Great staff and extremely attentive service. Location is great. Would just highlight that the property is not big - the lobby area is small, and all the guests luggage is stored in the lobby: so it feels/looks a bit hectic at peak times. The room design feels centred on practicality for cleaning and low maintenance rather than guest comfort. Our room did have a balcony though with great views. The staff are amazing. A great base for a city getaway.

Truly an urban oasis! The lobby is really calm and soothing. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Rooms were well-designed, spacious (for the city!), and clean. We also tried some drinks at The Tavernist and we had a great experience there as well. highly recommend!

Beautiful property with extremely comfortable beds and amenities. The hotel staff are extraordinarily friendly. They have complimentary simple breakfast, tea/snack time, and happy hour beverages daily. They even dropped off a small cupcake and balloons on my birthday. We really loved staying there and can't wait to go back!

Good quality boutique hotel, rooms nice, lobby warm. But too few elevators so every time long wait. The 2 elevators also used for service and staff not trained to make room for 1 or 2 customers to also ride elevator. Staff are friendly, but they should try to allow customers to share elevators instead of leaving luggage cart or clearing cart right in middle

This is our first experience staying at a Kimpton hotel. Previously through friend’s invite, I had brunch on the 12th outdoor area, overall was a positive experience. I particularly liked its private vibe. When it comes to value, as the Taiwanese like to quote “value of CP”, honestly it was in the low side for me. I truly enjoyed all the thoughtful design details in the room. Overall the cleanness fell short. Not very thorough. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was great and with more than good amount in quantity. We stayed here for 4 nights this trip. While I understood that the room assignments are rather on a first come first serve base, for the clients who stay more than 2/3 nights should have a bit more of the latitude on the floor choices as on those lower floors at this particular location, wasn’t that aesthetically pleasing on general.

飯店的訴求以及設計是很好的，有兩家餐廳也有一定的水準，但是早餐非常的一般，工作人員有服務的熱誠，態度也很好，房間算是很乾淨，尤其是在浴室廁所的那一段，整體白色的地磚。唯一是房間的塑膠地板，靠近吧台，地面上的污漬其實很清楚顯眼，看來是很難清理乾淨。

基本上只要來台北出差或者來台北玩選來選去大概就是兩三間飯店在選，那以往的經驗住金普頓也是住得非常的愉快跟舒服，但此次美中不足的就是進入房間就是有牙籤在地上然後排水蓋沒有放回去以及地上有紅色的水漬，但整體的住宿感覺還是非常的棒，尤其值班經理Cindy給予非常多的協助也萬分感謝以後還是會繼續來住宿的。

Loved the location (3 minutes walk to station) and the spaciousness. Breakfast at the Tavernist was fantastic - not the usual buffet but Taiwanese options and nicely done French toast etc, plus good coffee with latte art. Loved our stay

An upmarket business hotel so not recommend to bring spouse/partner. The room is a little small (hence the business hotel) but has everything. Heard the restaurant Tavernist is excellent, we couldn't get a table because it was fully booked. Perhaps the hotel can be kind enough to offer/suggest to the stay guests?

Staff are best! Excellent location. Love the arty feel of the hotel. Two minor negatives: I stayed on level 11 (below the restaurant and bar), while sound proofing is good, you can hear frequent walking and chairs moving. If you are light sleepers, avoid that floor. Also, the bedhead uses considerable space of the bed so if you like me (medium height 178cm), you will find your toes to be at the edge of the bed. If you are taller, definitely remove the bedhead!

Fantastic stay at Kimpton Da An. We originally planned to stay 2 nights and move to W Hotel but we decided to extend our stay after just one night. We were super impressed by the awesome service and excellent location. The hotel is near the MRT exit and is a great licale for foodies with so many excellent eateries nearby. A special shout out to the Kimpton team of Jeff, Hunter and everyone else. They made us feel so welcome and we extremely attentive and proactive - well done team. 6 star service and we'll definitely come back to visit. A HUGE THANK YOU!!!

Kimpton is one of my favority brand in the World. This was the reason to chose this hotel in this Taipei travel. 1) Excellence location: If you plan to use TSA (Songshan Airport), only less than 30 min from Airport to Hotel (by Subway or Taxi). And also can use blue (BL) and brown (BR) line subway easily. Can reach Dongmen area by walk or bike. You can rent bike from hotel too. 2) Modern place: The hotel built recently. Overall design and facility place quite new and morden. 3) Pet friendly: Love this point too. Kimpton brand is generaly pet-friendly. No need additional charge and hotel prepare the amenity for your love one (pet) too. This time, I didn't travel with pet. However I could see the time spend with the others having a great time with pet in Happy hour.

We were disappointed on the breakfast. We were expecting to have open buffet. We expected more local food. My wife had an vegetarian and is very oily. Overall is good but breakfast is not liking.

Social hours and breakfast soy milk are a nice touch. Customer service is top notch as one would expect from Taiwanese, staff are always friendly and up for a chat. Amenities slightly lacking in room toilet though I suppose you can request for them.
