Climate controls were set so no adjustments could be made .... room was very warm ... had to get a fan and keep the window open 24/7, which increased the noise level. Restaurant and bar were clised during our stay. Breakfast was very diverse and excellent every day.

Taxi dropped us and I thought what had I done! This hotel went above and beyond our expectations. The rooms were well equipped and decorated with loving care. The roof top area for wine and dinner excellent. Breakfast was more than expected. Manager called us to make sure everything was ok. We were pampered from the moment we arrived until we had to leave but we will be back. A+++

I was very disappointed in the resturant not being open. We received an email telling us to make reservation, but when we arrived we were told the restaurant was closed for the weekend. Stll was able to use the top deck which was beautiful. Our windows were extremely dirty on the outside.

The hotel was in a great location close to many sites(within walking distance). The room was spotless and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay, the bed was comfortable with a choice of pillows. Not much of a view but then wouldnt expect it in a hotel in built up area. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. Good restaurants and shopping areas are a walking distance. Going to points of interests is easy. It is walkable. The train station is also nearby. The front desk and hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Breakfast was great. We received very good service! Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here in our next trip to Athens!

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The roof top restaurant was a great viewing spot for the Acropolis and Parthenon. Our room was very clean and spacious! We would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Athens!

This is a superb boutique hotel in a great location in Psyri, only a short, few minute walk from Syntagma, Ermou Street, Monastiraki, and Acropolis. The room was spotless, breakfast buffet was excellent, hospitality and helpfulness of the staff were off the charts, and the view from the rooftop terrace was priceless.

Great location for being close to everything and being able to walk everywhere. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, pleasant, and professional. The room was very nice and very clean. The only thing we didn’t like was the noise level but maybe that’s unavoidable in the main part of Athens. The walls are paper thin so we could hear the family beside us very early in the morning and the street noise from outside was all night. We also found the bed and pillows very uncomfortable.

Se encargaron de llevar las maletas a la habitación mientras hacíamos el check-in, también nos dieron algunas golosinas al llegar, un cupón de descuento para el bar y una hoja con frases básicas en griego y su pronunciación; todos son muy buenos detalles que se agradecen. Esta muy bien ubicado, a unas cuadras de la plaza Monastiraki. Se puede llegar caminando a la zona de Plaka y a la Acrópolis. No desayunamos en el hotel porque en la zona hay muchas opciones. El único inconveniente es el tamaño de la ducha, que es reducido, pero tolerable. En general fue una estancia muy agradable.

We stayed two nights at the Pinnacle Athens prior to a cruise leaving from Athens. Email communication with hotel was excellent, and they arranged transfers to and from the hotel that was on time and priced reasonably. We booked Superior Suites (2 Adult Couples) and enjoyed the size of the rooms, the amenities, and a welcome basket including a bottle of wine. Our room also included a breakfast buffet that was fantastic. All of the breakfast options were fresh and very well presented. In the evening we dined both nights at the rooftop restaurant where we had stunning views of the Acropolis. The staff of the hotel were very welcoming and the personal service in all areas are top notch. If we ever travel back to Athens there will be no question where we will stay!

The concierge team at the Pinnacle is exceptionally warm and helpful! They helped us arrange transfers, make dinner bookings and were simply delightful every step of the way. Our suite was cozy and comfortable. In retrospect I may have opted for a slightly larger option. The roof deck had a beautiful view of the city and THE nicest waiter in the world. This is a great option if staying in Monastiraki area. Great shopping and restaurants nearby.

Even before I arrived, the staff was already reaching out to see how they could support me and help make my stay special, offering airport transfer options and full concierge services. By the time I arrived, I already felt a genuine connection with the team. I arrived much earlier than check-in time, and Dimi was incredibly kind and welcoming. He greeted me warmly, completed my check-in, and offered a complimentary coffee and croissant upon arrival. When I was ready to explore the neighborhood, he provided me with a map and a list of basic Greek words to help me connect with the locals, and he kept me informed about when my room would be ready. When I settled in, the suite itself was absolutely lovely. The layout was comfortable and inviting, and it was the perfect place for a short stay. The location is ideal, with everything within easy reach. The entire staff, including George and Panos, were truly wonderful, attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in ensuring that I was well cared for. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff provided the most amazing service from start to finish—warm, attentive, and always eager to help. The location was perfect for our family, just steps away from great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Our two-bedroom suite was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we could ask for—ideal for our family of four. The hotel also arranged transportation for us, which was prompt, professional, and made everything so convenient. My husband and I spent 2 nights in this lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Athens. From the moment of our arrival, Dimi greeted us warmly and was a wealth of information on the area and recommended sights. He was genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible, concerned with our transfers to and from the port/ airport. He is a wonderful first impression for the Pinnacle Hotel as are the other front desk staff. The location is excellent, we walked to the Plaka area to shop, drink coffee/eat, strolled through the fish and meat market. We did a hop on, hop off bus to get an overview of the city, went to the Parthenon. Everything was a walkable distance. We had 2 delicious dinners on the rooftop patio overlooking the Parthenon. Thank you to our lovely, smiling server Evie for taking such good care of us! Breakfast was a delicious, pleasant surprise with lots of variety. The room was clean and comfortable, and although the sounds of the city and early morning church bells might not appeal to some, we found it all charming capturing the essence of the city. The hotel itself is great. Good value for your dollar. Close to everything (walking distance to main attractions and restaurants) The hotel is on a very busy street so sleep wise, not the best. Otherwise I would recommend. The staff at the reception is exceptional. Extremely resourceful.

Hotel was very central so good for walking to a lot of the sights. However being central comes with a lot of noise, hotel is on a busy road our room was on the third floor & the noise from the road is loud & continuous all night. Unfortunately I have to say our evening meal in the hotel restaurant was probably the worst we’ve had. Breakfast was ok but limited choice. All the staff were friendly & very helpful.

We had an amazing stay at the Pinnacle Athens. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best part is the location of the hotel. Centrally located in old town Athens and easy walking to the Acropolis, museum, shopping, and restaurants. No need for a car. We would definitely return.

This is a superb boutique hotel in a great location in Psyri, only a short, few minute walk from Syntagma, Ermou Street, Monastiraki, and Acropolis. The room was spotless, breakfast buffet was excellent, hospitality and helpfulness of the staff were off the charts, and the view from the rooftop terrace was priceless.

Room was very small but not unexpected. Climate controls were set so no adjustments could be made .... room was very warm ... had to get a fan and keep the window open 24/7, which increased the noise level. Restaurant and bar were clised during our stay. Breakfast was very diverse and excellent every day.

Pillows came in only flat and overstuffed. Bar and dinner were not available the evening we were at the hotel. The hotel staff was incredible, before during and after the stay. Helped with transportation, and setting up a tour guide. Location was perfect, 5-15 minute walk to anything we needed, restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions. Will stay with them again

We liked the location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the rooftop dinner with the view of the Acropolis. Our server was amazing, running up and down those stairs and not missing a beat. She was so sweet. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Athens.

My family and I had a WONDERFUL stay. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The dinner served on the terrace was also incredibly. The rooftop terrace has a wonderful view of the Acropolis and the hotel is situated in a great area. Highly recommend.

I was very disappointed in the resturant not being open. We received an email telling us to make reservation, but when we arrived we were told the restaurant was closed for the weekend. Stll was able to use the top deck which was beautiful. Our windows were extremely dirty on the outside.
