It was a nice room and we liked the location. The only thing was that we had to park in the front and my husband had to come and pick me up. They could use more parking in the back.

Great view! Didn't get to use the pool but it was very clean., but no pool towels. Room was very clean. Looks like a brand new jacuzzi and shower unit. Need to have extra toilet paper on hand. I personally don't like carpets in the rooms, but it was very clean. Bed was ok. Plenry of towels. A/C unit needed some cleaning. Plenty of towels

The property was very quite. Didnt hear dogs or loud music. There was people living there full time which is fine because it didnt bother us. The room was clean and the hot tub bath was very nice. The pool was clean and cold. Cheap and convenient.

Checked in after waiting 30 minutes for the clerk to return from lunch. Got in the room, turned the beds back and found active bed bugs in the bed!! Checked back out and had to find Lysol to try to clean off our luggage we laid on the beds.

Room smelled gross. Had to buy candles to stand it. Carpet was gross and found someone else's prescription bottle under a chair that i noticed...then seen a roachcrawling across the bed. Bedspread was so old that you could see thru it. Will never be back .

The room smelled like mildew. I instantly started coughing and got sick from it. The room did not have WiFi as advertised. When asking one of the people cleaning they told us to tell management because most didn’t have it. The room is EXTREMELY old which I kinda expected. However the smell and lack of WiFi and cell signal combined became a huge issue.

The heater in our room wasn’t working. Temperatures were very cold. We moved to another hotel for next day. Our dog found a pigs ear dog treat under bed. Other items including vape and half eaten food under bed and dresser. There were dead bugs all over, should have been cleaned better. Next day was offered another room but didn’t want to take another chance there.

We woke up with bites on us...come to find out there were bed bugs in the room. We found them on our towels alive. Do not recommend. Yeah price is great, but then it could cost you $100s more if you take those bugs home with you.

Pullin into the parking lot I could tell I had made a mistake. Office smelled musty and old and was dirty. Stair case to room had rust holes all in them and were littered with trash. Room stunk of cigarettes and moldy musty smell. Sheets were stained and had hair on them. Bugs and roaches coming out of bathtub drain.

Room was good for the price. As others have stated there are long term residents but all were respectful. We were on the back side and the view of the woods was very nice. The WIFI only seemed to work in the front by the office. They were helpful and apologized for the service not working and that they had called the internet provider. Was not a big deal for us but something to consider.

The Razorback was interesting. It’s ran by an older couple with an autistic grandson. They were really nice but this property is really showing its age in the carpet, plumbing and just in general. The bed in my room could have not of had a harder bed if was made of rocks! The hotel is situated on the highway into town, so make sure you’re prepared for that. The people are nice but it’s old and more run down than I had expected.

The property is old and musty. The room we reserved through Expedia wasn’t available for first night and said would have a double queen instead but it was not that either. Old worn loveseat instead of second bed. There were fingernail clippings on the floor and the coffee tray had grime in it, and hair in the ice bucket. I found a spider in one of the towels. Moved to 2nd room as originally booked for 2nd night and the door lock was hard to open. We overslept checkout but instead of calling or knocking, someone just opened the door. Glad I had the chain on but was not decent.

People at the front desk who checked us in were very friendly and gave a great recommendation for a restaurant. We stayed in a hot tub room down below. Upstairs seems like an old-school funky Roadside Motel. However, downstairs it’s very similar to a state park lodge. we will be back!

I’ve stayed at most of the lodges in Eureka Springs, and the Razorback Lodge was possibly the best value of all of them. Staff was friendly and welcoming and the room was what you would expect for ES, a clean comfortable place to lay your head.

Nice bed, good hot water for shower and clean. A little out of date but that really does not affect the stay. Staff was fantastic when our tv didn't work, went to desk and help was there in just a few minutes.

Great location, right on Vanburen road. We got the wooded view from the back. We had some real cool neighbors next door. Had a great time visiting with them. The weather was Great.

It is located next to the main road which even though is quite busy the motel room was very quiet. It was pleasant to get a good night's sleep in. Close to downtown and where the Passion Play was, nice central location.

Lady in the office was friendly. We stayed in a room with a jetted tub and I felt the need to walk to the store to get disinfectant to clean it before using. Which I did. The towels were not folded sitting on the tub. I didn’t use them. The door knob was loose and made the key hard to turn and the door frame was cracked and broken as if someone had to kick it in. The worst of it was sitting on the bed having a snack when a very large cockroach tried to get in my drink. I do believe that also may do some extended stays and it very much appeared that people have been there for awhile along with broken down vehicles. To top it off they asked my husband for drugs which is wild and unsettling.

Do not stay here unless you want to feel dirty. The door into the office was filthy. The office dirty. The room old and dirty. Stains on the couch and chair. I would never recommend or stay there again. Spend the extra and find a cleaner place. This place makes Eureka Springs first impression seedy and old.

The carpet is dirty and stained from years of use. The shower has mold growing along the top. The shower drain is slow and filled with hair. Mysterious stains on walls that need to be cleaned and painted. Furniture is stained. Spiders literally crawled out of the bed. It was disgusting. I don’t know how this hotel received good ratings which was one of the reasons I chose this place. I feel like I was deceived by Expedia.
