De los peores viajes que he tenido. En primer lugar no tenian mi reserva cuando llegue tuve que hablar a La agencia y ya la "vieron" luego al segundo dia dicen que por un "error" de ellos mi habitacion se la dieron a alguien mas, que me cambiarian a otra habitacion!! . Obviamente no acepte y me "cancelaron" mi reserva , hable a la agencia y me dicen que ellos no cancelaron nada, y la propiedad me dice que tuvo "otro error" que no esta cancelada pero que cancele para que me puedan dar una habitacion nueva y que pague directamente en el hostal!! cosa que me prendio todas las red flags del mundo, asi que opte por cambiarme de hotel. El lugar , el ambiente es bueno pero NO saben resolver absolutamente nada.

호스텔측의 컴퓨터 시스템 문제로 숙박 예약아 되어 있지 않았음. 예약 서류를 보여 주고도 방 배정 받는데 한참 걸렸음. 데스크에서는 자신들의 잘못을 인정하고 사과와 함께 타월 한장을 보증금 없이 제공하긴 하였음. 신용카드는 받지 않고, 현금만 받았으나, 영수증도 발행하지 않았음. 일반 호텔에 비해 가격이 반값 정도란 점을 제외하면 추천 의사 없음. 가격의 경우도 한국 돈 3만원 정도면 괜챦은 호텔이 가능하므로 이 호스텔의 가격 경쟁력도 크지 않음. 다른 선진국의 유스호텔과는 달리 자국 문화 관련 프로그램도 별로 없음. 따라서 유스호스텔 취지에 제대로 부응하지 못하면서 특정 가족에 의해 영리 목적의 단순 숙소로 운영되는 것으로 파악되었음.

전체적으로 B- 정도입니다. 장점은 개인 셀에 장막과 작은 보관함(자물쇠 사용 가능)과 아울렛이 있는 점이었습니다. 단점은 아래와 같습니다. 로비 (바닥)와 숙박한 방을 비롯하여 청결엔 신경 더 쓸 필요가 있을 것으로 보입니다. 외부 식음료는 금지며, 구내 카페만 이용케 되어 있는 데 밖보다 가격은 싱대적으로 비쌌습니다. 무료 아침은 제공되지 않았으며, 수건도 디파짓 후에야 지급되었습니다.태국 관련 관광 정보도 빈약하였으며, 카페 외 투숙자들이 어울릴 수 있는 공간도 거의 없었습니다. 이상은 세계 여러 나라의 유스호스텔 경험자로서의 소감이었으나, 개인 여행자를 거의 수용하지 못하는 한국의 유스호스텔보다는 한 수 위였습니다.
