and pool areas are stunning. Everything is included - mini bar, tuk tuk service, laundry and daily massages. We were greeted on our return every day with cold towels and drinks. Every single staff member goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Fabulous Boutique Hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough to help you. The rooms and grounds are beautiful. Dinner reservations are made for you and tuk tuks provided (and included) to get you there and back. The team can also organise any tours and guides that you want.

The Jaya House hotel is such a peaceful Zen like hotel. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and there are such interesting pieces of art in every nook & cranny. I also loved that the hotel is very into the environment and treats their staff like family. Wonderful place to stay.

Badass Boutique Hotel! Jaya House is the perfect combination of the best B&B you’ve ever stayed at, and a small, ultra-luxury hotel. We chose Jaya due to the abundance of positive reviews. First, I’ll establish credibility: We’re extremely discerning and difficult to please…Having stayed in some of the finest hotels on the planet and consistently seeking perfection, we'd consider ourselves ‘travel snobs’. Now to our experience......Our eyebrows were raised during the complimentary airport pickup. A driver and an English-speaking tour guide whisked us away in a new, oversized comfortable van, and offered us water, cold towels and fresh fruit for the ride. Check in was perfect. A glass of our favorite, a personal debriefing, and our luggage waiting in our room. The room itself was immaculate with an included minibar and every attention to detail you can imagine. We stayed in a plunge pool suite. Christian, Chris and the entire team ensure every need and want is taken care of. From arranging private Temple tours to dinner reservations, they have your back. You're given a pre-programmed cell phone at check-in to continuously communicate with the staff while exploring Siem Reap. The hotel tuk-tuks are complimentary, and their friendly drivers will happily pick up and drop off all day until 10:00PM. You indeed feel safe and at home. It's a well run and very pretty property with 2 swimming pools and a lots of plants around. Their restaurant is nicely decorated (Cambodian style). Their breakfast is delicious. Not only they have an impressive menu (things range from Asian to Western breakfast items) but they bake their own pastries and bread which are to die for. I've tried some of their dinner items, cocktails, and wine which were very good too. Rooms are clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, their mattress is super comfortable. They make their own organic skin and hair products. They provide a fruit bowl which they refill daily. They do laundry (free of charge and super fast too!). Their staff is hard working and super welcoming to guests. They really go above and beyond. I can highly recommend staying at this place if you're in Siem Reap.

Staff excellent, arranged a late check out to accommodate our schedule. Breakfast delicious, endless options. Spa was great. Free mini bar. Tours and guides offered thru hotel were wonderful. Eco friendly. Peaceful and serene with very comfortable beds and pillows. Stay was perfect

Check in service was excellent. Transportation to and from hotel was provided by the hotel, and it was outstanding. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Massage services were outstanding. Manage hotel consistently made sure our experience at the hotel was excellent.

It isn't a perfect property but its darn near close. Exceptional staff, an owner who eschews typical hotel practices, really good food and a breakfast better than almost every hotel we have stayed at. Services that come with the cost of the room. Just exceptional.

Amazing late check in by the Managing Director, Christian who organised complimentary Vegetarian Club Sandwiches and drinks. The airport transfers both ways was seamlessly organised. The complimentary laundry service, mini bar service, tuk tuk service, daily 30min massage service per guest were incredible and most welcome. The complimentary tuk tuk city tour was a joy and very informative. The private Angkor Wat and other temple tours were well organised with a very knowledgeable tour guide and a pleasant driver in a luxurious car. Well done Jaya House!

This has been by far one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. We visited in October and we had to bring our baby boy and we could not have felt more welcome. Atmosphere was amazing but the most remarkable was the staff working there. We will for sure be back. A huge thank you for making our stay so good

The service was impeccable. The manager Christian greeted us after a late flight to check us in with sandwiches and snacks. Cheery the day-receptionist was outstanding. Easily the best hotel we have used ever. Very highly recommend!!

Exceptional service, far beyond any other hotel that I’ve experienced in this price range. Each staff member was incredibly friendly and went out of his or her way to optimize our experience. When they learned that we had a late flight, the staff took it upon themselves to look for late checkout options for our group. Details such as complimentary tuktuk service and massages made for a lovely stay.

With plenty of choices of fabulous properties in Siem Reap, Jaya stood out because of it’s beautiful design, layout, friendly and very helpful staff, and location relative to Angkor Wat.

The hotel offered free tuk-tuk transportation around the city (and would arrange same to the temples for a supplementary fee to be paid to the drivers). Excellent complementary breakfast. And 1-hour of complementary spa a day!

Simply an extraordinary place, with a chic, bliss-inducing design and every convenience anticipated and fulfilled. The hotel is a short (complimentary) tuk-tuk ride into the busy downtown, but also a short walk to treasures like the Khmer Ceramics & Fine Arts Centre. They even had the coffee bar staffed and substantial breakfasts packed as we departed at 4:40am for our sunrise tour of Angkor. We truly can't recommend it highly enough, and won't think about staying anywhere else if we are lucky enough to visit Siem Reap again.

