Loved that all 6 of of could be comfortable in one room. Pool was great, they even had a few grab and go items ready fir us for breakfast when they found out we needed to be at the airport at 5am! Excellent customer service and location!

Place was great clean beds comfortable nive little pool and workout facility can wash clothes there free breakfast was good . Only reason not a 5 star was because could only get in front door. Door keys wouldn't work on any door but the front door

We arrived 30 minutes early and were able to check in right away which was great. We got to our room and noticed dead flies all over the window/air unit. Probably 10 total and 1 in the sink. We got a new room right next to it but there were still a few dead flies in the same area. The pool was very dirty. The lobby and breakfast was very clean and efficient.

Pros: Hotel was very clean and modern. Hotel staff members were welcoming and friendly. The room size was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. There’s a gym and indoor pool on site and a patio area for chillin’ and grillin’. Free breakfast is served every morning. Loved the kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and real dishes. Cons: The bathroom door was a sliding door that didn’t really close all the way or lock. Also, the water pressure in the shower was low, the shower floor needed to be replaced (damaged:stained), and there was a mild, unpleasant odor coming up from the shower drain. The indoor pool water temperature was VERY cold. The decaf coffee in the lobby was always cold or just a little above room temperature, but never hot. These are minor things, but should probably be addressed, considering the price of the stay.

The main reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. The heater in the pool wasn’t working so it was frigid, the pool walls were green and the area reeked of chloramines (chlorine combined with ammonia). The operator is doing a poor job of maintaining the pool and should close it to properly shock the water. Safety equipment was also in poor repair/missing pieces. Back board didn’t have the three straps and neck brace wasn’t attached. Also no soap in the pool restroom.

As I entered in Scenery of the lobby. It was very clean unpleasant. I noticed a lounge right outside the front entrance on the right. With a fire pit place as I walked to the service desk, I was automatically welcomed. I received my key and headed to my room. She mustn't do I needed a space of peace. I entered the room and it was like home away from home. Each and every item and the room was perfect and clean and neat. And organized. I went down to the pool area, comfortable quiet. Pleasant gym and the laundry room, it was also very clean. The next morning I went for breakfast, delicious. I haven't had breakfast in a hotel like this before. The food was so much fresher and delicious. I'm not a pork person and they hat where you can make your own breakfast sandwich. Yummy, they're Waffle. Mix was unique. It wasn't like you needed a lot on it. Just Waffle itself. Thank you home to home for allowing me to experience a comfort away from home.

I liked that the room had plenty of space and my arrival was smooth with the shuttle bus. However the room was not cleaned the entire week I stayed besides right before my arrival and the phone in my room did not work which I had no idea until the last morning. Meaning anytime I asked front desk for help and they said they would call back I never got that call and so I had to do everything myself, such as taking dirty towels down, getting more, basically any necessities I needed replaced, making it frustrating during my vacation. I did enjoy having a washer and dryer available and everything was fine besides the lack of help.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff were great!! The hotel itself was very modern and very clean. The room was awesome and there was more than enough usb ports to charge your phone and other devices. The location was great as well. It looks as though the area where the hotel is located is being built up; we were close to a variety of restaurants and we were close to Walmart. I LOVED my stay I’d recommend it and I’d stay there again!!!

It’s just not the same, uncomfortable mattress, no water pressure in the shower making it nearly impossible to wash shampoo out of your hair. Tv system slow and un responsive, no extra sheets upon room check in for sleeper sofa.when issues with shower and bed were brought to staff attention shortly after check in. The rooms were not huge, but they were big enough for our family of 4 with small children. There was a rolling table and chair which were really nice and we loved that cookware was provided with dishes and silverware!

The room was comfortable and large. Loved that there was a kitchenette and the bathroom was small but functional. We had an issue with the refrigerator not working that was promptly taken care of. I didn’t not tell the hotel concierge but relayed the information through a feedback email. This hotel clearly cares for their guests and was very affordable. Should I need another hotel in the future I will choose this one first.

Able to check in early with the kindest employee. Room is an incredible value with full kitchen, sofa, comfortable beds, very quiet. Hotel seems very new; nice seating area in lobby and fire pit outside. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

I had a perfect stay at Home2 Suites. The staff helped me, even in the middle of the night (thanks for the extra pillow). The breakfast in the morning was hot and tasty (thanks for the hash browns). It was really easy to get to and from the convention center (thanks for the Gen Con). The room was comfy and spotless (thanks for the memories).

Property was decent. No major issues. However, despite advertising free airport pick-up, they said they don't have drivers available. I even called them a day earlier, and they confirmed they provide 24x7 pickup. The sofa bed didn't have a pillow or blanket, but they sent one after I called them. They even refused to give us a few extra minutes to checkout and wanted us to leave the room right on time. Most hotels allow an hour or so of extra time but not these guys. Won't stay there again.

First time staying at this property...liked the park and fly option. Two options for dining at night within walking distance so you didn't need to get in your car to drive elsewhere to eat. Free airport shuttle was on time. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. They serve a free breakfast in the morning but our flight left too early for us to enjoy it.

Remarkably well-equipped, spacious rooms, very clean, everything worked just as it should. Friendly, helpful staff. The only drawback is the lack of F&B outlets; there's a very limited selection of food available for reheating in the room's kitchen, but the nearest restaurant is a burger place in the Holiday Inn next door.

I loved the set up of our room. Being able to move things to play games and the lounge area downstairs. The breakfast was amazing best we have had ever at a hotel. The price was great and everything was so clean.

My first time to stay with this brand of hotel. Everything is great! The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner is the most quite I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel shuttle is convenient. The breakfast is also one of the greatest I've ever had. All staffs are curteous. I''ll consider to choose them again next time.
