Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work in our apartment. Whilst we were given portable units, this meant leaving doors open and was not feasible to use in the main bedroom. The staff were lovely and the rest of the facilities were fabulous. However lack of air conditioning had an impact on our holiday, and I am still chasing compensation from the resort.

First two nights were ruined as the Air Conditioning didn't work. Rooms had som fans and temp units, but not effective. We got moved to new rooms for night 3 and then everything was fine! The parking is quite limited if there is a full house.

Amazing place with everything you need. Two lovely pools, comfortable beds. This was our second time at Playa Parc and I would recommend to anybody.
