Quarto, comodidades, atendimento e café da manhã excelente dentro do que é proposto. Só vale salientar que não é um hotel com recepção, é um B&B, não identificado na faixada, demorei a compreender a localização, o atendente da padaria ao lado que me ajudou, pois a entrada é uma porta simples que parece ser um residencial. Ao entrar no hall me assustei por não ter nada, e nenhuma identificação também. Porem o anfitrião chegou assim que acionado e quando subimos ao quarto me tranquilizei vendo que estava ok. A cordialidade e gentileza do anfitrião fizeram qualquer mau impressão inicial desaparecer. Adorei a estadia e a localização é perfeita!

This B & B was small but adequate. The location was pretty good but 3 flights of stairs to manage. Host was seen at breakfast but very nice and helpful. I had trouble with one of the 3 keys to get in. 5 minutes of struggling but finally got in. Need an additional motion light in upper courtyard. One small staircase, darkness and patrons leaving early with bags for flight equals a fall, pool of blood at the bottom and more out on street.

This is not a typical hotel. There is no reception desk and that took us by surprise, but looks to be typical of Venice. Rooms are on the small side but fine for what we needed. The place has the Venetian charm we were hoping for, and they were very helpful getting us a water taxi on the morning of our departure. The restaurant next door is fabulous as are most restaurants in Venice. Very walkable once you are there.

We were never provided the check-in details and showed up late (due to a plane issue) with almost no cell phone battery left and no idea how to get in. After contacting the property on WhatsApp we were given a 30 second lesson - wish we had the info ahead of time. The room was old. Right on the canal but you had to look out and down to see it. Because of all the water, there were a ton of mosquitos and we got eaten alive in the room. Breakfast was included but we did not take advantage of it. Location-wise, it was walkable to the rest of the city. A ton of stairs, but a lift chair you could use to take them up and down.

This was a great secret place to stay! However it is difficult to find the first time around and it is helpful if you can check in early before the staff go home. This is not a traditional hotel with 24/7 front desk staff. And there is no elevator to the second floor rooms (they are all on the second floor) so you may need help getting your bags up the stairs. We found the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The room was great and the location while convenient to San Marco was nice and quiet.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was lovely and one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The location is wonderful. Central to everything you want to see. The only downside for us was the 10 AM checkout time. It was just too early to be out.

This place is in the perfect location…very close to St. Mark’s Square. The room was clean and decorated to add to the appeal of being in Venice but a little worn. There was plenty of storage for clothing. However, the bed was uncomfortable (the pillow was comfortable though), and the A/C did not cool well (it was very hot outside). The bathroom was clean and roomy with a decent size shower that had a nice rain shower head but just a small table to store things. They had a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. We had a canal view room, but we had to hang out the window to see it (it’s just the way the windows are situated above the canal). The owner/staff was very personable. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine, 2 bottles of water, and coffee. They also offered free breakfast in our room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

These rooms were perfect for our stay in Venice. Clean, spacious, and a great location in San Marco… a short walk to the sites but off the beaten path as well. And a special shout out to Andrew who was very accommodating to our late check-in and unexpected changes in plans. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a brief stay in Venice. We were greeted by our kind host Andrea, who even came out to find us a few moments from the hotel (we were lost). The room was wonderful. Very charming and clean. Our little view from our windows looked onto the canal. Loved it! Breakfast was an amazing treat and our hostess was so kind and attentive. The location was absolutely perfect for our exploration of St Mark’s Square. We will definitely return!

The hotel is very old like many of the hotels in venice. This room was old, there was no space to put luggage except 2 small racks. It’s decorated like very old fashion ( from the early times) bed was small. Bedcover was red velvet. The bathroom tiny, you could barely fit in the shower & I am not heavy. There were spider webs on top of shower. One GREAT thing is the FREE breakfast that they bring to your room (you have a round table with 2 chairs) ham, bacon, eggs, cheese, salmon, croissants, butter, jelly, juice, yogurt, coffee Great

Amazing Stay! The staff were excellent and very friendly, the room was BEAUTIFUL we really enjoyed our stay they welcomed us with wine and the room has a wonderful view to one canal, the location is good just around Piazza San Marcos you can see the Bell tower, definitely we will come back again!

Very nice staff and great breakfast. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and the place is a little old, but then again it’s Venice..everything seems old there. I would stay there again. Very good location to everything.

