The stay was well, just need more parking since two hotel by each other

We traveled with 2 dogs and there is a convenient area with clean up supplies and it’s kept clean. It’s easy to get to from the elevators. I also liked all the amenities in the room such as a full fridge and freezer, plates and utensils, and more. It has everything you need. Beds aren’t the most comfortable but better than other places I’ve stayed. Also enjoyed the use of streaming apps so that I can select what I want to watch. Overall good experience.

Pet friendly hotel. We needed to book last minute and this place worked out great as we were traveling with kids and a pet. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

Ac worked good , room was clean , breakfast was very good and the pool was nice . Front desk was easy to work with when i added another night . I had an excellent experience

Need more parking place

We had to stay due to not having power due to Hurricane Helene. Everyone was courteous and friendly. The hotel, and our room, was very fresh and clean, especially being a pet friendly hotel.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was good. The breakfast was ok (the waffle maker was broken and a pitcher of batter was placed out). The biggest disappointment was the pool. It doesn’t open until 10am. Their check out is at 11am. We chose this hotel because of the pool and could not make use of the pool as there wouldn’t be enough time to swim, shower and pack a family of six in one hour. Would definitely stay again if they made the pool hours earlier.

Dog friendly, clean, mostly quiet. There was andecent amount of grassy areas for dog walking.

Very clean. Had a good breakfast but could have a few more options. Packing wasn’t that great at night due to trucks taking up 2-3 spaces at a time. Other than that staff were nice and polite. Great location for anyone traveling to parris island for graduation.

The rooms were clean. We had a family of five and everyone was very comfortable. Two queens and a pullout. Nice size refrigerator. We grilled out by the pool and had a family dinner. The facility was well maintained. The staff very friendly. We enjoyed our time in beautiful Beaufort.

Staff was very pleasant, but have to say the property was quite run down. Our room was dirty and has see days. Breakfast was great!

Found the room to be excessively large, and the bathroom had black mold in the grout in the shower

Overall stay was okay carpet had stains and shower needed to be a little cleaner

Room was “clean” but it had a terrible smell especially in the bathroom area, the covers in the beds were stinky they weren’t changed, had to ask for fresh clean covers. And we found a bloody rag in the drawer underneath the sink in the bathroom.

I always stay HERE. Spotless, Professional, Modern Rooms, Friendliest Staff-you can't get better than this one.

Our room had a mild odor that my family noticed shortly after we arrived in our room. They are more sensitive to smells than am I, but I did eventually notice. We did not know the source until I discovered some kind of spilled solution when I stepped in it on the carpet near the computer desk. I was beginning to study at my laptop there. I took my socks off, put on my slippers, stepped onto the tile floor to go to the bathroom and discovered that the solution was slippery. I contacted the front desk attendant who said they would come up to examine it; however, after some time they did not arrive. I think that person was alone at the front desk. I was busy studying in the meantime. I called again to remind the attendant. A new attendant had arrived and did come up to examine the spot and offered us a change of rooms. By that time it was approximately 11:00 PM. We had settled in so decided not to move. It was late and we had to rise early the next morning for a community conference. We did not want to have to repack and resettle that late at night. Beyond that situation, we did appreciate the other comforts the room offered including the curtained lounge area, full kitchen, useful business surfaces with comfortable desk chair and adequate toiletry items. I just wanted to let you know the inconvenience of the situation and hope that you will make some kind of adjustment on our behalf. I retain remembrance of that mild odor in the back of my throat even now.

Didn’t smell clean. Staff was very friendly. Hair ball in shower.

Our room had a dirty band aid on the rug that was easily in view which made us feel the room wasn't cleaned well.

Our bathroom had a lot of hair in the shower and on the floor. Additionally, there was trash (not a lot) and food crumbs in the room under the middle table that sits between the beds and in the space under the dresser. There were notable stains on different areas of the carpet. Just overall did not feel clean.

Beds were so comfortable and soft

Very spacious room with comfy beds. Kitchenette was well equipped with good size refrigerator and freezer. Highly recommend, nice lobby and breakfast.

Hotel was clean and staff was welcoming. I stayed on the 2nd floor and it was a little annoying that you could hear the people walking on the floor above me but other then that I was happy I selected this hotel.

Breakfast was subpar compared to similar hotels. The other hotels always had more selection with big pans of eggs, bacon sausage, etc. I could hear the people above us walking around a lot. Around midnight neighbors came in and were talking loud for a while. Definitely not sound proof rooms. Could also hear every time people were walking in the hallway and going in and out of their rooms. Sound was very noticeable. Rooms were big and spacious though.

Over great stay. Only thing in room. Bathroom sink didnt drain. The plug arm was broke. Had to use kitchette sink instead. Bed could have been little more comfy, for me. But I have little back issues.

