Super friendly staff! I loved the 24 hour workout room. I'm an early bird, so it was nice to be able to get my workout in before our day of adventures in the area even started. My family loved all of the extras, complimentary cookies, corn hole, and their breakfast had many yummy of options.

Mainstay did great straight from Michelle welcoming us with a genuine smile. The kids loved breakfast and the pool. The hubby appreciated the weights in the fitness room. They answered our questions, switched our room to be by our family, got us a rollaway so our teen boys didn't need to share a bed. They even have boot cleaners outside for after hiking the beautiful trails. Everything was delightful!

Hotel was in a great location, central to restaurants, hiking, wineries and downtown Logan. Also, three good places to eat within walking distance. The room was quiet and the bed was fairly comfortable. The staff was wonderful. Especially Spencer....he worked afternoons and was so helpful and hard working. You could see that he genuinely cared about his job. The breakfast was hot and good with a lot of selections. Fresh cookies in the lobby and good coffee. The outdoor area was the best for our large group. Nice fire pits, chairs and tables as well as space to play cornhole. We absolutely loved it. The only problem we had was our first floor room was very musty and stunk of mildew. We went to the desk the next morning and they immediately sent someone to take apart the air conditioning unit and clean it which did help. But if we had any respiratory issues, I think we may have had trouble as we were pretty congested in the morning. Also, the pool is very small and there is no hot tub. But we would still come and stay again because overall, the price was great for the value!!

It's a very quiet newer and nice place. The elevator was very slow for just 4 floors. Had a handicap room but did not need or ask for that. ... Was not happy with breakfast....they ran out out food.....went back room for a bit....went back to breakfast.....and still no food. Pool is small and NO hot tub. Dought that i would stay there again.

Lot’s of places you could go to eat within waking distance. Fire table was lit in the evening for your enjoyment. Staff very courteous and polite. Especially liked Spencer, he told us of good places to eat shop and hike. We will be back!

Our stay was well worth it, the kitchenette was stocked with plates rags and all you need, the bed and pillows where just like home. Over all the only thing we where a little sad about was no hot tub lol. But the staff was fantastic and hot breakfast was a great start to the day:)

Nice large room. Lighting was a bit austere and heater/AC leaked water that saturated carpeting around window. Room felt a bit damp and as I am sensitive to mold, I suspect the carpet had been wet for a while.

Marisha checked us in. I had spoken to her the night before regarding my reservation. She was very pleasant. All the other staff we encountered were nice and professional. The lobby, stairway and halls were clean and smelled clean. Our room had a couple minor issues. Wouldn't advise use any of supplied dishes/flatware without prewashing. Hair in the shower, that wasnt ours. Looked like mold where the shower floor met the shower wall. Pieces of clear plastic and other debris on carpeted floor....another thing that doesn't belong in hotel rooms (my opinion)

Staff was friendly and informative. The breakfast had a wide variety of food; I would recommend looking at everything available before choosing, as the setup is a little odd. For example, the waffle makers are by the coffee, which is a separate area from the rest of the food. Also, the hot foot was not together, but in two separate corners of the counter. It's not a problem, and the food was very good, the location of the foods just didn't flow, in my opinion. The BBQ restaurant nearby is VERY GOOD! The room itself is very large, spacious, and clean. It had a well equipped kitchenette with an apartment sized refrigerator, microwave, burners (stove), sink, etc. The only change I would make would be to add another light, because it was on the dark side during the day, then at night, too dark. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice large room with good amenities of full size fridge, microwave, lots of drawers and decent closet space. Seems to have very good soundproofing as I did not hear a single other guest during my stay and that is usually a big problem for me--hearing other guests next door or on the floor above or in the hall and I heard none of that. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast with longer hours than most meaning you can sleep in a bit. Very friendly staff and yummy cookie at check in.

The hotel was welcoming in every way possible. Super clean, breakfast delicious, hot, and varied day to day, freshly baked cookies daily, extensive knowledge about surrounding location and attractions, beds very comfortable and the room was appealing to the eye. From the front desk staff, Deidra and the young man whose name I can’t remember, to the housekeeping gal, to the general manager, all made you feel like family and royalty at the same time. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short business stay, a fun exploring vacation to Hocking Hills, or an extended stay as a home away from home.

Check in was 3 pm we arrived at 5:10 The lobby was full of other customers waited in line to find out rooms were not ready. I looked at the clock on the wall said 510. I said check in as after three why is my room not ready the manager said oh hold on I’ll be back. She went away for about 15 minutes, came back and got me in my room. I travel quite a bit. I normally do early check-in. Never a problem and this was a problem because my room was not ready and I had to wait.

I thought the location was absolutely perfect and have raved about it since i got home and already have 2 ppl looking into making a trip to Hocking Hills and want to stay there. The restaurants and brewery being in walking distance was amazing! the building itself on the inside and outside are beautiful and clean! And the staff was amazingly nice and helpful! We will def be returning!!!!

The location was next to a highway and there was a lot of traffic noise. The shower was big but there was no grab bar and the floor was on the slippery side. Outside of that I am pleased with my choice. The staff was over the top!!!!!!!!!!!!

The walls are paper thin. Although we stayed on the 4th floor, we were privy to other guests conversation, & @ some point had to alert them to tone it down. From our understanding, the hotel has only 4floors, but we heard people walking & talking overheard the entirety of our stay. The elevator goes to only 4 floors, not unless the other is accessed through the stairs. The breakfast was appalling & definitely nothing to write home about. The ambiance is good & it definitely smelled really nice, BUT VERY POOR QUALITY OF SLEEP DUE TO EXTRA THIN WALLS. Careful what you say, other guests can DEFINITELY HEAR YOU!!!

Check in smooth, room clean, bathroon clean, breakfast good but they didnt refill often and check out smooth. Parking is good but not much shade. Enough room to walk canine. Did not use pool or exercise room. Staff all very friendly and welcoming of dogs- just call ahead of time to let them know, it makes the process more smooth.
