Nicely updated kind of place and very clean. Staff was good. However the unexpected surcharge for parking at $10/day is cheesy, and you need to spend several more minutes making an account and filling out data from your phone before you are done with check in, no heads up until you actually arrive. Also as another reviewer said somewhere, there's no obvious reason for the charge as this is not in a congested inner city!

Unreliable shuttle service from the airport to the hotel (I waited 45+ minutes under 90F for a shuttle that in theory provides service every 30 minutes. The hotel did not provide the name of the transportation company (Western Transportation) nor the van had the hotel name/logo. From the hotel to the airport, the shuttle driver told us (party of 6) that we were not on "the official list" even though I signed up 2 days before. This happened on Monday 4:30 AM. The hotel clerk had no clue / nor interest in solving this issue

Great hotel, would be 5 star but waited for the hotel shuttle from 11:40pm to 12:45 am which never came. Apparently theirs was broken so they were sharing with another hotel and couldn’t track it?? Had to buy a $22 Uber which they refused to reimburse me for.

Hotel seemed new. Lobby, room and breakfast area were well kept and clean. Didn’t like having to pay $10 for overnight parking. We only stayed from 10pm-630am to catch a flight. There are a few restaurants that are easy walking distance. Overall, would stay there again.

Hotel in general was nice & conveniently located to airport. There are dining options within walking distance. Front desk staff was friendly at check in. We only stayed one night prior to our early morning flight. The shuttle service was a mess. Luckily, they had our reservation when the driver arrived because there were several families waiting who all say they had a reservation but it wasn’t showing so they were unable to load the shuttle. Shuttle driver in the morning wasn’t the friendliest or most accommodating. He told one guest they couldn’t ride & needed to uber since they had a wagon for their child. This is no fault of the hotel but it’s disappointing when you’re scrambling last minute at 5am to make other arrangements to the airport when the hotel offers shuttle service to its guests. I’d definitely have a back up plan or leave extra early

Thank goodness the staff were great at this hotel. 5 stars for the front desk staff! The continental breakfast had issues both mornings we were there - cold eggs & sausage one day, broken waffle mix dispenser the 2nd day. Difficult to explain to staff what the issues were due to language barriers (my first language is English). The blinds in our room were broken, had to roll them up manually and just hook them on the string attached to the rest of the blinds. One of the dresser drawers was broken (or something) and wouldnt stay closed, this is a drawer that opened directly into the main walking area of the room, so it was a tripping/ safety hazard. Shuttle to/from the airport worked out just fine. No real shopping areas within walking distance of the hotel. Couple of restaurants & convenience stores to choose from within walking distance. Likely wouldn't choose to stay here again.

greeted by smiling desk clerk who quickly registered us and put us on the shuttle next morning to DIA..room was spacious and very comfortable. i would recommend this hotel to anyone requiring a room close to the airport that is reasonably priced..they offered a free breakfast too however it was so early in the morning we did not take advantage of the free service tho' it was available even at 5 am!!

Annoying room! Cellphone chargers are built in to lamps; lamps have to be on for chargers to work. Lamps only work if main room light is on! Plus, if you leave the main light on, it has a motion sensor, so it shuts off after a bit. Then you have to get out of bed, walk past the light, to allow the bedside light to come back on, to allow the charger to work! Unbelievable. There is a microwave wasting valuable counter space on the dresser, and the light on the microwave was North Star bright. Had to throw a towel over the microwave, and that only dimmed the light. The AC unit sounded like a jet taking off. Breakfast was scant; one tray held 2 sausage links, the other where eggs should be was empty. That was at 7 am. Only sugary cereals and no fruit. Overall, the staff was friendly but the room was so annoying. I will not stay at this hotel again.

This is a terrific mid-level hotel. It feels new, and the design of the room was better than many other hotels. In a basic room, there was an armchair, desk, fridge, microwave. There were easily accessible places to charge devices. The main thing that was disappointing was breakfast. Coffee tasted burnt, which is really a downer for me, and there wasn't a huge selection. I also wish they didn't charge for parking. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.

They are terrible when it comes to customer service. They didn’t have the room we booked so they gave us separate room. As our flight was delayed we checked in quite late and left before time. After few days they booked a room on my name and checked out though I am not in town using my cc without even asking me. I just kept getting email regarding I check in and check out and someone from their hotel were doing so. When I called and asked they were so unhelpful I used to be on call for hours to get my refund. It took me multiple days I had to fight for the extra incorrect charges they put on my card. Be very careful with them. Make sure you talk to them properly confirming if the are checking you out and how many days they are charging and if possible get a receipt for yourself.

Went to check in and the Clerk treated me very poorly and wanted to charge for parking when the reservation said parking provided. Front desk clear thought that this was the only hotel in the Denver area and walked away and did not try to resolve issue. Said that if I didn't like it to stay elsewhere and that the room was already paid for so who care. Will not stay at another Windum hotel again and it's a shame as I have stayed at various Windian hotels and they were all great

PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION OR DO NOT BOOK HERE AT ALL. When I arrived to claim our booking, my family and I were turned away. They had overbooked and no rooms were available. It was 10pm and we were exhausted from our long flight. Finding another available room in the area proved to be extremely difficult. Since we used a 3rd party they did not help to refund, and by the time I found another last minute available room in the area it was past midnight so I couldn’t cancel the reservation as I had missed my check in time. When I went back the next morning to get something in writing to give back to my 3rd party booking agency, they refused to assist because they had me recorded as a no-show, with no notes taken down by the clerk the night before. No manager available to speak with, they gave zero assistance in resolving or correcting anything with an attitude that it was not their problem. I wrote a statement of complaint to be filed with the hotel manager, who was to call me back, and I never heard from her. I’ve written off any chance of getting a refund at this point as I consider it a complete waste of my time to pursue it any further. It is obvious this hotel cares nothing for it’s patrons.

Loved my stay here! Regina went above and beyond from the time I landed at the airport to checkout. Never have I received such amazing customer service at any other hotel! The hotel is very nice from the lobby to the lounge area and even the rooms. Clean & tidy, very well kept, mini fridge and microwave included. Plenty of food options within walking distance and not far from downtown. Definitely will be booking again when I return!

Griggs at the front desk provided us with great customer service. Helped us figure the best (and cheapest) way for us to make our way to Coors Field and back to catch a Rockies game. Made sure to ask the next morning during checkout if everything had went ok. Would definitely stay at this hotel again based on the customer service alone. Had a great free breakfast available.
