The room itself wasn't exactly dirty but it wasn't super clean. It smelt very musty. The jacuzzi tub was nice and surprisingly clean. The sink and shower didn't drain very well. For the price it wasn't bad. Quiet rooms tho

I've stayed at some cheap motels in my day but have never stayed at such a disgusting, poorly maintained motel. Looked to be full of permanent residents. I wish I'd known this before staying there. Ruined the entire trip to Eureka Springs. Roaches, creaky floors, poor plumbing, didn't clean room between nights, didn't replace towels, poor lighting, balcony view of grown up woods and an inoperable swimming pool. Do yourself a favor and find a different motel.

Lady in the office was friendly. We stayed in a room with a jetted tub and I felt the need to walk to the store to get disinfectant to clean it before using. Which I did. The towels were not folded sitting on the tub. I didn’t use them. The door knob was loose and made the key hard to turn and the door frame was cracked and broken as if someone had to kick it in. The worst of it was sitting on the bed having a snack when a very large cockroach tried to get in my drink. I do believe that also may do some extended stays and it very much appeared that people have been there for awhile along with broken down vehicles. To top it off they asked my husband for drugs which is wild and unsettling.
