The place is beautiful and set-up like a garden; no Hardscape to walk on- long dresses and heels not advised. The birds were singing and perfect flowering gardens everywhere. The pool is truly spectacular, one of my favorite places on the grounds. English travelers must remember French is the first language at this property and only a few people here speak English. Soft close doors are so NEEDED. The noice from the slamming room doors was so loud that my Apple Watch recorded it as loud! Haha I would say just bring eye masks and earplugs and you will be good.

On pouvait pas avoir mieux pour notre séjour. L’hôtel est magnifique, l’accueil chaleureux et les services mis à disposition sont au top. L’espace bien-être a particulièrement été apprécié, tous les équipements fonctionnaient parfaitement, tout était parfait. Très grande variété de très bons produits pour le petit déjeuner. On recommande à 100% pour tout type de séjour, vous y trouverez votre compte si votre objectif est de profiter d’un magnifique endroit pour vous reposer.

Tout aurait pu être parfait à l’exception de la non accessibilité de la piscine et le problème de chauffage dans la chambre. Tout sur le meme séjour, pas de chance. Mais le cadre est vraiment magnifique

The structure is new, fully absorbed in the nature. The atmosphere is relaxing and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was polite and prepared. The Spa is maybe too small for the hotel's size and for a 4 starts hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel was generally nice, but can I please leave a compliment for the person who cleaned room 701 on Saturday 29 June. We stay in hotels quite a bit and normally following the first day rooms aren’t often cleaned to the same standards as on arrival, but this person was exceptional, the level of detail made the room feel as if we’d just arrived. Please management, if you can acknowledge this to the member of staff in question we’d be grateful. Thank you to whomever cleaned room 701 🤗!

Nous ne sommes pas satisfaits de la chambre pour plusieurs points: -Occasion spéciale, on nous avais promis ballons et confettis dans la chambre nous n’avons rien eu. - Les câbles de la télévision visibles (câbles suspendus sous la l’écran) -Cache sommier mal positionné -> sommier visible -Support produits de douche vide, les bouteilles étant posées couchées dans un autre support dans la douche. -Trace de vetusté dans le douche -Porte coulissante avec miroir extrêmement difficile à ouvrir -Planche en bois poussiéreuse derrière la tête de lit -Drap housse très bouloché, les bouloches se faisant ressentir ! -Morceau de bois cassé

The grounds are beautiful, breakfast was excellent, staff very courteous but the rooms disappoint. We had 2 separate rooms, modern decor and very clean. However they were dark and rather cold. In one rooms the heating unit didn’t work. They have additional radiators but they plug them into sockets that turn off when the lights go off. Someone should warn about this!. We didn’t realized until the next day. The bathrooms don’t have curtains and it’s a big mess when taking a shower, they look outdated compared to the rooms. They were also freezing cold, had leaks from the sink and the toilet didn’t work properly, kept running water. Not the price tag.

Second time staying here. Love the area & all facilities! Good escape from Paris (when it’s too hot as there is an air conditionners) Last time it was cold & raining, so good to see the place in different time of the year.

De l’accueil jusqu’au pavillon À , en passant par le petit pont: pas d’éclairage ce n’est pas pratique car les allées terreuses ont des trous/ cuves d’eau La chambre : très agréable mais il fait un peu froid😅 impossible de régler pour mettre en route un peu de chaleur 😕 Les personnel: accueil, assistant / technicien / serveur/ l’espace bar … très très sympathique s Très bel endroit, bravo !!!!

Nous avons été relativement déçus sur plusieurs aspects : Dès la réservation, nous avons reçu plus d'une dizaine de mails de l'hôtel pour organiser notre arrivée. Même si cela part d'une bonne intention, inonder les clients de messages peut s'avérer contre-productif, d’autant plus lorsque les réponses ou les questions ne sont que partiellement prises en compte. La première chambre n’était pas en bon état : câbles de téléphone pendant au mur, meubles et murs abîmés, et surtout, aucun chauffage la première nuit — ce qui est particulièrement problématique avec un enfant en bas âge. Heureusement, l’équipe nous a proposé une nouvelle chambre avec chauffage et une réduction de 30 % sur la première nuitée, mais cela a tout de même entaché notre séjour. Bref, même si l’hôtel propose de belles prestations, nous ne pensons pas y revenir dans l’immédiat.