The problem was the vent in the ceiling that sounded like someone was breathing very loudly all night..woke me up..weird!! The bed was harder than a rock, woke up sore every day. The silverware drawer at breakfast was dirty, but there weren't any forks anyway?? Breakfast was mediocre at best. The staff had a welcome board when you walked in with useful info, but..they chose a customer of the day and wrote their name on the board as well. This could be a privacy issue for someone. Someone that needs a hotel to escape some kind of abuse certainly wouldn't want their name displayed first thing when you walk in the door. Hopefully, they ask permission before they post names publicly. The hotel is in a convenient area and parking was easy.

Amazingly large rooms and equipped with everything!

Room setup met my families needs with the extra fold out couch. The main issues we had was the exhaust fan was not functional in the bathroom so when you showered it became extremely hot and uncomfortable in the bathroom. There was also some kind of venting right outside our hotel room window. It sounded like airplanes outside your window every 30 minutes. When we checked out I was never asked about how my stay was. That would have involved the clerk taking out his earbuds to communicate with me.

Fraudulently charged my credit card after my stay was complete. When i spoke to manager, she hung up on me. Contacted hilton corporate and received bs email about something that had zero to do with the fact hilton fraudulently charged my credit card $250 without my permission.

Staff was not very friendly at check in

The property was fine. I want to talk more about the service. Natasha at the front desk deserves a raise. We had an emergency situation with our car after our son’s MC boot camp graduation. She was amazing. She extended our checkout. She even made phone calls for us to the mechanic to try to get them in the shop. Natasha is a rare employee who truly cares. She made a stressful situation bearable.

the front desk staff was superb. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was comfortable and quiet for sleep.

Overall it was a pleasant stay except one morning early some staff members were having an argument about their private lives during the breakfast. Very loud and disturbing.

All were helpful and polite. The room was perfect

The receptionist at the front desk has difficulty writing her numbers. Her threes and written as fives...so be prepared for a wild goose chase finding your room. The television was nonfunctioning. A friendly repair man came to fix it, however the television only worked briefly and never again. The manager offered a room change at the tail end of all the days spent there, but we were unable to make the room change due to illness. By then it was time to go home...too little too late as the saying goes. On checkout day I asked to speak to the manager but she was not available. I was informed she would call me that day, but it has been 72 hours now and no call as of yet. A formal complaint has been filed at corporate level and am awaiting their follow-up.

It was only a few minutes from Parris Island. Breakfast was great. Quiet. Beds were comfy.

Convenient location, friendly staff, and clean.

This is the second time we stayed here while visiting Beaufort, it is a quick car trip to downtown and the property is well maintained. We would stay here again.

Driving thriugh on way to FL, this location was convenient but also surprisingly the facility was roomy, quiet, and comfortable.

We enjoyed the couch in our room and while we didn’t use the kitchen to cook it was very convenient. Hotel was well maintained and convenient for our trip, especially the proximity to the walking and running trail. We will be back.

Excellent hotel. Big, clean rooms. Easy access to Parris Island for Boot Camp Graduation!

Spent 10 days at the hotel waiting for our new house to close. The place was super clean and the staff very accommodating. They even stored my cargo carrier for me for our stay. Great location. Minutes away from downtown Beaufort. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great time it was easy and convenient to come and go it had alot of restaurants within minutes away

Staff was attentive and friendly. Nice room with a kitchenette. Breakfast was just not up to par with Hilton standards. Microwaved “Jimmy Dean” breakfast sandwiches, bagels, waffles and toast. Basically not a “hot” breakfast.

Very nice hotel. The room was a nice size and was very clean. I was able to walk around without shoes on and my feet stayed clean. You can tell this hotel really cleans their rooms. Nice breakfast spread also. One of the best continental breakfasts I have had at a hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again and will be looking for Hilton hotels everywhere I go.

The Free Breakfast included is very good and has hot and cold options, 24 hr coffee/tea. Rooms are comfortable and very clean.

Housekeeping needs to improve. We were there three nights and they didn't replace our toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, bathroom towels, vacuum, etc. They took some trash out but not all. They made two beds but not all three. They got some of the dirty linens out of the bathroom floor but not the dirty washcloths in the shower floor. It was almost like they were trying to clean but got distracted and left. I don't know. I understand they don't clean it everyday, but like I said we were there three nights. It was getting messy. The front desk staff were phenomenal. I saw them continually walking around wiping tables down in the lobby. They were low on foods most mornings. They only had one banana out each morning,they ran out of coffee, they ran out of yogurt one morning. We would eat around 7:30-8 so it wasn't late enough for things to be gone. But we did enjoy our stay overall and will be back. Like I said the the front staff people were awesome and were always available if we needed anything. Other than the housekeeping doing a better job and more food available at breakfast, it was awesome! We can't wait to come back next year.

Weird sheets/covers on the bed. Not comfortable for sleep. Breakfast was poorly stocked.

We loved our stay, the room was big enough for the family and clean. The employees were nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. I would love to come back and stay again.
