The hotel looks like a giant barn. Very cool. I loved the indoor/outdoor hot tub! The pool has fun activities for kids too! Hot breakfast included and options for dinner as well. Rooms are clean and quiet. Highly recommended to stay here if your in the area.

Very nice stay. We didn’t get to experience the Farm area or events but talked about bringing my nephews back to do so. The indoor/outdoor hot tub was the best end to our day of travels. Could maybe use a cleanup and paint on the handicap chair lift but I promise it didn’t ruin our stay. It’s by the water and I’m sure you have a routine to care for equipment. Staff was great. Easy to get to the location. Breakfast was basic but good. No issues. Only reason I marked 3 for property conditions and area conditions is because we really didn’t get to experience all there was to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The pool and outdoor area were absolutely amazing—perfect for relaxing and spending time with the kids. The restaurant connected to the hotel was spacious with delicious food and top-notch service. The atmosphere throughout the entire hotel was wonderful, and the employees were incredibly attentive, showing such warm hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—truly an ideal spot for families!

We were traveling home to Indy from Illinois and needed a place to stay for the night. The hotel was nice, clean, and our kids (13 and 16) enjoyed the pool, while I enjoyed the gym. The gym is very nice by hotel standards. Open, clean, big, and have a couple of each machine + benches. It was a bit pricey for just a place to stay, but comparable to the area because of the attraction there. We've been to Fair Oaks Farms many times over the years, but were not going this trip. It would be a great place to stay if you were doing Fair Oaks Farm though.

Nice pool and hot tub facility. Very well kept and always a good supply of fresh towels for the pool area.Very nice and clean breakfast dining area with a better than normal number of choices for breakfast.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. A lot of variety and healthy options. Our grandkids came and had dinner with us and swam and LOVED the pool and the slide. It was perfect for our little one and the older ones. The restaurant attached was very expensive but next time we will just eat somewhere else before checking in.

This hotel was very nice! It was spotless, had a great pool for the kids with a hot tub that had inside and outside access. Right on the grounds of Fair Oak Farms which is a great place to take your family. Highly recommend!

Overall, the stay at the hotel was really nice! The room was clean, roomy and comfortable! My kids loved the bathtub! The bedding did smell a little strongly like bleach, but other than that, no issues with the room! The pool however, in my honest opinion… was not good. It didn’t seem like the pool had been cleaned in quite a long time. The floor/tiling felt very gross. There was like greenish gunk all over. Someone’s child had pooped on the floor of the pool, and at least for the 30-40 minutes that we were in there, it was never cleaned up. So I left a towel over it and let the front desk know. I did think that the concept of the indoor/outdoor hot tub was neat! It seemed slightly more sanitary than the rest of the pool area. It could be a very nice aspect of the stay, but it severely needs cleaned/redone. The restaurants at the stay and the breakfast were all very good! Overall it was a decent trip! Just could use a little extra tlc!

The room was very clean and the beds were like heaven. The shower though has almost no water pressure.. but the extra toiletries were great. No need to pack shampoo conditioner body wash.. there was some structural cracks along the ceiling. But all in all in would totally come back

Great time all around. Property is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub was so cool. Sofa bed is awful and not comfortable. King beds in hotels are smaller than standard king. Smoke detectors have flashing lights that drive me crazy. Overall will go back and highly recommend! Restaurant food and service was awesome.

This was a very clean, modern hotel right on the Fair Oaks Farm property. Great for a tourist stop. I stayed one night on business and found it to be a bit noisy for my taste. I was in a first floor room, granted, but at times hallway noise sounded as if it was coming from in the room.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. The free hot breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The only complaint I have is the bed. Neither my husband nor myself slept well because the bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable. It was a king bed and it sunk down in the middle. It was hard to not slide into the middle because it was a pretty deep concave. They definitely need to get a new mattress. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Average accommodations. We liked that there was a corridor between hotel and restaurant so we didn't have to venture out on a cold evening. The room temperature fluctuated, went from hot to cold. The breakfast in the morning was quite good, lots of choices and good quality.

My husband and I are both reward members and make it a point to stay at Marriotts when given the opportunity. Recently, we stayed in Fair Oaks, Indiana and although the property and facilities were top notch, the mattress was awful. I wanted to pack it up and leave in the middle of the night it was so uncomfortable. The bed was actually a hideaway bed that was not explained when we called for the room. It will not stop us from visiting, but it will have me asking more questions about the bed/mattress.

First time staying here website makes it a little deceiving. When we checked in the staff member wasn’t friendly. Check in was quick however, you have to sign a waver if you plan on having your kids use the pool. The hotel is very clean and modern. The pool was nice and clean. All the cool kids things to do are not open during the “spring break” season. So maybe I woulda had a better experience during the summer. There is a building that is open the adventure center however they close at 5. Check in is at 4. So a one day stay it’s not really doable. None of the outside stuff was open even though it was beautiful outside. The only place to eat is the farm restaurant and it’s OVERPRICED! The food was dry and lacked seasoning. The cowfe isn’t open. Maybe if this was a different season it woulda been worth it and the price we payed. However this trip wasn’t worth it.

Felt like I was a bother to be avoided when checking in. We were early so I asked....no room check in an hour, but no luck. Then shift change occurs and there was a room available with new person. If it wasn't a two minute difference, it would not have bothered me

Toilet backed up on its first use. Shower drain clogged and only 1 person in or party was able to shower during our stay. No maintenance man available to fix toilet. We had to carry the filthy dripping plunger thru lobby and spilling in the elevator on the way up to my room. If you expect us to fix your toilet then discount the room and put a plunger in every room. So we basically paid full price for a room that didnt have lavatory services.

Staff were complicated to work with. We called ahead (days before) asking if we could have a roll away bed. They confirmed and set it up, but when we got there fought us saying we couldn’t have one. Was very frustrating we had a teenage boy with us he could not share a bed with our daughters. Then we asked for tape to fix our daughter’s birthday toy she broke and they accused us because we said birthday of sticking things on the wall and AGAIN argued with us. Demanding we show them the walls and as they see nothing was put on their walls it was to fix a TOY!! Never again we will stay somewhere else when we go back for our membership to the attraction parts.

Everything about this place was above par for me! The staff was phenomenal, especially Kayla! She helped make my daughters 18th birthday extra special! The attractions and amenities were all great. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely be back!

Beautiful, quiet complex in the middle of farmland. This is a gorgeous complex with a hotel, conference rooms, a restaurant, a tourist attraction, and Christmas lights for the season. The room was clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. Many amenities at the location. It is somewhat far from other stores and restaurants.

Very comfortable room. If you like your hotel in a very quiet, countryside setting this is the place for you. Restaurants are are attached and don’t have to leave at all if you don’t want to. Great family setting.

Hotel is always great. The restaurant however, I've ate there twice now, both times were a really long wait and food was just not that great, not even hot. Won't be going back to the restaurant. I live close by and like to treat my nieces and nephews to the pool in the winter
