Quentin XL Potsdamer Platz

Located not too far from Potsdamer Platz (10min walk), the hotel had everything a business traveller could want. Room size was good and had a good-sized bathroom too - I took a larger room. Breakfast was also fine but no other meal options were available.

Zimmerservice nur auf Anforderung. Ist zwar ok, aber wenn dann zu wenig Handtücher bereitgelegt werden ist das nicht so schön. Die Bar ist ein Reinfall… Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

The hotel was very nice, very modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing is the parking lot which is nice that it‘s next door but $25 was very expensive for the location which is just ok.

Wir kommen wieder . Einen Punkt Abzug weil parken in der Umgebung schwierig ist und die eigene Garage nicht so groß ist. Das Omelett wurde leider in Fett erträgt. Sonst war alles bestens

Great location clean rooms and friendly staff, nice breakfast overall I enjoyed staying in room 311. However, I faced two pain points which is the windows don’t isolate the outside noise properly and using the elevator to navigate my way to the reception wasn’t easy.

Sehr schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen, Parkplatz gegen Aufpreis verfügbar, freundliches Personal (spricht jedoch nicht immer deutsch > Englisch).

There was a night club next to the hotel and the parking was bot available

Very trendy stylish hotel but missing basic features like hot water on the high floors and a bottle opener to open the bottled water supplied and poor breakfast and only 1 working lift.

When we arrived we had to wait till the next day to take a shower i upgraded to a superior room and it was still dirty in the shower

Sauberkeit wird hier nicht groß geschrieben. Für 4 Sterne erwarte ich Sauberkeit.

Auf den ersten Blick ist es ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem ist das hotel gut gelegen und sehr gut an den Nahverkehr angebunden. Leider war das Bett nicht sauber und im Bad waren Wasser und Kalkflecken.

Es war im großen und ganzen alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, leider waren die matrzatzen ziemlich durxh gelegen und die riesen glasflächen im bad sehr verkalklt. Ansaonten waren wir aber zufrieden.

Not too bad, except housekeepers forgot to place hand soap for the sink every day clumps of long hair were tangled in the freshly washed towel… Rest of others were OK enough.

The room was really dirty, it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned at all. Lots of hair on the bedding, lots of dust on the table and the bathroom was really terrible. Mold on the faucet. The air conditioning doesn't work either. Luckily we are offered to move to another room, which is a bit better but still not as well cleaned.

Hotel is lovely and modern and furnished beautifully. Wanted to pay city tax in cash on arrival and had to fight to get them to accept it, rather than card. Rooms are lovely with large bathroom. Booked a King room but were given a twin. Had to wait a few hours to have this rectified but were upgraded in the end. Large, comfortable beds. Water did not always run when turning on taps or shower. Were told this was a Berlin problem rather than a hotel issue. Rooms were cleaned on request only which was fine but had to keep asking for tea and coffee.

Unser Doppelzimmer war modern und stylisch eingerichtet. Teilweise etwas abgewohnt, aber sauber. Badabtrennung aus Glas (Jalousie als Sichtschuz vorhanden). Glastür zum Badezimmer gewöhnungsbedürftig, da nicht richtig schließbar. Für uns für eine Nacht okay. Bett mit einer großen Decke und guten Matratzen und pro Bett zwei Kissen. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten gehörte ein Wasserkocher, Nespressomaschine mit 2 Kapseln und Wasserflasche Softdrink. Das Zimmer zur Straßenseite war sehr laut, die Fenster dämmen den Straßenlärm kaum. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption nach Ohropax wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Dies war sehr freundlich. Da wir nur für eine Nacht gebucht hatten, war uns der UMZUG zu aufwändig. Wir haben uns Ohropax besorgt und dann sehr gut geschlafen! Das Frühstück war für uns ein guter Start in den Tag. Es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas. Sehr ansprechend gestalteter Frühstücksraum! Vom Hotel fußläufig schnell am Potsdamer Platz.

Vi havde et ophold på hotellet en nat. Værelset og badeværelset var rigtigt flot og morgenmadsbuffeten var rigtig lækker. Eneste minusser var at elektriske persienner på badeværelse og værelse ikke virkede, samt at trods værelsets beliggenhed på 3. Sal kunne høre trafikstøj.

The location of the hotel was good, transport options, cafes and more close by. Really easy to get around especially by bike. The communal areas were very pleasant and clean. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed and a great shower. I couldn't hear a thing during the night and slept really well.

1. AC ineffective - the room was really hot when I arrived - The AC didn’t help. I kept the windows open when in the room. 2. Third night - No water to have a shower 3. Internet repeatedly failing causing me big expense with roaming charges on my phone. I thought this was a 3 or 4 star hotel - Really POOR.

Second time staying here and I always come back. Nice, clean and huge rooms.

Så flot et hotel og stort værelse. Det sødeste personale som var så imødekommende og hjælpsom. Klar anbefaling og kommer klart igen.

Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und fand es optisch sehr ansprechend, allerdings musste ich beim Service an der Rezeption einen Abstrich machen, da ich telefonisch mehrfach nach Dingen fragen musste und sie teilweise dann doch nicht bekommen habe (z.B. ein Bügel-Set, welches ich bekommen sollte) oder erst nach wiederholter Nachfrage am nächsten Tag (eine bestellte Zahnbürste).

Cooles Hotel. Leider hat das einchecken relativ lang gedauert.

Hotellet var fantastisk! De ansatte leverte topp service, rommene var rene, og hotellets design og utseende var moderne og koselig på samme tid.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war super! Im Zimmer könnte der Boden renoviert werden. Sonst war es gut.

Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, allerdings werden die Zimmer nur auf Wunsch gereinigt. Man muss leider vor 10 Uhr dies der Rezeption mitteilen. Obwohl ich das gemacht habe, wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Uns wurden auf Nachfrage frische Handtücher gebracht. Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, da wir es nicht in Anspruch genommen haben und außerhalb gefrühstückt haben. Das Hotel ist gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.

Hallo, wir haben für unsere Kollegin einen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel gebucht (Business trip). Am check in bat man sie den sog. Meldeschein auszufüllen und markierte die Stellen der Informationen welche man benötigte. Dieser wurde leider in deutscher Sprache ausgehändigt (unsere Kollegin spricht nur English). Das Feld welches besagt, dass es sich um einen Business Trip handele, wurde nicht erwähnt. Sie wusste also nicht wirklich was sie dort angeben muss und was nicht. Die Kur Taxe wurde ihr im Nachhinein berechnet. Am Telefon erzählte man mir, dass wenn wir einen Nachweis der Beschäftigung hinterlegen, würde das Geld zurück gezahlt werden. Das taten wir und händigten ein Original Nachweis der Rezeption aus. Daraufhin erzählte man ihr, das es nicht rückwirkend im System geändert werden könne, da die Buchung auf ihren Namen (privat) läuft und nicht auf die Firma. Der letzte Stand war, dass das zuständige Department dies prüfen wird und man sich bei uns zurück melden wird. Ich finde es wirklich schade, wie man nicht nur mit unserem Gast sondern auch mit uns umgegangen ist. Der telefonische Kontakt als auch der vor Ort an ihrer Rezeption war leider sehr unhöflich und nicht hilfsbereit. Wir sind enttäuscht und werden sicher nicht noch einmal ihre Anlage besuchen. Wir hoffen dennoch, dass wir diesen Fall lösen können und das Geld zurück erstattet bekommen und hoffen ebenso, dass das mit anderen Gästen in Ihrem Hotel nicht wieder passt. VG

This was a great location to watch the Berlin Marathon! It was a little far from the subway, but not too bad. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and atmosphere was happy.

Överlag en bra vistelse. trevligt hotell med bra läge. det enda negativa var att vi bad om städning och leverans av tvål som aldrig inträffade.

Hotellet virker luksus, men det er ikke det. Småskittent rom, ikke særlig god frukost. For langt fra "sentrum". Hyggelige ansatte.

Brilliant hotel centrally located in Berlin, short walk away from a couple of main U stations. Would highly recommend

We stayed for 4 nights here and were very pleased with the hotel, and its location! The hotel staff were friendly, and accommodating, we were able to leave our luggage on our first and last days which was very useful. Easy to walk to various U-Bahn and bus stops, Potsdammer Platz also in walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay in Berlin!

Nearby Postdamer platz and all transports. Good restaurants and cafe 5 minutes from the hotel.

This was a great location to watch the Berlin Marathon! It was a little far from the subway, but not too bad. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and atmosphere was happy.

Avståndet till Potserdam var mycket mer än vad man trodde och man behövde använda kollektiv i vinterkylan. Hållplatsen låg nära hotellet dock. Annars var hotellet bra och personal man kom i kontakt med var vänliga. Frukosten var oxå bra..

Ok hotel. En del kalk på toilet. Morgenmadsbuffet kan der arbejdes med. Pølser og bacon var kold begge dage, og personalet ikke helt oppe på beatet med opfyldning af mad og drikke.

Excellent, extensive buffet breakfast...one of the best, however no other meals were offered.

Very nice rooms, sleeping was fantastic. The only thing that was very disappointing was the breakfast. They had no natural yoghurt, eggs were to hard boiled and green. We did not dare touch the pancakes, muffins and cream cheese as they seemed to return from the day before.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, waren für 3 Tagen dort. Die Betten waren wirklich gut. Die Innenausstattung war für ein 4* Hotel würdig. Haben mit Frühstück gebucht. War alles super, nichts zu beanstanden.😊

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Es hätte sauberer sein können, es war recht staubig Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Nichts gegen Aufbackbrötchen, aber dann sollte man sie nicht zu lange backen, sie waren sehr hart. Mit dem Nachfüllen von Käse, Marmelade,Obst Joghurt etc aber

We spent a lovely eight nights in this hotel. The bedroom was very comfortable and we were able to feel right at home. The breakfast was excellent and totally set us up for the day each day. There are great transport options nearby in order to explore Berlin.
