Modern hotel with large pool and a good selection of restaurants. Good view of the city especially at dawn and sunset. There is a beach but not sure about water quality. Pool was good but a shower in the changing room would be useful. Room fairly small but well equipped. Glass door and window to the bathroom is ok for privacy but the light wakes the other occupant at night Not cheap but worth the cost

Bassenget manglet fliser og flere fliser var løse i bassenget. Solstolene var slitte og en del ubrukelig. Treningsrommet var fullt, med veldig innestengt luft. Det var veldig lytt på hotellet, som gjorde det vanskelig å sove på natten. Vi fant en sprøyte på stranden rett utenfor hotellet og hotelltrappene. Fin utsikt og god beliggenhet, men alt i alt opplevde vi at verdien av pengene ikke ble ivaretatt . Vil verken anbefale eller dra tilbake.

Comfortable hotel with high stadard if you want to stay in the city but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. For eating no problem, you can find all kinds of food in the 5 restaurants in English point Marina. Nothing else around in a walk distance.

Love the infinitypool. Asked for upgrade and got a 3 bedroom apt.again🙏

Property was lovely with ample dining and drink facilities on site. Taxi or tuk tuk is needed to get around as there isn’t anywhere you can walk to. We arrived during a power cut and were unable to check-in for a while. We went to the coffee shop to while away the time. The staff were wonderful and did their best. Just chill, this is Kenya.

The place is clean and nice. The gym and spa facilities are great and I really enjoyed my stay here.

This is one of the nicest places in the area. The staff was excellent and friendly. The price was good for the place. I am already looking forward to returning. The refrigerator did not work, and the desk said they would send someone to fix it, twice, but it did not get resolved. So any food we had went bad. It offered a kitchen, but nothing to cook with, no drinking glasses, no plates, no utensils, no soap. You are paying for a kitchen that you cannot use. You are paying for space. The WiFi and air conditioning was unreliable, but they were experiencing storms to be fair. The dining options are great and the food was incredible! I got a massage at the spa. Again, it was fantastic. I loved this hotel, and the staff. My only issue was not being able to use the kitchen, which was important to me. The gym facility was beautiful.

Clean, good facilities, helpful staff, good vibes. If you want typical beach activities close by, this is not the hotel for you. If you want an excellent base to explore Mombasa from,then this is the one.

This hotel is for families or groups because you get more than one room. I travel quite a bit and my thing is roominess and cleanliness and so these days I tend to go with VRBO or Airbnb. I booked this hotel immediately after I looked at the square footage and I found it was more than I bargained for. It is in a kind of residential area and quiet {you just have to live with the crows :) }. If you want to dip in the ocean it is there and if you prefer a pool it is there. The food was good (the coffee may take a couple of more minutes to arrive at your table than you want- no big deal to me). The staff was very polite everywhere including salutes in some areas, The rooms were very clean. Simply, I would give this hotel the maximum score in all aspects but certain areas of it have a sewerage smell. I am sure it is something they can fix easily and it wouldn't deter me from returning if I went back for any reason

I liked the staff and the facilities are modern and comfortable. There is an awful sewage smell in the elevator that permeates to the bedrooms. To avoid it , the only way is opening the windows but then the mosquitoes come in. The AC says 18C, but the lowest temperature it runs is 25C at best.

The rooms were specious and clean. The access to the deck and the view.. The staff are friendly.

We liked the atmosphere and location the view was amazing,the flat was huge and spacious .food was really nice at the restaurant the staff were really friendly and nice.Want to Thank the chef who gave us a cake for my daughter’s birthday just for two hours amazing cake really appreciate. The flat was filled with cockroaches they kept on crawling around in the kitchen and rooms even in the hot water kettle and the cups which were kept for coffee really filthy and disgusting . At breakfast on the second day we had a very rude lady at the egg and pancake station she didn’t like us to order she thought it was too much she kept on rolling her eyes wet paid for the breakfast and why she is treating us like she is doing us a favor very disappointed.we requested for waffles for half an hour and she didn’t give us unfortunately she didn’t know that I understand Swahili so she told the kitchen not to make the waffles as the time has passed very very bad service she spoiled our day and ruined our breakfast.at the same time there was a really wonderful gentleman who served us with smile and made sure we had why we asked for .

The rooms are spotless and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was sumptuous. Lots of choices and good service. Excellent front desk staff. The reception area could use a renovation/repaint and some better lighting. Thankfully that is not a requirement for the excellent rooms. The restaurants on the property and the waterside bar are of disappointing quality. This wouldn’t be an issue if there were good restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the hotel is good value.

Arrived to the hotel smelling like sewage, especially in the elevator. Aircon barely worked and kept turning off, throughout the night it made a noise like an airplane was taking off. The blackout curtain is there but doesn’t fit the window so light pours in still. There was dried blood stain on my sheets and we got food pounding from the Indian restaurant. Lastly for some reason the hotel was playing loud party music in the hallway where our room was - had to ring them and ask them to turn it off as we were sleeping. The gym is well equipped and nice but again the aircon was so weak it was like a sauna working out in there.

All 3 rooms we booked air conditioner went out, didn't have fans in two of the rooms. Moved us to different t rooms and the air was out. Would not make any adjustments on room rates . Then refused to let us out of parking lot for a 4 dollar payment for laundry

The 3 bedroom seaview was absolutely superb. It was tasteful furnished and decorated.

