Days Inn by Wyndham Branson Ozarks

Back part of the hotel was old and looked to be falling apart on some parts. Also would have been alot better if they had a pool.

No frills room. Adequate for a quick trip. Staff was friendly. No pool on site, but has access to one down the road

Staff are accomodating, parking is right in front of our rooms making parking very convenient & with easy access.

Did not like the fact there was not a pool on site as advertised very disappointing!

No pool had to drive to a assister motel to the pool a round 2 miles

Loved the Inn and the staff. Only negative was no swimming pool close.

Nice room! Parked right outside on ground level. Grey colored laminate flooring, with plenty of room. The bed was AWESOME! Very comfortable with pillow top type padding. Air worked week—tho it blows right across but the comforter was warm. The bed had 4 large pillows as well. Breakfast area was simple and smaller but adequate. Very little noise which was really great! Very pleased with the whole experience!

VERY kind cleaning staff and hotel personnel. Although we found out the hard way that the pool was offsite, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Great hotel for the price!

The floor was dirty.

The room was clean, the desk staff was courteous, the bed was awesome, and the price was reasonable. We were wanting a clean, quiet place to sleep and it fills the bill. This is an older property, so don't judge it by the exterior, it could use a refresh. But nothing was in "bad" shape. The room was not fancy, but it was more than adequate and the location is great, particularly if you are wanting to be close to Sight and Sound. Away from the congestion of the Branson Strip. We will stay here again when we travel to Branson.

Moldy/dirty towels in bathroom upon arrival. All floors filthy leaving feet black. Large gaps around outside door big enough for snakes to crawl thru. Fire extinguishers laying in corner of breezeway. Very difficult to figure out how to operate TV - had to use 2 remotes. Bathtub had brown dirty rust looking spots. Patron next to our room was playing music extremely loud - had to call management who did have them turn it down.

The AC worked, but the room smelled like smoke and there was awasp near outside my room. I told the front office and they did nothing. Breakfast was a joke. It was in a hotel room size room and the owners family took up the entire place. You could get a cup of coffee, a box of 1type of ceral, or a piece of bread. The room had newer flooring, but several types of newer flooring that did not match up and was not level with each other.

The room was recently remodeled and was expected for a motel however the shower area had not been updated. The tub was dirty and grungy.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! The place was close to the Sight and sound Theatre which we visited.

Room was very dirty, no drapes only blind and light from parking lot lit up the room. No security lock on the door. I had to cancel the second night which was too bad as the location to the sight and sound theater was great

Room was dirty, dead bugs in floor, sheets smelled dirty. Toilet seat was broken with bolts laying in bathroom floor. Beds were like sleeping on cots and had brown stains on pillow cases and on the chair in the room. The room smelled like cigarettes. On the day of discharge, we were locked out of our room. Key code wouldn’t work so we had to wake up the manager at 6:30 am since there is no one at the front desk at that time. Would not stay here again.

Clean room. Provided for the basics :) Body wash was a wonderful scent. Breakfast was decent and sufficient (1 waffle maker, sausage sandwiches that can be microwaved, muffins, breakfast bars, instant oatmeal). My suggestion for mgt is to add 1 or 2 more waffle makers. Lines get long because there is only one waffle maker.

nice staff,clean room,hot water and pressure from shower good,lighted facility at night,very firm mattress,pillows were good but mattress was too firm for my comfort standard. Appreciated clean rooms with updated flooring

I was so surprised at how clean this place is. (That is my #1 priority in a hotel!) Every corner was spotless. There were some old cigarettes burn marks on the tub, but it was clean! The hot water was AMAZINGLY hot. The sheets were bright white and smelled freshly laundered. The pillows must be fairly new because they were nice and fluffy. The blanket was a duvet insert that was decently used, but it was fine. They do not have curtains in the room, but do have the higher quality, paper type of blinds that slide up and down by hand. They do block out a good portion of the morning sun. I was there in 2 very cloudy days. On a sunny day that might have been an issue. I loved the location! Minutes from everything yet so extremely quiet. I never heard road noise. I would have liked some sort of table in the room. The fridge and microwave worked great! The grab and go breakfast was perfectly fine. They had fresh donuts, bagels, muffins (packaged) bagels and other breads you could toast. They offered nice size, brand name, chocolate milk, white milk, juices and water. Their lobby closes at 6pm. If you are arriving later than that (which we did), they text you the instructions on how access your room. Their locks are digital codes. My ONLY problem is those beds are unbelievably horrific!! Absolutely the worst hotel bed I have ever slept on. I'd stay again. But I would bring a nice thick mattress topper.

I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE T.V. REMOTES. I HAD TO USE 2 FOR THE T.V. AND THEY WERE HARD TO OPERATE THE T.V.

This is my second time staying. It is off the strip so there isn’t much traffic, which is nice. The rooms are clean and all the necessities are available. Breakfast is nice with cereal, milk and chocolate milk. Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. Muffins, bagels, water. Will be back for a third time.

The room was clean. The bathroom was a little dated but ckean. Excellent shower pressure. Checkin was simple. We did an over the phone checkin. We were sent a # code. Everything was smooth and convenient. Continental breakfast but nicer than most. Located out of the congestion of traffic but close enough. Right by The Mansion and just down from Sight and Sound if your going to those shows. The hotel has been renovated in the last 2 years. Great price.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, only two issues was the people above us was up all night scooting chair and bouncing on the bed making a lot of noise. Other issue was the remote did not work for the tv despite having new batteries.

