Studio M Arabian Plaza Hotel & Hotel Apartments

Had a chance to stay at Studio M. Liked the property, very convenient location and very well kept facilities. Looked after by duty Manager Gulzar, I must say he has surpassed level of excellent customer service. Very help ful, polite and well aware of how to look after guest. Highly recommend him and his leadership skill.

Gym and pool were okay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Not much to do in terms of activities, however, the metro station was within 5mins walk from hotel, which was very convenient for me. Clean room, and staff were able to help when available. Staff is responsive - I requested a change in something, and they were able to get it done in time.

I stayed in the hotel apartments for two weeks due to a business trip. The best part was the breakfast buffet. All the food was freshly prepared every day, with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits. You can also request egg dishes made to order, and the chefs are truly skilled. The head chef, Rodrigo (I apologize if I misspelled his name), clearly takes great pride in his cooking. When he found out I was Korean, he even specially prepared kimchi for me. The concierge team and staff were all very kind, which made my entire stay enjoyable. I frequently used the outdoor pool as well as the gym. Although the hotel is a bit far from downtown, the Green Line metro station is very close, and there is a large supermarket in the same building, which made everything extremely convenient. However, it is unfortunate that the facilities feel somewhat outdated. I occasionally noticed unpleasant odors in the restrooms (in the lobby and near the first-floor gym). There was also a leak from the bathroom ceiling in my room. When I preheated the oven in my room to 200°C, the circuit breaker tripped several times. In addition, the washing machine and dryer did not function properly—the drying cycle took far too long and clothes did not dry well. That said, these drawbacks were minor compared to the great location and the kindness of the staff. I would definitely stay here again for sure. • It would be nice if the gym could also provide 2 lb dumbbells for female guests.

Hotel was average, staff and service was good. It has 24hr small snacks store, no bar in the hotel as advertised. Metro station is very close walk

Cet hotel est dans un emplacement merveilleux. Proche d'une station de métro, proche de toutes les commodités que l'on voudrait (supermarché, pharmacie, restaurants et même une clinique véterinaire, ...) et même très proche de l'Aéroport. La propreté et le service sont de qualité. Avec une piscine pour enfants, il est un cadre agréable pour un sejour en famille.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé Chambre spacieuse pour 4 avec une grande salle de bain ( douche et baignoire ) Piscine chaude a l'extérieur et un grand buffet soir et matin

This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Dubai. It's very close (less than five minute walk) to the Al Qiyadah Metro station, from where you can get to most anywhere in Dubai. On the walk between the hotel and the Metro station one can find not one but TWO supermarkets. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. With a coffee shop in the lobby, it's got everything you need for a relaxing stay in Dubai.

Awesome clean Hotel with Five star facilities

The hotel provided a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The customer service was exceptionally attentive and friendly, making us feel most welcome. Our room was incredibly comfortable, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment after a long day. I was also very grateful for the flexibility allowing an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the amenities available added significant value to our stay, enhancing the overall enjoyment of our visit.

We booked 2 nonsmoking rooms but we received one for impaired person (bathroom with sewage system that needs to be repaired because of the smell- room Nr 141) and one smoking room. After change of kind words we were promised that smoking room will be changed next day for non-smoking room with higher quality . Nobody cared and did not made the change for next 4 nights till end of our stay. If you come at “ wrong hour” for breakfast you twill not find at least few dishes.I will add that I am Rewards Gold Member at Hotels.com. The only plus of hotel is near Al Qiyada Metro station.

E la seconda volta che torniamo a Dubai e veniamo sempre in questo albergo. Lo staff gentili e disponibili. Colazione ottimo e varie La pulizia da migliorare anche perché ci hanno lasciati le tazze sporche in camera dopo aver pulito. Delle volte torniamo alle 5 di pomeriggio e la camera ancora non è fatta. Ma tutto sommato qualità e prezzo sono ottime

Rooms are smelly and dirty. At reception they don’t give proper information and are not helpful

Overall, the hotel is decent and I’ve had good experiences before. However, during this stay there was a noticeable sewage smell in the hallway, which was very unpleasant. Also, the Ramadan dinner buffet was extremely crowded at sunset, and when coming slightly later there was very little food left. Hope it can be improved.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, goes over and above to make your stay comfortable, room is a great size and beds are very comfortable. Quiet, good location.