Best place to stay in Siem Reap and I would highly recommend. This beautiful property had the best service I have ever come across. Perfectly clean and large modern rooms. The gardens and pool areas are stunning. Everything is included - mini bar, tuk tuk service, laundry and daily massages. We were greeted on our return every day with cold towels and drinks. Every single staff member goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble for them.

My husband and I spent five nights at Jaya House recently. The hotel is everything as it states on the hotel website and beyond. The location is excellent. It is at the edge of the town so it is quiet but is close to the center of the town's actions with a very short complimentary tuk-tuk ride. Jaya House is a perfect choice for Angkor Wat and surrounding Siem Reap. Quiet, lovely rooms, impeccable service, nice pools. They arranged our private guide for two days, took care of all our transportation and gave us a free spa treatment!

One word to describe this place - paradise!!!! Everything was impeccable and the whole place had a calm, zen feel. The furnishings all over the hotel were gorgeous. The staff was so aware of the guests at all times and seemed to anticipate what one needed. Two pool areas - also beautiful and peaceful. They did all our laundry for us at no charge. Also gave us a couple of complementary massages, which were excellent. They offered free tuk-tuk rides to restaurants and town. I could go to this resort for a week or two and never leave. Highly recommend it

We stayed at Jaya House instead of a chain and we are so happy we made that decision. Christian, the owner, has created an incredible and luxurious hotel with service that will blow you away. They were so thoughtful and caring at every turn, provided tuk tuk service, laundry service, massage benefits, an incredible restaurant, luxurious grounds, an amazing room and much more. The employees are all really well treated and you can tell everyone is happy to be there. It really made our stay enjoyable and ultra relaxing. Thanks Jaya house!!

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The ever helpful staff, the thoughtful take away breakfast for the early trip to the airport, the unlimited laundry, tuk tuk service and fantastic food. Loved the ice cold water brought automatically whenever sitting around the pool. Could not recommend this hotel highly enough

The staff was amazing 😀. Always willing to assist with any requests or issue Even anticipating future needs before a request was made. So many choices for breakfast - both ala Carte and buffet layout. Also they provided free daily laundry service and offered free daily massage for 1 hour at the SPA.

Jaya House is amongst the best boutique properties my wife and I have experienced anywhere in the world. The management and staff are super friendly and helpful. Service is more attentive and personal than most luxury branded hotels. Check-in is done casually during an elegant and delicious breakfast. They will not only make sure you have water at the pool, but will replace the water once the ice melts. The included spa treatments are relaxing. The bar entertainment was beautiful and engaging. The bartenders know how to make a quality drink. The folded flowers are a perfect touch. Our trip to Siam Reap was excellent and Jaya House made it exceptional.

We had an excellent honeymoon stay at Jaya House. From pick-up at the airport, to drop off 5 days later, we were able to relax and really enjoy Siem Reap. The hotel owner helped organize a multi-day tour of the Angkor temples with a fabulous tour guide (Mr. Hann) and we still had ample time to enjoy the pools and spa facilities at the hotel and explore the town. The food at the restaurant is excellent, especially the Khmer cuisine, and very reasonably priced. The staff is LOVELY! So attentive and kind. We will be back to the area and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else!

Excellent service and food with a personal touch. Very attentive staff and manager, taking care of all our needs, from bug spray to tuk-tuk for travel to arranging tours. Delicious food and plenty of good options for vegetarians. I was glad we stayed here instead of a large hotel.

I do quite a bit of traveling and always enjoy staying at nice hotels. Jaya House takes it to another level. From the instant you walk in, you are greeted with the friendliest staff - umbrellas in the rain, cold towels after a hot day. The rooms are immaculate and feel so private. The decor is so relaxing, food is incredible, the spa is top notch, and the pools are amazing. Plus all of the inclusions during your stay (free massage every day, tuk tuk rides into town, breakfast - the list goes on an on). I felt like a bit of a celebrity during my stay. I can’t recommend staying here enough - if I come back to Cambodia I’ll definitely stay here again.

One of my top hotel experiences of my life so far. I've stayed in some of the fanciest resorts and hotels you can name throughout the world and this one takes the cake. Laundry included, two separate beautiful pools, attentive staff, café opens at 4 AM with fresh croissants at 4:30 AM, free daily massages, incredible clean updated rooms with everything you could possibly need, Complementary tuck tuck tuck you around town or wherever you need, cold hand towels waiting when you return the resort without fail, every tour they arranged for us was top-notch and reasonable, located in a wonderful neighborhood where you can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, Matcha whatever you need, complementary incredible breakfast and restaurant on site, twice daily housekeeping, no tipping until you check out, the owner greeted us at check-in and explained everything and was a delight. I can't say enough. If you're going to Siem Riep stay here!
