Hyatt Place LAX/Century BLVD

Absolutely horrible! I've never had a worse experience.1.) walked into heavily perfumed lobby that did not smell nice and gave me an instant head ache 2.) person cking me in was very slow like he hadn't slept in days. Not friendly at all. 3.) all bedding and towels smelled repulsive. I didn't ask for another rm because I figured they would all smell the same for not being bleach/sanitized, lack of/or cheap laundry soap. I bought a can of Lysol and sprayed down everything. 4.) shower head is terrible. Doesn't adjust at all, just painful stringing hard force of water that left me red. 5.) sticky drink ring on nightstand. So everything is probably not wiped down. 6.) ck out guy was not friendly and didn't ask me how my stay was or thank me for using their hotel.. 7.) I have not received my $200 deposit back yet. 8.) $7..13 charge on my cc. I've had to email billing dept to see if they have fraudulently tried to charge me for food or drink that I did not use. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. EXPERIENCE IN A HOTEL.

The room was immaculate. The staff came within 5 minutes of request for blankets. We requested them very late. They were extremely kind. Very pleasant stay.

Modern, clean, nice shower, good breakfast for a hotel. The self serve tea was great. Nice hotel esp for an airport. Would stay again

Convenient location with airport shuttle. The rooms and property overall were very clean. The only issue is the front desk does not answer the phone. I wanted early check in and had to physically go to the front desk to request it. I provided my number for them to text me when the room was ready. I never got a text and again had to show up! Thankfully there was a nice lady who was able to get me a room early!