Les espaces communs et les chambres ont été rénovés avec beaucoup de gôut, le petit déjeuner est incroyable, les plats du restaurant savoureux. Un bravo tout particulier au personnel de l'accueil, très accueillant, professionnel et efficace !

Second week end pour nous au grand pavillon, la 1ere fois nous sommes revenus enchantés. Cette fois encore bilan globalement positif malgré quelques couacs (pas de lit bébé à notre arrivée alors que nous l’avions demandé à la réservation, chasse d’eau cassée à 23h, poignet de porte défectueuse dans la salle de bain).

Superbe domaine, magnifique propriété. L'accueil est parfait, malheureusement pas mal de problème dans la chambre. Clim en panne, odeur d égout et douche qui déborde... La réception nous propose néanmoins une autre chambre. Donc très bel endroit mais dommage pour la chambre.

O Le Grand Pavillion é uma grata surpresa. A localização, a vegetação, a arquitetura, o conforto, o atendimento , a culinária e a proposta deste hotel são simplesmente sublimes. A sensação é mistura do rústico com o moderno, do requinte com a simplicidade, da natureza com os cheiros e sabores… Adoramos tudo e sim, existe algum ponto para melhorar, mas tivemos a certeza que todo o resto supera e muito qualquer expectativa.
O Le Grand Pavillion é uma grata surpresa. A localização, a vegetação, a arquitetura, o conforto, o atendimento , a culinária e a proposta deste hotel são simplesmente sublimes. The place is beautiful and set-up like a garden; no Hardscape to walk on- long dresses and heels not advised. The birds were singing and perfect flowering gardens everywhere. The pool is truly spectacular, one of my favorite places on the grounds. English travelers must remember French is the first language at this property and only a few people here speak English. Soft close doors are so NEEDED. The noice from the slamming room doors was so loud that my Apple Watch recorded it as loud! Haha I would say just bring eye masks and earplugs and you will be good.

De l’accueil jusqu’au pavillon À , en passant par le petit pont: pas d’éclairage ce n’est pas pratique car les allées terreuses ont des trous/ cuves d’eau La chambre : très agréable mais il fait un peu froid😅 impossible de régler pour mettre en route un peu de chaleur 😕 Les personnel: accueil, assistant / technicien / serveur/ l’espace bar … très très sympathique s Très bel endroit, bravo !!!!

Un endroit plein de charme où j'ai pris plaisir à séjourner chaque semaine pendant plusieur mois. Les espaces communs et les chambres ont été rénovés avec beaucoup de gôut, le petit déjeuner est incroyable, les plats du restaurant savoureux. Un bravo tout particulier au personnel de l'accueil, très accueillant, professionnel et efficace !

On pouvait pas avoir mieux pour notre séjour. L’hôtel est magnifique, l’accueil chaleureux et les services mis à disposition sont au top. L’espace bien-être a particulièrement été apprécié, tous les équipements fonctionnaient parfaitement, tout était parfait. Très grande variété de très bons produits pour le petit déjeuner. On recommande à 100% pour tout type de séjour, vous y trouverez votre compte si votre objectif est de profiter d’un magnifique endroit pour vous reposer.

아침 조식과 저녁식사가 아주 좋았어요. 식당과 음식픽업,룸서비스, bar 등 고객이 선택할수는 폭이 많아서 좋았어요. 아이와 같이 동반한 고객들은 마켓에서 주문후 숙소에서 먹어도 좋았을것 같아요! 수영장과 산책로도 훌륭했어요. 다만 룸 컨디션은 조금 아쉬었어요. 침실 커튼이 올라가지 않고 소파베드가 펴져 있어서 방을 바꿨는데 바꾼방 침실도 커텐이 올라가지 않더군요.. 화장실 컨디션도깨끗했지만 물때가 보여 그닥 좋지는 않았어요. 옷장안 거미가 있었는데 자연친화적인 곳이라 그러려니 했습니다. 또한 더블 결재가 되어 호텔 체크아웃전 해결했지만 이런 디테일한 부분에서 조금 실망스러웠어요. 그러나 직원이 친절히 잘 대처해 주었어요. 대부분의 직원분들이 매우 친절한 것도 큰 장점이었어요.

The structure is new, fully absorbed in the nature. The atmosphere is relaxing and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was polite and prepared. The Spa is maybe too small for the hotel's size and for a 4 starts hotel. Highly recommended.
