Nyrenoverat och rent rum, centralt boende, bra säng/bäddning, trevlig personal men vi behövde be de städa så det kändes lite omständigt. Det gjordes bara 1 gång under en vecka. Incheckningen var lite krånglig men efter 20-30 min kom en från personalen och hjälpte oss vilket var toppen. Receptionen var i princip aldrig bemannad. Väldigt nöjda men små detaljer gjorde det lite mindre prisvärt än vad det hade kunnat vara.

We were not very pleased with our room, where we stayed for two nights. There was very little water pressure in the shower, so it took forever to rinse out shampoo and soap. The shower curtain did not cover the last 30 cm at the bottom, so the whole bathroom was wet after taking a shower. The metal frame holding the curtain in the bedroom had fallen off, creating a risk of it hitting someone on the head every time it was used. The large glass lamp above the desk was broken and had not been repaired or removed, leaving a dangerous situation with sharp glass. All of these issues were reported one hour after checking in, but the only thing that was fixed was a temporary solution for the shower curtain. Unfortunately, this was only put in place at noon on the second day, so we only had a use of it on the day we were checking out. The hotel offers cleaning service every third day from check-in, which will not benefit the majority of guests, who are likely to stay for 2–3 days for a city break. The hotel also asks guests to remove their own garbage every day, including on the day of checkout. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, and the bed is comfortable.

Gostamos do quarto, que apesar de limpo, estava com cheiro de cigarro. O quarto tem as comodidades necessárias, mas é um prédio antigo. A cozinha era completa, inclusive com alguns itens como torradas, geleia, manteiga e duas garrafas d’água. Existe um self check in e quando chegamos a chave não estava no lugar combinado, mesmo tendo recebido uma mensagem de que nosso quarto já estava disponível. Entramos em contato e prontamente o host veio resolver. Pedimos late check out e não foi possível atender, mas nos permitiram deixar as malas num espaço comum (mas teríamos que entrar em contato com o host para retirar pois não fica ninguém no local - não foi necessário pois a pessoa responsável pela limpeza estava presente). Quando fomos buscar a bagagem, precisávamos usar o banheiro, mas não tinha nenhum a disposição. Não existe uma equipe de recepção e check in, que fique na propriedade. Ainda, eles te pedem pra retirar o lixo, e jogar em uma lixeira pública, que fica a minutos do hotel. Achei inconveniente afinal você já está pagando pelo serviço e existe uma limpeza no quarto após a sua deixada. Pelo preço e o que oferece imagino que tenham diversos outros apartamentos, inclusive que proporcionem uma estadia mais agradável. O hotel entrega o básico.