This hotel is marketed as an upscale hotel and I believe at one point it was. The staff go above and beyond and they genuinely want to see you have a pleasant experience. The issues I had was that the was mildew and stains on the grouting in the shower and around the tub. The cable or satellite tv the claim to have is a lie. Every single room had basic maintenance ver the air local tv channels. The WiFi sucks, there is not other way to explain it. I used a site to measure the download and upload speed. Got 28.96 Mbps download speeds and 30 Mbps upload speed. Regrettable I think the owners or investors are only interested in a return and very little go s back into maintenance or upgrades

aircon was not working. moved room 2 times during my 10 days stay because of aircon.

Lovely hotel, a little bit more on the corporate side than having that holiday vibe. The location right on the water is spectacular. I didn't eat here as at the end of my vacation, the prices were quite high. Room was huge and clean, but the aircon was very weak even on full blast so it was a very warm night.

Next time I come to Kenya this will be my hotel. Highly recommend the staff are great and very helpful

The staff was wonderful

The property was clean and I feel safe. The problem was the lady receptionist when I checked out(a heavy set lady with a stitched scar on her forehead), was making me pay my 4 nights stay, which I already paid through expedia. She is very rude, just ignoring me while helping others, made me wait for a long time, while she make and answer phone calls. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

I requested for my invoice on checking out and was told the printer had a fault and that I would I would get it that very same day. It‘s now 5 days later and haven’t received it.

This was the absolute mistake on my travel experience. Service horrible everyone need need training I had to change rooms three times because the air conditioners did not work. They made promises that were not kept, very unprofessional and not sympathetic. These are some of persons that we interact with and ask for help - Mercy( manager) Moses, Christina, George it it was not chef Henry and intern Kelvin we would have left that piece of property that need to be revamped and entire staff need training. The door to our deck did not work. It was just a horrible stay all around and would never recommend it to anyone. The WiFi was a mess words cannot explain the incompetence of the staff from checkin to checkout was horrible. I will give them a 2 out of 10 points

Nice clean modern property, really great pool and nice area, however, the service was slower than molasses rolling uphill, we waited 2 hours for food. Also the Electricity went off completely on Saturday morning for a long period not because of a power cut, but just went off, they fixed it eventually but it cannibalized much of my saturday morning and was an unnecessary inconvenience, I would not go back.

The hotel is in a lovely development with great views of old town Mombasa. Unfortunately there was no water taxi service to visit old town. Customer service was excellent until we came to check out, whereby I was double-charged for a bar bill and it took over 15 minutes for them to resolve and take from my bill. Sadly that spoilt our experience

Hotel was located in a convenient location and had a beautiful view! Overall, the property needs a bit of a refresher but it definitely offers the beauty that Mombasa has to offer!

We were given a warm welcome by the staff on arrival. They were all professional and eager to assist with any issues we had, for example, our room was changed pretty swiftly when we highlighted some maintenance issues that could not be fixed. Locationwise, it is tucked away in the marina bay, so very quiet with lovely views out into the bay with Fort Jesus on the otherside (depending on the room you are allocated youll have this view from your room). The beach area is tiny and not really what this hotel is about. If you want an expansive beach, youd be better off in Diani or Watamu. The food was good, with a decent buffet selection

Great rooms overlooking Mombasa. You can see fort Jesus and old town. The restaurants are fantastic as well as the breakfast buffet. The staff is top notch and in particular our waiter Felix was the best. Highly recommend this hotel.

The things we liked: the rooms are big. The property is a big complex with a great gym, restaurant and coffee shop. Great view. The staff is friendly especially the service people (Baraka, the people working at the spa/gym, and the folks cleaning the rooms). The things we didn’t like: 1. we had made a special request and asked for the manager who would not talk to us and instead kept sending the reception lady back to us. 2. The rooms are quite old and the humidity level is VERY bad. 3. The food at the restaurant is not the best you’ll take for a coastal hotel. A few things that made for a big negative feeling during our stay which we shortened to go to another resort in Diani Beach.

While this property, on the surface, looks nice, there were a lot of things that were inconvenient in staying here. First, I will say that the staff at the front desk and the security booth at the front were wonderful. In addition, Leonard and Mohammed, our servers at the restaurants we tried were also very kind to us. Unfortunately, that is where our positive experiences ended. Our room was very large but appeared to be more of a long-term stay apartment and it was hard to get any Ubers to agree to pick us up from here. The tub in the second bathroom had not been cleaned in a while and the air conditioning was barely functioning. It would shut off at random times or just blow hot air instead of cooling the room down. The restaurant food was not the best and when I expressed that I did not like the chicken sharma dish, there was no offer to replace it or take it off the bill even though I only took one bite out of it. The place where breakfast was served was the most unwelcome that we felt. Upon walking in, the entire staff stared at me and came up to me to tell me that my clothing was not ok. I was wearing a regular romper with shorts that were just above my knees (nowhere near being booty shorts) and a cardigan on top. I am a 40yr old married woman so my clothes aren't overly revealing nor inappropriate and I saw other patrons wearing shorter shorts than me who had not been approached. We barely ate our breakfast and left as quickly as we could to check out.

Very beautiful place but the staff especially in the dinning areas are very slow and rude. The hotel and accommodation is very beautiful but poor customer service on the food department
