I always stay here when visiting Atlanta and I have never had a bad experience. The rooms are always clean and the hotel is kept up. The staff is friendly and helpful. And they have comfortable beds and great pillows!! I just wished they had cables in their workout room.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast had decent options. There was no hot water to shower with in the morning. Parking was secure, but a pain. You had to ring the gate to be let in and out before and after checkout. During the stay, the room key allows for entry and exit.

Everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and we loved that they had two different firmnesses of pillow, that were labeled to help you find what was most comfortable for you. The airport shuttle staff were friendly and helpful and the front desk staff were cheerful and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our visit did not start off on the best first impression as when we entered the room we saw a roach run under the fridge. The front desk was very responsive to this and promptly moved us to a different room. Overall the 2nd room was nice and no problems there. Now onto the airport shuttle. The van sounds like it is about ready to fall apart at any time and the driver warned us he had to literally slam the sliding door closed to get it to stay (driver said it had close to 400k miles…probably time to invest into a new van). Then due to some unfortunate delays out of the drivers control we waited for 60-75 min at the airport waiting for the shuttle. Communication between the front desk and the shuttle driver could really be improved as all we were told is he is on his way. Then the next morning we came downstairs to catch the shuttle just to find out the front desk had not put us on the schedule as requested the night before…luckily the driver was still in the general vicinity and turned around to pick us up. I think I might opt to use ride shares in the future vs the hotel shuttle.

It started with my wife wanting to clean the chair before I sat down. Yuck, 2 small poop streaks. Then I decided to look for bed bugs. I found dirty sheets and my comforter had stained blood. I didn't complain because it looked like it would only stress me more. Do yourself a favor and please don't stay here.

The room was lovely, comfortable and quiet despite being close to airport. I only heard a plane or two. Staff was very accommodating and efficient. It was a bit obscure to find even with GPS. Not much in area and difficult access to front entrance. Great for a quick sleep before another flight next AM I recommend you adjust your description for airport shuttle- while not a huge issue, clients should know before booking that you don’t serve international terminal so they can allow more time to connect with airport terminal—>terminal shuttle

We had a king-sized bed room, it's spacious and the bed very is comfortable. The room is modern with a large TV. The bathroom is also spacious with a large walk-in shower. What we didn't like was the see thru woven blind for the window. While it's attractive, it blocks none of the light from outside.

Both of the front desk people were rude, not willing to give the slightest service or address me in a friendly manner. My bill was $107 but my card was charged for $140 with no explanation or given a bill. I asked if I could have a little later checkout and was told they would ask the maid. Never heard from the lady again. When I checked out the lady acted annoyed and didn’t even say hello, or how was your stay or thanks for staying with us. I felt so disrespected and wished I had stayed at the Best Western next door.

The facility is nice and clean. It was a challenge to get onto the property because I had to wait about 5 minutes before the staff member let up the gate arm for me to enter the property. Once I arrived the clerk was nowhere to be found for about 5 minutes. When she did arrive she was not very helpful whereas I was trying to get information about the shuttle going to the international airport and her response was all I know is we don’t go to the international airport. And she had/offered no other information.

Our stay was interrupted by a less than responsive airport shuttle service. We asked the front desk personally for a shuttle from the airport to hotel for 9 pm. We were told that we must call when we arrive at the pickup point. So, we called at 8:50 for shuttle pickup from the designated spot. The shuttle did not arrive until 9:40 after two additional calls to the hotel front desk and texting with corporate. This is unacceptable.

This was a hold over night for us due to a delayed flight, but the staff were absolutely welcoming and friendly after a very long day!! The shuttle driver was AWESOME bc I forgot to get my bag out at the airport the next morning…..completely my fault…he brought it back and was apologetic even though it was absolutely not his fault. I so appreciated their warm and friendly attitudes. The room was large and clean.

Property was challenge to find at night. It’s wayyy back basically behind an IHOP parking lot. The security guard in the lobby upon our arrival seemed under the influence of something. He was literally dancing around the lobby spinning in circles. I definitely did not feel secure if he was supposed to be protecting me.

The location of the property was good. However the location near the airport also meant that we had to deal with other issues like crowded parking, parking passes, dash tickets. Nothing unsafe happened while we were there however it had that airport motel transitory feel to it. While the place itself was fine i wouldn't stay there again just because of the vibe.

The hotel itself was amazing. Very clean and crisp. All the staff was amazing EXCEPT for the VERY RUDE KITCHEN LADY. I understood that upon arrival breakfast ENDED at 9:30. But when I make my way down the elevator rushing to make it down there at 9:27AM and the doors are already shut and close. And I'm standing there for at least a minute knocking on those very heavy wooden doors as I'm listening to the ladies inside laughing and giggling. And finally the light skin lady or Spanish lady I don't know her origin. Slides the doors slightly open and I asked her is there anything in there that I can get. And she RUDELY shows me her watch and says breakfast is over at 9:30 with an attitude. And I say but I've been standing out here knocking for the last 2 minutes listening to y'all talking and laughing on the inside. And she says sorry and slides the door shut in my face. That I did not like. That made my blood boiled .

We had a late flight arrival so I called ahead to inquire about the shuttle. I was told it runs on a timed schedule until noon then it would run on demand. Our flight landed at 1 AM and I called for the shuttle. I was told it was on its way. I then waited for 55 minutes!!! When I called the front desk I was told the shuttle is a contracted service and they can’t do anything about it. I asked if they could reimburse for an Uber since their shuttle was missing but no. It gets a little lonely out at the airport shuttle stop at nearly 2 AM. Then breakfast the next morning - it runs until 9:30 but at 8:45 AM it was empty. A number of stations appeared to have never been filled (no cinnamon rolls, no fruit, no yogurt, no eggs). The hot eggs were gone and not refilled. The pastry case contained only plain bagels. The only hot items were grits and a few scraggly sausages. I had specifically chosen this hotel for the airport shuttle and the breakfast… and both were a complete failure.
