Technologically advanced hotel. User-friendly options, multiple elevators which was very helpful and winding stairs that were easily navigable w/ luggage. Hotel security cameras were a great feature and the location in the city centre was very nice.

Unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation email for my second room booking, which required me to contact customer service for assistance. I would like to commend your customer service team for their helpfulness, politeness, and patience during our conversation. However, I must express my disappointment with the condition of the rooms. I found the accommodations to be quite lacking. The fridge in one of the rooms was excessively noisy and could not be turned off, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, the table was not clean, and there was no table lamp available, unlike in the other room occupied by my companions. The bathroom facilities also left much to be desired. The absence of a removable shower head made for an inconvenient experience, and the shower curtain felt outdated. The overall space felt cramped, reminiscent of a cabin rather than a comfortable hotel room. Moreover, I noticed that the linen in one of the rooms was stained, which was quite concerning. The bed placement, right against the window and curtains, further contributed to the feeling of confinement. Overall, I found the hotel to be quite dated and more suited for a budget stay. I believe there is significant room for improvement in both the facilities and clean. We arrived after 23:00 and were quite tired from our journey. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with parking, as there were no available spaces at the hotel. We managed to find alternative parking, but it added to our stress

Hundvänligt hotell med många gäster med hundar under hundutställningshelg. Rent rum med skön säng och fin utsikt. Bra frukost. Tyvärr saknas riktigt schampo (endast bodywash) och det separata duschmunstycket fungerade inte. Hotellets takparkering var tidigt full på vardagar (före första inchechningstidpunkt) och så trång vid infarten att en olycka enkelt sker t ex på låg sockel i plåt som sticker ut ca 50 cm där bilen behöver svängas 90 grader.

En väldigt trång parkering med få platser. Rummet var väldigt konstigt utformat och toaletten var som på finnlands färjorna. Rummet får bara 2+. Frukosten var bra 4+ Personalen vid incheckning kunde bara finska och engelska trots att det stod i i fot om hotellet att dom pratade även svenska

They charge for breakfast 12-14 euros! The laundry is free but there are no dryers. This place is very conciously GREEN! Credit cards are used for everything in the city.

Lots of restaurants nearby. Cooking facilities available. Laundry facilities very appreciated. Wonderful staff. Beautiful park across the street. Walking distance to the market.

Parking is a little confusing. Nice stay, easy to walk around to waterfront, mall and restaurants.

Rooms were clean and the hotel had nice common spaces. Could use more confortable chairs in common spaces tho.

Excellent city centre location, close to major shopping centre and the train station. Room was in excellent condition and clean.

Housekeeping was terrible. Reception and breakfast area was superclean. Very helpful staff.

Without them I would have changed hotel after a few days. Positives: - Coffee and kettle in the room (but no tea or coffee) - Microwave and fridge -Water and (terrible) coffee at the front desk for free Negatives: - Coffee in the breakfast room / during the day. Nowadays it is no longer acceptable to be offered a filter coffee in the hotel. There was no other offer. This is an absolute no-go for me as a frequent traveler - Breakfast The breakfast is not good at all. The egg tastes like nothing. Salami and cheese are cheap quality. If the hotel sells itself as climate neutral, a minimum would be that it offers regional products. So it would be worth paying a little more money to get a high quality breakfast. But this breakfast is not recommended and it is too expensive for this poor quality. Rooms: The beds are of poor quality. Changed rooms but the beds were the same.

Dåligt att det inte ens fanns ett vädringsfönster då vanliga fönstren inte gick att öppna! Alldeles för varmt med 3 personer!

Underligt rum, med ngn typ av badrumsdel mitt i rummet. Undrar om de tagit ur badrumsdelen från ett siljafartyg. Sängar, ok, kuddarna under all kritik, knappt värda att få kallas kudde.

Mycket bra läge mitt i Oulu och nära til kommunikationer. Rummet enkel standard, en skön säng och egentligen det man behöver. Arbetsytan med bordet i en typ av nisch, funkar men känslan som att sitta i en stor garderob.

Ett mycket bra hotell till ett rimligt pris, rent och snyggt, och inte minst mycket god service från personalen. Att Green Star dessutom är miljöcertifierat ger ett extra stort plus.

Good location close to city center. Well-equipped room with refrigerator and microwave. Clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast area too small, gets really crowded in the morning. The hotel needed more staff. The two people working in the morning were trying hard but finding it difficult to manage the reception and the breakfast.

Trevligt hotell med modern touch. Sängen var aningen hård och toaletten på rummet var ganska trång. Däremot var personalen mycket trevlig och proffsig. Frukosten hade allt man kunde önska och det centrala läget med närhet till såväl restauranger som shopping vägde upp nackdelarna med rummet. Detta hotell är helt klart prisvärt och får 4 av 5 i betyg av mig!