Everything was clean and great except for the bed: it was extremely uncomfortable and I slept horribly

We only stayed two nights as weather cut our trip short. Room was comfortable but was awakened between 3-5a.m. both nights to other guests supposedly preparing to go to work. Room was not ADA for wheelchair so husband was unable to bath or shower.

Rooms were clean. They even smelled nice. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. The only complaint I have is the water pressure. It was very low. Other than that it was a great stay.

The check in was super wonderful easy after hours check in. It was clean and simple definitely will be back. Price was perfect. Grab n go breakfast was hassle free and child approved. Damon was beyond amazing made sure we had everything we needed and was the absolute sweetest!!!!

Wonderful staff. Damien was a great person always ready to help and very cheerful. Rooms spotless. Will be back!

No staff on duty

Was kinda worried about this being an older hotel, but it was clean and comfortable and when I ran into an issue they gave the best customer service to resolve it of any motel I've ever stayed at! The man at front did an outstanding job! Thanks so much!

This property is old - no two ways about it; but the owners are trying to make it as clean and worthy of your dollars as they can. A few things: 1) They aren't there all of the time (8am - 6pm usually). So when you want coffee from a coffee pot (not your little "dinky" room dispenser), you're gonna have to wait. BUT - they are available 24 hrs a day by phone, and will call you if you will be checking in after they leave to give your instructions on how to get to your room. 2) IT IS 50 FEET TO SIGHT AND SOUND THEATER - you can literally walk to the theater, a HUGE BONUS!!! 3) The rooms are old, the bathrooms are small, and the mattresses are HARD, so plan accordingly. But, they are one of the only hotels I ever seen that put mattress covers completely around the mattresses - which is a huge plus for me (a germaphobe). 4) There are 2 guys that run that hotel, and the one with short hair (I forget his name) is awesome! He's very friendly, kind, and accommodating. 5) Instead of room keys they have code doors - which I loved because I always lose those key cards. 6) They have better wifi codes than most places making your computer a little safer. 7) They all have LVP flooring - which is great for making the rooms cleaner, and cleaning up after your furry companions.

Interesting property. One person in the lobby until 6. He checked us in by sending a text. If we had arrived after 6, we would not have seen anyone and been checked in by text. We had a problem with wifi and called a number. 10 minutes later someone had reset the router and then came to help us. Wifi worked well with our iPhones, but not with my laptop...

The doir locks by pressing a lock button on the screen. Check in did not tell us this. We thought it auto locked lije most hotel doors. I just happened to check my door when I left the room and found it unlocked. Had to ask the desk how it locks. Should have been told on check in. Water in the shower was not hot the second morning. Barely warm.

The young gentleman was very helpful to us! We were able to check in a little early in order to get to our program planned on time! Would recommend them!

Pricing was the best in Branson. I can only guess the reason they are not full, is distance from main drag. (which is only 5 min!) However, walking distance to Sight n Sound!

Had a great location for travel to all the sights we were interested in.

I picked this place because of the location being close to the Sight and Sound theater. This is an older place that has been updated. The staff was prompt, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative thing I initially noticed was the curbside appearance was lacking. I wasn’t sure pulling up if this would be a place I would want to stay at, but I am glad I gave it a chance. I would definitely stay here again.

Yes great location. Sows and shopping nearby. Walking distance to Sight and Sound. Good dog walking area.

This place was 10-15 minutes from anything you want to do in Branson. Close enough to the fun and far enough to be quiet. Right next to Sight and Sound.

Breakfast was very simple and all processed foods. Fresh fruit and hard boiled eggs would help make it more balanced.

It was a nice place to spend the night while passing through. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. A little disappointed in the breakfast setup and how small the area was and the lack of food items.

We got a good,clean room with comfortable beds. The area was convenient andbit was easy to get anywhere. Our little dog cost $15 a night. The only disappointment was the breakfast. Online it said a hot breakfast. Basically it was breads and something to drink.

The office hours were ridiculous, open only from 8- early evening. Breakfast was weak and only became available at 8am. The young men in the office when it was open were wonderful, friendly and helpful.

Heater in 326 is very loud Also we were expecting to be in a hotel where you enter your room from inside You can fix it up all you want but this is a MOTEL On a good note the staff we encountered were polite and helpful and breakfast was good

It was a cheap place to stay, but unfortunately it showed. The room was decent, clean, but very basic. The mattresses were not very comfortable. The grab and go breakfast was fairly worthless. Only a few options on the menu, packaged muffins, cereal, bagels, and day old Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Coffee, but nothing to go in it. No creamer no sweetener no sugar. With all the places to stay in Branson, I won’t be choosing this place again.

Staff was nice. Easy check in. Breakfast is mainly continental style. They were supposed to have breakfast sandwiches but they were only had 1 left when we were they and the young man could not find any more. Otherwise would probably stay again

It was a quiet clean rooms , staff was super helpful. My husband had called before to see if they had a hot breakfast and they said yes.When we got there no hot breakfast. The grab and go was good I just didn’t like that who ever we talk to was not honest with us. Overall it was good.
