Staff was friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Ample free parking where allot of the hotels in the area charge you a fee. Breakfast was also free and great with a variety of choices. Five (5) stars all the way.

The free parking and continental breakfast with a lot of options is a huge plus. Many resorts charge for parking and don't include them in your stay so lots of savings there. The room was very clean and cold upon arrival, I did not need to wait for the room to cool down. Ideal location next to Epic theme park which was the reason we decided to stay here, which took us less than 10 minutes to drive to. We did not use any of the on site amenities but enjoyed this quiet, clean, and updated hotel.

Pool area is ultra small. Gym is good size. PARKING is still free. The Hyatt House at Universal charges for parking so this os a great alternative. But at night areas a little shaddy. Wouldnt leave anything in the car. Everything is new and clean. Kitchens have all you need to make or heat up food. 10 mins from Universal Studios.

Breakfast and free parking and price were the key reasons why I pick this stay, but really impressed when the updated look and fixtures. Mattress was firm and pillows very supportive. My issue was the door latch was hard to open and the door didn’t close and latch without some force. Heat & A/c in each room was noisy

Our stay was great! Everything was clean and towels were replaced daily. My only complaint would be running out of toilet paper in our room. Having an extra roll or 2 would have been good. We took the shuttle to Universal only the first day. The times aren't the most convenient in the evening. Breakfast was a good selection. Unfortunately, it was quite busy. Items ran out quickly.

I loved that the hotel has free parking! Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms, great environment. Definitely will come back. Only downside is the pool is a little small and depressing from the rest of the hotel. But other than that I loved it:)

Staff was wonderful and friendly. There was a random cockroach when we first checked in and the room smelled a bit like urine but the room was nice and clean otherwise. Breakfast staff was very friendly and kept the food fresh and full. They varied the offers a little each day so that was nice. Location for universal was really great!

Didn’t use pool located in parking lot Lol! Clean, quiet, comfortable bed. However, I got 10 bug bites in bed first night so we purchased bug spray & sprayed room & bed and the rest of our stay was bugless. Vanity in bathroom had no counter space & barn door to bathroom kept sticking. Otherwise, everything OK but my bug bites still itch!

We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was spotless clean. Very spacious. The bed was wonderful. Great place to return to after a long day out in the warm weather. Complimentary breakfast was also great. A little busy but always found a table to sit down and eat. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location of the hotel is very convenient regarding Universal Parks and shopping malls. There were also many dining options. Would definitely stay again.

We found a human tooth on our lamp near the bed side. The fact that the cleaning staff didn't see it and clean it up is a concern. Plus that was a huge turn off and we lost trust of how clean the rest of the room would be. The staff were great and the facility is awesome. But all of that went to the side because of the human tooth spotted on a lamp in the second bedroom.

Hotel was a great option for our family trip, universal attractions not more than 15 mins away, there are shops close by, Walmart not too far. Suite was nice size with kitchenette, full fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove top. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, rooms are modern looking. Breakfast had great options… eggs, potatoes, pancakes, cereal, assorted bread, fruits etc…and it’s offered at good times. 7:30-9:30am. So you have enough time to actually eat! Free Parking, so it’s great if you have a rental. Kids had a great time…would definitely come back here.

Staying at this hotel was truly a wonderful experience. Super clean, maintained, and beautiful. Our suite was perfect, felt like being in a home with a kitchen and amenities. Breakfast was delicious, with hot items changing daily. Eggs, waffles or pancakes, potatoes, sausage or bacon. It was very pleasant. Beds super comfy, accommodating staff. Hands down, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be staying there again and highly recommend you do too.

Huge, clean, & comfortable room. We got the 2 bed room with sofa bed and it was bigger than some apartments. Fully stocked kitchen too. Really great free breakfast buffet too. Very close to theme parks & plenty of parking. Definitely staying here again.

Great room design, spacious, and very clean. The door lock was difficult to handle (mechanism was stuck). Friendly staff, very courteous, and very willing. Continental breakfast very traditional, decent quality, but limited. Overall, I would definitely return.

Amazing hotel with great rooms and reliable Wi-Fi. I had a very nice 6-night stay and honestly cannot say a bad word about the hotel or its services. The location is perfect, and it’s a wonderful place to stay. The air conditioning works really well, though it could be a little quieter. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Started off terrible. The lady who checked us in was very rude and had a lot of anger in her look and tone when speaking to me. But after 2 hours, the manager finally checked us in and was very accommodating and after that, everything went well and no more issues. Even the lady who checked us out was very polite and pleasant. Only the first lady who checked us in, well actually, she never checked us in, she just took up two hours of our time until the manager checked us in. she was just extremely rude and disrespectful to us, she does not belong in customer service at all.

The room was spotless, everything working perfectly. The staff was very courteous: the breakfast team, the cleaning teams (all). A special mention for Atia and Giselle, the front managers that made our stay even more pleasant as they were always in great mood and catered for our requests always with a smile! We will always return to this Hyatt House when we'll be back in Orlando - excellent.

Disappointed with My Stay – Poor Customer Service and Reservation Issues I booked and paid for my room at Hyatt House through Expedia, expecting a smooth check-in process and the room I reserved. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Upon arrival, I was charged again for a completely different room—one that was smaller than what I originally booked. No one confirmed my reservation number, and they didn’t even check my ID at check-in. I had to go back down to the front desk to ask why I was placed in a different room and why there was an additional charge on my card. I showed proof of my Expedia booking and payment, but I received no apology, no courtesy upgrade, no complimentary offer—nothing. The staff was unprofessional and seemed unbothered by the situation. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially coming from a brand like Hyatt. I expected much better communication and customer service. I will think twice before booking here again.

Great location to Universal and fresh property just off the interstate. PERFECT for families traveling to nearby attractions. Everything you need to get your day started off right without having to leave the property. Walkable options for dining off property. Staff appeared to enjoy the energy, not overwhelmed by the morning hustle and bustle. Would recommend business travelers avoid if kids, minivans and sugar fueled/ theme park combustible joy is not your vibe.

Really great hotel located on International Drive. Lots of walkable options for shopping, activities and dining nearby. The hotel was really clean and I was impressed with the kitchenette, which is perfect for a family with young kids.

10/10 will definitely return to this hotel. The room was big and spacious, clean, comfortable. A bit like having a mini house :) The breakfast was very good, a variety of items daily. I liked that they changed the options daily so one day we got bacon next day we got sausages, it was delicious too. Staff were very helpful and accomodating, thank you to Ms. T. Thomas for her professionalism, hospitality and kindness. Checkin was smooth. No issues.
