What I didn’t like the most was when I was trying to charge the Tesla, gas cars were parked on the chargers. It was an inconvenience. We chose this hotel due to the convenience for Tesla charging. The breakfast was not too terrible but did not have a “wow” effect.

I had issues with the room key, they gave me the wrong room. The male staff at the front desk said I had a “special room” and wanted to walk me to my door and it made me me you comfortable. They had no parking. They had nobody working the bar or restaurant area. We tried to have dinner there, but ended up leaving for dinnrr

I chose this location for the shuttle service to and/from airport and because I know Hyatts to be nice. Unfortunately upon arrival I was told shuttle for the morning slot I needed was full…because they only have 7 SEATS…how is that even reasonable for an airport advertised hotel to only have 7 seats. There were lots of flights leaving early morning when we were, and not having the shuttle service as expected required me to keep my rental car overnight. I was very disappointed. Also, we had an accessible room, which was appreciated, but need more bedside plugs for accessible folks machines…and the shower was roll in but it needs a bracket to hold the shower head up at regular height, having to hold the shower head for the whole shower isn’t great if you aren’t in a wheelchair or using the bench…just a second bracket up higher would be a good addition. Last but not least, the room was very nice and cared for, but when I put down the seat in the shower there were 2 very long hairs on it, obviously a place in the room not cleaned every time….we both have short hair.

Everything was great. Only complaint was parking. Horrible for parking. Actually a safety issue for all guest including me.. People double parking and parking in red. No room for fire truck. Can be in danger here on busy weekends.

We stayed in the exact same room as last year. The floor was dirty. The sink faucet was really loose and the door handle for handicap was not usable it was drilled in to the wood like they Jerry rigged it. It seemed worse than last time. Plus they didn’t tell us they charged for the buffet breakfast you just walk in and they ask for your room number but that’s it.

We've stay at this location before and they ise to serve feee breakfast. This we were informed that they charge $11.99 for breakfast, on top of our room cost and parking cost. Plus our restroom shower had hair probably from the previous stay. Not a happy customer 😒

I stayed at the Hyatt Place for one night before I flew out to Hawaii and I came in expecting just an average stay since I booked last minute, but the room was modern, clean and spacious. It also had a casting option for the TV so I could play music from my phone. I booked the 1 king bed with sofa bed (high floor) and I had a top floor room with a nice view (for what it was - since it’s near the airport). Check in was easy, front desk was polite & helpful and the parking was right out front. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a place near the airport!

Everyone was really nice. I was able to get an early check in, the employee at the desk was very nice, and offered me the complimentary breakfast that was being served. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bathroom was nice, but the shower head did not work properly, the water pressure was not good. Our only complaint. The pool was nice, and the gym was nice as well. We had a good stay, and a good time.

I stayed at this property for 5 days with my fiancé and my mom. The first couple of days were nice but towards the end of our stay it was not as nice. They did a fire alarm test whilst we were there and it lasted longer than half an hour resulting in us moving to our vehicle to wait for the test to end. The walls were pretty thin to where we could hear the couple in the room next to us having their intimate time.

The television and remote only worked properly half of the time. The free internet service was very poor. The water in both the sink and the shower would turn completely off multiple times and then come back on very hot. The available snacks in the lobby were expensive and there was very little variety. There was no microwave in the room for the microwave popcorn they have available. Overall, definitely not what I would have expected from this hotel chain.

Air conditioning did not work. Informed the front desk and received a fan for the room. Asked to change rooms within a few minutes of checking in and was informed hotel was sold out so unable to change rooms.

We frequent the Hyatt Place and it has become our go to hotel for when we travel back home to San Jose. The staff and housekeeping are always friendly and helpful, even when they are super busy checking guests in and out and you have a question or need at the same time. The location is super convenient with excellent freeway access. The breakfast that was included in our rate is a decent mix and the hot food varies from day to day. Some changes we’ve encountered since our last stay to prior to our most recent one: • The once-free parking is now $20/vehicle per night (and we had 2, making it quite costly for 3 nights). But at least they don’t charge for day parking because at one point, we did have a 3rd vehicle visiting us, but just for the day. Breakfast used to be automatically included in the rate, now you have to choose it. Whether you select it while booking or at the hotel, it’s $11/person. However, know that this hotel rate, in general, is lower compared to others in the area. So, keep all those things in mind when booking! Overall, I still recommend the Hyatt Place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dispute over my pre-paid reservation. Upon arrival they said they would not charge my card for the room but for deposit. Was charges $700...I disputed with the front desk, multiple staff and they all said it was I had to resolve with Expedia, they made their problem my problem. WORST STAFF, THEY ALL SHOULD NOT BE IN THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS! DO NOT STAY HERE.

Stayed overnight on our way to Monterey. Arrived late at night and Hyatt provides a shuttle to/from the airport so that we could pick up our car in the morning. Breakfast is provided at cost and self-served in a spacious, well lit room. There are blooming cherry trees on the property. Beautiful! Our rooms were safe and clean. Staff was welcoming and made us feel like they appreciated our business. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the hotel or the area but we would use the facility again if we come to SJC.

Options for convince snacks, drinks or essentials if you forget something is limited or not available. Breakfast is not good. You'd think Hyatt would have this up tp par. Don't waste your money. Going down the street to a cafe or Starbucks is better. Give information to guests for wifi, facility features, surrounding food/drink areas or activities is helpful.

I enjoyed the hotel and the location to the airport was perfect. However! When I went down to get dinner, I was told that the cook had called off and no dinner was available....could I please walk over to Dennys!! Thank goodness it was only a 7 minute walk and it wasn't cold out. And the person at the desk was very apologetic but that was one of the main reasons I stay at HGI!! I don't have to leave the property!!

First off, be aware that this hotel is now charging at least $20 per night for parking in the hotel parking lot. We stayed here at the beginning of July, and there was no fee for parking. When we stayed here again on our way through at the end of July, we were required to register our vehicle and pay a $20 fee to park overnight. This was never in our original reservation. Buyer beware. Rooms were standard Hyatt Place, and there is a Denny's within walking distance. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was bland and very "California" (3 types of milks, overcooked waffles and very little food of substance). The hotel is right next to the PayPal offices, if that's what you're looking for. Overall, we would not stay here again. The bait-and-switch feeling over parking left a bad taste.

Was not happy with the staff on Sunday morning. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast in the morning which is good. However, was not happy with the two staff members at the front. Both my wife and I noticed they greeted the people who are white as they walked by, but when us Asians walked by we did not hear one single simple greeting from them as if we were invisible. Very disappointed as it appeared Asians make up a pretty good percentage of the overall guests that were staying there. That’s just our observation.

When we arrived at the hotel around 8:30pm, we wanted food and some beers. We were told to order the beer fast, because the bartender was about to go on his lunch break. But there would be no food until after the cook returned from his lunch break, which was just about to start. Honestly, if we knew the bartender would be so squirrelly, we would have found someplace else to drink. One word: strange. The welcome was fantastic. The room was quiet. I slept so well.
