Really enjoyed our stay, the location was quiet and beautiful, close to the water, with views over to Puerto Pollensa and lovely sunsets. An easy 15 minute walk into Alcudia to the Eroski supermarket for food shopping, the kitchen had everything needed for self catering and the washing machine was easy to use too. We found the WiFi and a chromecast attached to the TV so streaming worked great. Loads of space inside the house, and out, with seating at the back and front. Comfy bed, plenty of electricity sockets. Paid in cash at the end for tourist tax and electricity (60 euros for us for the week for electricity).

Ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb von Alcudia. Super waren die 2 Terrassen, sodass man sowohl morgens als auch abends in der Sonne sitzen konnte. Bei Anfragen hat man per Mail stets schnell Rückmeldungen von den Vermietern bekommen

Ruhige Unterkunft, etwas abseits der City. Sie kann aber auch zu Fuß erreicht werden. Zwei Terrassen für morgens und abends. Alles was notwendig ist, war vorhanden. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die nördliche Insel zu erkunden.

Lovely quiet area. Excellent location for Alcudia old town, so super close for a wander around & a meal in the evening. Lovely balcony out the back to have breakfast. Lots of on street parking. Was a wonderful base for our holiday!

Appartement spacieux et agréable avec ses 2 terrasses, très bien situé pour visiter une partie de l’île . La communication est très facile et très cordiale avec l’agence et l’accès à l’appartement est très facile.Attention toutefois au prix de l’électricité en supplément qui nous a paru très cher alors que nous n’avons utilisé ni chauffage ni ventilation .

BARCA ist ein Haus, welches inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, was aber eindeutig von der Lage ( in 2. Reihe zur Bucht von Pollenca ) mit Meerblick von der vorderen Terrasse profitiert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Betreuung durch das extrem nette Team von Villasmar ist sehr persönlich, es ist immer gut zu erreichen und man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben.Herzlichen Dank noch einmal dafür! Die Elektrik des Hauses hat manchmal Schwächen. Bei gleichzeitiger Nutzung von Backofen, Wasserkocher und Klimaanlage springt der FI-Schalter raus…

Huis voldeed volledig aan de verwachtingen. Zeer rustige buurt! Twee terrassen waren perfect, steeds een terras in de zon! Afspraken en communicatie met Villasmar verliep vlot! Wel opletten, de elektriciteit wordt op het einde nog apart afgerekend.

I couldn't be happier with the choice. The house is big enough, clean and cozy, with two terraces and an extra garden for the kids to play. It is equipped with literally everything one needs. A HUGE plus are the perfectly comfortable beds - this is not standard, especially in mediterranean countries, but they were perfect. Also, the landlady was very friendly. When there was a minor problem, it was solved immediately. The house is close to the sea, a nice beach bar, little beaches and even a playground, yet very quiet and peaceful. Perfect family vacation, I might really go there a second time! :-)

Ale najważniejsze jest lokalizacja! widok o poranku zapierający w piersiach! po jednej stronie pug de Sant Marti oświetlane na pomarańczowo-wschodzącym słońcem. a praktycznie zaraz przed domem zatoka morska z cudownym widokiem na bardziej oddalone szczyty! doskonałe miejsce na bazę wypadową dla wielbicieli ciekawych wypraw!

We had a wonderful stay as a family with a small child. We felt very comfortable throughout our time here. The highlight of the house is definitely the fantastic location. The house is fully equipped and matches the reviews and descriptions provided. It’s simply furnished and could use a bit of attention in a few areas, such as some loose sockets in e.g. the kitchen that may need repair. However, overall, it’s a great place to stay, especially due to its location. We are considering coming back at some point in the future.

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen. Allerdings ist es empfehlenswert ein Mietauto zu haben, um nach Alcudia und Umgebung zu kommen. Busse gibt es nicht in der Nähe. Die Bacha ist funktionstüchtig und benötigt alles, was man braucht, um dort zu leben. Sie ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Alle Fenster/Türen klemmen. Der Duschvorhang bedarf Erneuerung. Die Einbaukleiderschränke riechen muffig. Wie gesagt, es ist funktionstüchtig, aber nicht besonders liebevoll eingerichtet, was verständlich ist, wenn man die Verhaltensweise gewisser Touristen betrachtet. Was jedoch herausragend ist: Die Betreuung der Vermittlungsagentur Villasmar! Super nett und zuvorkommend! Diese kann ich wärmstens empfehlen.

