Decent hotel and had all the requirements, tidy, clean and quiet. Good parking underground. Just be mindful that you need to collect your keys/cards from another site which is about 5mins around the corner. Otherwise good for a short term stay.

I could not sleep because of the nosie from the road. You can hear people in next room talking all night about to fun but she said no because every room would hear. The shower head was leaking water. Single bed best to sleep on. The key was off site 3kms way. No office on site. It was like stay at apartment building not motel. Not enough parking people staying there. No sky tv. Second worst in Hamilton stayed at. The room set out like apartment room.

Very clean and tidy room, recently updated by the looks of things. Bed very comfortable, good shower, great little kitchen. Opposite Pak n Save, very handy to most facilities in Hamilton. Couldn’t get radiator or towel rail to work, but heat pump was great. Would stay there again.

Room facilities where excellent. Comfortable bed. Laundry was disappointing sheets smelt of cigarette smoke. Towels smelted stale. Site is un manned so key pick up was 1 block away at another motel. Great potential for a good stay just need to address the laundry issues.

Spacious room with full kitchen! Great bathroom! Lovely shower, huge bed, quiet heat pump, minimal - zero road noise. Over the road from Pak n Save. Easy check-in at their sister motel. Friendly, helpful reception.

This is an unattended site, more like an apartment block. The rooms are clean and spacious with all the necessary items being available, including some cooking capacity. Bed was very comfortable and the room well presented. You get a lot for your money when compared to some of my other travels.

Key in seperate place. No help in motel. Accom large space. Very thin internal door seperating rooms - allowing noise to come in. Great block out curtains on window but not above the front door which flooded the room with light from outside.

Second visit, room didn’t have a breakfast bar, but did have a wet bathroom. Was clean and comfortable however was right beside external air conditioners units so a bit noisy. Internet lagged quite a bit so was annoying trying to watch movies but love everything else

Beautiful new rooms, looks newly renovated. Great big space. Beds were very comfortable, Great big bathroom. Good wifi connection and nice having a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. Nice to have a Heat Pump to control the temperature on the muggy nights. There were two of us staying on a work trip in the same room, the check in was offsite and they would only give us one key per room. One of us left the key in the room and we had to drive back to the remote location to collect a second key. They told us we should have just called them, as they can unlock the room remotely. None of that was communicated when we checked in, and it was frustrating to only have one key. part from that, Zeta Motel was a fantastic place to stay

staff were good, no where on the hotel website does it mention you pick up the keys from one location then have to drag your bags 500 meters down the road cross the busiest road in town to get to your room. Sadly the sound insulation between rooms seems poor, we listened to our neighbours talking most of the night. Not the staffs fault but the owners should do better

I am a Sales Rep, so I travel a lot and stay in Motels a lot. At the end of my stay I need a GST tax invoice to reimburse money from my company. So, I asked them for a tax invoice and Zeta Motel sent me an invoice for the amount they recieved from Expedia. Which is a little less for what I paid, because Expedia has taken a commission from it. However, in my case I want an invoice for the full amount I paid and I do not want to know what commission Expedia took. I contacted Expedia to ask for an invoice and the invoice Expedia gave me does not have their GST number. So, I had to call Expedia again to send me a customized invoice with their GST number on it. When I called the Motel the receptionists were extremely rude and gets annoyed when you ask questions to understand why this is happening. Three months ago I stayed at this Motel and I was able to get a GST tax invoice without any issues. If I can get it then why can't I get it now? My advice is if you are travelling for work and need a GST Tax invoice after your stay, stay away from this place. But if you are travelling on your own money to see places, it is a good place to stay with good facilities. You do not have to deal with staff if you do not need invoices.

I stayed two nights and on Friday the 12th July, I phoned reception about the noise coming from the Unit 510 next to mine. The noise started at 10pm before the people left the premises and after they returned at 3.30am in the morning. They were shouting and swearing on their return and then they turned their music on, until 5.30am in the morning. I phoned reception twice. I was told first they would phone them and the second time they were calling the Police. The Police didnt come. The management were ineffective and my lack of sleep was hard to accept on top of the stress of having my wife ill in hospital. The lack of action by the management is a disgrace.

I am still waiting for my $100 refund,apparently it was refunded back to me on the 6/10/24,I am 3 days past that date with no refund.The owner is blaming my bank(rude).I have spoken to my bank on 4 sepearate occasions & my money is clearly not with them.I am very frustrated that the owner of the motel is telling me to take it for dispute,& to show the bank my merchant copy of the receipt to prove they refunded me MY PROBLEM IS THERE IS NO MONEY,THEY QUITE HAPPILY TOOK,BUT NOW I HAVE TO DISPUTE IT TO GET MY $100 REFUNDED..THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!THE OWNER IS TAKING NO RESPONSIBILITY & NOT EVEN APOLOGISING THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED..IT IS REALLY DODGY TO ME IN THIS DAY & AGE YOU HAVE TO WAIT 3 DAYS FOR MONEY(OR LONGER)..OR YOU HAVE TO DISPUTE THINGS WHEN YOU'VE DONE NOTHING WRONG. WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL ANYMORE TO MY LARGE FAMILY & FRIENDS???NOPE..CAUSE THEY MAY TO DISPUTE THEIR CLAIM TO A $100 REFUND!!!

The motel room itself was perfectly fine. Very nice new modern kitchen and bathroom. There is no staff on site at the motel you need to check in at another motel so should you need anything such as extra towels etc this would be difficult to obtain.

Be prepared: there is no reception at this location. You have to pick up keys a few blocks away. We stayed two non-consecutive nights. First night was quiet. Second night there was some sort of alarm next door that did not stop. We suspect that somebody lives there semi permanently.

Awesome room with kitchen and all the basic utensils, Cutlery and plates. Close to Pak n Save aswell as the city centre and quiet location highly recommended

Great space - huge, clean and has everything for a long stay - very very noisy surrounding area though - the live band at the pub over the road you can hear word for word. Very lucky we had ear plugs! Bed was awfully uncomfortable.

Nice to be on the lakeside. The room was quiet but not like a studio room which we’d booked. It was long and only had the front doors as a window. Restaurant was great, the food excellent and the staff fabulous

Did not like the lack of lifts to 2nd floor. Did not like lack of breakfast. No hairdryer or coat hangers.

The room was huge, clean and the bed was really comfy. We also enjoyed the bonus of free parking. Make sure you check in and pick up your key at the other address before you arrive at Zeta.

Exactly as described. Perfect for a business traveller who just wants a clean room with a comfy bed. Hotel is old and tired but spotlessly clean and beds are comfortable. You have to pick the key up from another motel and there is no one onsite but once you got past that it was as expected and great value for money.

The size,tidiness of room excellent.getting the key was a mission.google map and owners sent me on a goose chase to get key.not good enough.

Rude and unhelpful locked me out of my room at 9am and the building so my last hour was waiting for them to unlock it and no time for shower had to leave

I'm going to keep this short and sweet. There were cockroaches in my bed. They were babys too which is a sign that they are breeding and there is an infestation. I personally find that to be a crazy health and safety issue but apparently this is not grounds for a refund. I am disappointed by both the hotel and Expedia.