Great location just off St. Marks Square. Host was very nice and he had a great European breakfast. The check- in was a little bumpy, as we checked in after hours and communication was difficult, they send a picture to my phone of the keypad code, but the internet was sketchy, and the picture wouldn't load. I don't know way they just couldn't text or email me the 4 digit code.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en Luxury venetian Rooms, nos sorprendió cómo Andrea nos dio atención personalizada por WhatsApp y siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestra llegada, nos envió video de cómo ingresar al hotel ya que llegaríamos a media noche. La habitación súper linda y limpia con frigobar y de cortesía nos dieron una botella de vino blanco fue un lindo detalle. El desayuno súper delicioso Sin duda regresaremos

First of all, the ability to leave our bags prior to check in was perfect. We were hungry and moving around venice with luggage is tough. The rooms are a perfect size, not small not big just right. The unexpected wine greeting was a very nice touch at checkin. The breakfast was sooooo good. Better than going out to look for a spot. Made it very convenient to just go out and explore and only worry about lunch/dinner. Andrea and the gentleman i was in touch with after were very professional. Perfect Hosts. First of all, the ability to leave our bags prior to check in was perfect. We were hungry and moving around venice with luggage is tough. The rooms are a perfect size, not small not big just right. The unexpected wine greeting was a very nice touch at checkin. The breakfast was sooooo good. Better than going out to look for a spot. Made it very convenient to just go out and explore and only worry about lunch/dinner. Andrea and the gentleman i was in touch with after were very professional. Perfect Hosts. Thank you so much for getting our belongings to us in florence. You guys are life savers. Totally recommend this location. They are also in a very nice part of venice.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was lovely and one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The location is wonderful. Central to everything you want to see. The only downside for us was the 10 AM checkout time. It was just too early to be out.

These rooms were perfect for our stay in Venice. Clean, spacious, and a great location in San Marco… a short walk to the sites but off the beaten path as well. And a special shout out to Andrew who was very accommodating to our late check-in and unexpected changes in plans. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic little hidaway just around the corner from St Marks Square, extreemly clean & just a wonderful place to stay ! I would recommend staying at Luxury Venetian Rooms anytime. As the staff say 'Perfecto Perfecto" I loved it there .... Martyn

This was a great secret place to stay! However it is difficult to find the first time around and it is helpful if you can check in early before the staff go home. This is not a traditional hotel with 24/7 front desk staff. And there is no elevator to the second floor rooms (they are all on the second floor) so you may need help getting your bags up the stairs. We found the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The room was great and the location while convenient to San Marco was nice and quiet.

The hotel is very old like many of the hotels in venice. This room was old, there was no space to put luggage except 2 small racks. It’s decorated like very old fashion ( from the early times) bed was small. Bedcover was red velvet. The bathroom tiny, you could barely fit in the shower & I am not heavy. There were spider webs on top of shower. One GREAT thing is the FREE breakfast that they bring to your room (you have a round table with 2 chairs) ham, bacon, eggs, cheese, salmon, croissants, butter, jelly, juice, yogurt, coffee Great

Betjeningen ved modtagelsen var super. Utrolig venlig og behagelig pige, men det viste sig så, at morgenmad skulle indtages på værelset, hvilket er asocialt, når man rejser flere sammen (vi fik os skubbet sammen på eet værelse). Bestillingen af morgenmad skulle ske gennem en app. Altsammen yderst besværligt og tog vel 30-45 min. med konstant hjælp fra den unge dame. Morgenmadsseancen burde fremgå af beskrivelse og ligeledes kunne den ed fordel have været fremsendt som mail. The location of our stay was good and the suite was clean and staff very friendly. We would love to give it 5 stars because the owner, Andrea, made an effort to address our concerns by replacing the bed after the first night which greatly improved our comfort. We had requested to change rooms because there was an annoying noise coming from the laundry room next to ours. Unfortunately, we were unable to move rooms. The wifi and cell service were poor and the Air Conditioning wasn’t strong enough to cool the room. The ceilings in this particular suite were very low and this made it difficult for my husband who is a tall large guy. I normally choose our stays based on the height of rooms. The room 104, we had, had low ceilings compared to the photos I saw online, unfortunately. The breakfast was decent, but the breakfast room was very warm, so you break a sweat before you’ve even started your day. I have to say, all in all, it was a positive experience because the sincere effort was made to improve our comfort. Also, the bottle of wine upon arrival and the excellent communication made our stay in Venice a memorable one.

This is not a hotel it's a guest host without a reception desk and a three flight walkup, which can be very challenging with luggage. The building is run down and a bit dirty, it's in need of plaster repair and paint. However, the worst part is since there is not a front desk, if you need to contact someone right away you will be out of luck! You can email them but you won't get an immediate response and if you call the number provided, nobody answers the phone. Our GPS was not guiding us properly to the location, so we walked around Venice for an hour at 11:00 AM in the heat with luggage trying to reach someone at the location in the hopes of getting better directions. However, nobody answered the phone or emails. This establishment should not be advertised on Expedia.

I had a wonderful stay in this room in Venice. My family and I was warmly welcomed, and the room was absolutely beautiful and spotless. The staff did an excellent job, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I’d like to give a special thanks to Emelda, who welcomed us for breakfast—she was so kind and attentive. I absolutely loved staying in this room, and the location is perfect, close to everything. I highly recommend this room to anyone visiting Venice!