Everything was like described and the hosts are very quick in responding if you have questions! It is a spacious house with two terraces and quite neighbourhood. 10 minutes walking distance to oldtown Alcúdia which we really enjoyed. Having a car on the island is a must to get around. We could really relax and have a nice time there.

Gemütliche Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Alcúdia- Zentrum in 15-20 min. gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Fragen werden von Mariana & Marina schnell beantwortet. Badeschuhe in den felsigeren Strandabschnitten sind empfehlenswert. Man findet jedoch nach kurzen Wegen entlang des Ufers einfache Zugänge ins Wasser so dass man das Schwimmen im Meer uneingeschränkt genießen kann.
Gemütliche Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Alcúdia- Zentrum in 15-20 min. gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Fragen werden von Mariana & Marina schnell beantwortet. I couldn't be happier with the choice. The house is big enough, clean and cozy, with two terraces and an extra garden for the kids to play. It is equipped with literally everything one needs. A HUGE plus are the perfectly comfortable beds - this is not standard, especially in mediterranean countries, but they were perfect. Also, the landlady was very friendly. When there was a minor problem, it was solved immediately. The house is close to the sea, a nice beach bar, little beaches and even a playground, yet very quiet and peaceful. Perfect family vacation, I might really go there a second time! :-)

Appartement spacieux et agréable avec ses 2 terrasses, très bien situé pour visiter une partie de l’île . La communication est très facile et très cordiale avec l’agence et l’accès à l’appartement est très facile.Attention toutefois au prix de l’électricité en supplément qui nous a paru très cher alors que nous n’avons utilisé ni chauffage ni ventilation .

Everything was like described and the hosts are very quick in responding if you have questions! It is a spacious house with two terraces and quite neighbourhood. 10 minutes walking distance to oldtown Alcúdia which we really enjoyed. Having a car on the island is a must to get around. We could really relax and have a nice time there.

BARCA ist ein Haus, welches inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, was aber eindeutig von der Lage ( in 2. Reihe zur Bucht von Pollenca ) mit Meerblick von der vorderen Terrasse profitiert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Gemütliche Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Alcúdia- Zentrum in 15-20 min. gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Fragen werden von Mariana & Marina schnell beantwortet. Badeschuhe in den felsigeren Strandabschnitten sind empfehlenswert. Man findet jedoch nach kurzen Wegen entlang des Ufers einfache Zugänge ins Wasser so dass man das Schwimmen im Meer uneingeschränkt genießen kann.

Weg van de drukte in een rustige straat dichbij de zee, je kan te voet naar de oude stad Alcudia en je kan ook een mooie wandeling doen langs de kust tot het strand Platja de San Joan. Om naar de strand van Alcudia te gaan neem je best een wagen.Heel vriendelijke eigenares.

Ruhige Unterkunft, etwas abseits der City. Sie kann aber auch zu Fuß erreicht werden. Zwei Terrassen für morgens und abends. Alles was notwendig ist, war vorhanden. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die nördliche Insel zu erkunden.

Lovely quiet area. Excellent location for Alcudia old town, so super close for a wander around & a meal in the evening. Lovely balcony out the back to have breakfast. Lots of on street parking. Was a wonderful base for our holiday!

We had a wonderful stay as a family with a small child. We felt very comfortable throughout our time here. The highlight of the house is definitely the fantastic location. The house is fully equipped and matches the reviews and descriptions provided. It’s simply furnished and could use a bit of attention in a few areas, such as some loose sockets in e.g. the kitchen that may need repair. However, overall, it’s a great place to stay, especially due to its location. We are considering coming back at some point in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay, the location was quiet and beautiful, close to the water, with views over to Puerto Pollensa and lovely sunsets. An easy 15 minute walk into Alcudia to the Eroski supermarket for food shopping, the kitchen had everything needed for self catering and the washing machine was easy to use too. We found the WiFi and a chromecast attached to the TV so streaming worked great. Loads of space inside the house, and out, with seating at the back and front. Comfy bed, plenty of electricity sockets. Paid in cash at the end for tourist tax and electricity (60 euros for us for the week for electricity).