Vorsicht bei der Bettenwahl: wir waren zu viert und hatten ein King size Bett. Das zweite Bett war dann keine Auszieh Couch, sondern eine primitive Eckcouch. Geht gar nicht. Die Wollten Geld für ein Aufstellbett. Nach meiner Beschwerde gab es zumindest ein Bett. Ansonsten stimmt die Preis Leistung.

Cleaning was good, service was okay. Apartment was pretty big but mist appliances were not functional. Overall good experience.

Located almost beside the metro meant that it was very easy getting to other parts of Dubai. The buffet breakfast was great with staff very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated having the 2-bedroom apartment.

I stayed in the Residences section of the hotel, my 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious with 1 1/2 bath, full kitchen and roomy living room section. The room was spotless clean and comfortable and smartly decorated and furnished. The hotel staff from reception to dining room were all attentive and professional. I did the half board option and found the breakfast and dinner buffets to be good assortment and tasty, especially the Indian foods and flavors.

Very comfortable accommodation. The staff is excellent, so attentive and pleasant, very efficient. Had to extend my stay a few times and the process was just seamless.

Great hotel, great location, great staff!

Terrible service. The staff is very unhelpful and disrespectful, specially to black people. We went to the dinner buffet and the man there yelled at us because we were 4 minutes early. We were told it started at 6 pm, we were there at 6:26 and the doors were not locked so we walked in. As we started looking at the buffet, he walked out of the kitchen and yelled at us like we were little kids. The next day we tried booking our stay using our points, we arrived at the hotel at 8 pm after a long day visiting, and they told us we had to call Singapore to use our points even though we had a confirmation and had booked everything online. In Singapore it was midnight and everything is closed. So we had no choice but to find a place to stay for the night. Our card was not working that is why we wanted to use our points. They are very quick to take payment but if you want to use your points you must call Singapore. Well then if you want to take my money you better call my bank in US too. So unprofessional.

The manager is horrible to us, the staff at the reception is a racist and one of the cleaners stole from us while cleaning our apartment, the manage and the staff did not give a listening hear I was treated like a trash. Their customer service is very very poor!!!!!!

My stay at this location was great. Transportation is very close by.

Prima locatie, goed ontbijt, heel vriendelijk personeel, fijn zwembad. Ligt vlakbij metro aan drukte weg, maar dat hoor je niet.

The property looked rough at night but alot of places to eat and gift shopping aroud. Good hotel to dubai on budget. But will have to do cabs n transet to get to major sights

I had a pleasant stay at Studio M Arabian Plaza Hotel & Hotel Apartments. The location is very convenient—just steps away from Al Qiyadah Metro Station, which made it easy to get around Dubai. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained.

メトロそばのロケーションで、移動は楽。　周りにスーパー・ハイパーマーケットがあり、小物を買うのにも問題なし。　フレンドリースタッフ。　お部屋にはフリーのペットボトルが二本セットされていて水不足にはなり難いか？　ボックスティシュがあったのはプラスですが、部屋用のスリッパと綿棒が無かったのはマイナス。　全体的にアメニティーが少ないと思いました。　朝食美味しかったです。

Better food or at least more international

Everyone was very accommodating. Muhammad at the front desk was exceptional, he listened to our needs and was quick to come up with options and even upgraded our room. He took such good care of us! The breakfast was fantastic and if ever in Dubai again Studio M will definitely be where we stay! GREAT JOB GUYS!

Das Schlimmste an diesem Hotel ist das Essen. Schreckliches Frühstück. Jeder Morgen ist gleich. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Und es ist unmöglich, es zu essen. Das Abendessen war abwechslungsreicher, allerdings war das Fleisch meist nicht ganz durchgegart und sehr zäh. Außerdem wurde uns beim Check-in eine zusätzliche Gebühr berechnet, da wir früh am Morgen ankamen. Aber niemand berücksichtigte, dass wir um ein Uhr morgens aus dem Hotel auscheckten, obwohl wir für den ganzen Tag bezahlt hatten.
