Easy to find, loads of places locally to get food and fuel. In house bar pleasant but limited eating choices. Nice simple gym but really a token pool/plunge bath! Breakfast was basic, bakery items in particular were bland.

We chose this property because it had great reviews, hot breakfast and especially a hot tub. Sadly the hot tub was out of service. I had called the 800 number before booking and they told me it was available. The breakfast items were not very hot for even though we arrived early. The brown sugar for oatmeal was hard as a rock. THE OMLET WAS DELICIOUS!

We only stayed one night. Room smelled as I entered. We had a suite with a kitchenette. Food and pizza grease was all over the fridge. Donuts and pizza chunks were all over the floor under the table. Carpets had crumbs and debris. The room had definitely not been vaccumed or mopped. Blankets in the closet used for pullout bed had not been washed. I called and someone was able to bring me a vacuum. I went and bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself. Staff was very nice.

Gym facility is nice, and air conditioning works properly and keeps the room nice and cool. The property shows a lot of wear and tear, and the room was fairly dirty. I didn't appreciate checking into my room with stained sheets and trash stacked up directly outside of my door.

The room was clean and upkept. It was quiet and comfortable. It felt like home. There was a variety of options with the breakfast provided. The staff throughout the whole hotel was friendly and made the experience that much better. The other nice thing about the hotel is the location because there's a good number of restaurants and groceries nearby.

Room was dirty upon initial arrival: hair everywhere, stains on walls, doors and floor, etc. Instead of giving us a new room, house keeping touched up the room, which may have been better since another room could have been dirty also. Staff was very accommodating and professional.

Property is usually great, we stay here about 14 days through out the year. This time it was quite noisy, room 339 has an issue with a vent that makes a sound like a quiet siren through the night that needs to be repaired, room 231 needs to have the bathroom door fixed. The soft closer is broken and so if you don't want it to slam you have to physically slow it down and it slams your fingers in the door. The breakfasts are great though.

Soft beds. Close to SLC. Only issue is the super weird barn style bathroom doors. They are only attached at the top so they move around a lot and then when you open or close they have a feature that pulled them into position and causes a loud noise. You could hear the bathroom doors in other rooms through the walls. It was an odd choice considering that it seemed like a normal door would have fit just fine.

Very nice hotel in the business area and close to our HQ office. A lot of new development around with lots of eatery options. On prem charger and lots of parking. The only thing I had trouble with was the shower pressure was very low on the second floor room I had. Previous trips I hadn't noticed any problem with the water pressure, though.

The Tv in the bedroom didnt work. I didnt go to bed til midnight so i didnt realize it til then. I was alone so calling the front desk for a repairman wasnt going to happen. I didnt appreciate paying over 200 hundred dollars to treat myself to a nice suite to not be able to watch tv in bed. Everything else was great.

This was one of the best stays I've ever had, and a lot of that had to do with the staff! I was traveling on business with an employee. We landed in Salt Lake around 9 AM and check in wasn't until 3 PM. Knowing that we had a meeting from 1 PM - 5 PM, I called ahead and asked if there was any way we could do an early check in. They were so accommodating and friendly and allowed us to check in early! We were able to go the hotel, get settled in and rest up a bit, and freshen up for our 1 PM meeting — and it made ALL the difference in our trip! Rather than having to "kill time" around Salt Lake until our meeting, we were able to relax and prepare. I can't tell you what a huge difference that made for us! The hotel itself is fantastic - what you'd expect from Hyatt. Solid breakfast, rooms are spacious and cleverly designed, brand new, and with every amenity you could need - I was very impressed. There are also lots of food and shopping options nearby, and easy access to I-15 so you can get anywhere quickly. This isn't my last trip to SLC...and next time I'm back, this is where I'll be staying. They gained a customer for life!

Only aggravation was the deposit was held for a month after checkout on my card and i left the room with only normal housekeeping needs (I'm a middle aged woman who stayed with another middle aged woman in the room with no drinking or trashing the room or using concessions).

Enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt House Provo/Pleasant Grove. My check-in was quick and I was upgraded, which was nice. The room was quiet and clean. Not always the case with hotels over a family holiday weekend. Breakfast was great with so many options including cooked to order omelets. I stopped at the front desk because I needed some medication for an oncoming migraine and they were a fantastic help so that I didn't need to leave the property.

The t.v. was out the entire 4 days and had been for several days prior to our arrival according to guests yet they never gave us any discount for it even though we asked. They fail to tell you that housecleaning only comes after 3 days - I'm pretty neat but dirty towels and trash were piling up and it would have been nice to have been told they only came after 3 days. The gal who checked me in was friendly and helpful throughout the stay but some other staff not so much. A little after 5 a.m. on the first morning there, I repeatedly tried to call the front desk and got a busy signal - wanted to find out if they had fresh coffee in lobby. When I went downstairs, the night clerk was doing something on an iPhone, I asked him if the room phone was out because it was always busy calling the lobby and he wasn't very pleasant - saying he'd been on a Zoom call getting the tv's fixed. I said mine was still out and he said then it was only mine - which of course it wasn't. The gal in the kitchen making omelets seemed to be pretty unhappy each day. That said, other staff were friendly and wonderful - so the ones that were not, stood out. The room was clean and comfortable. Not too noisy there either - and a very nice hot breakfast included.

The property was in good shape and our room was very comfortable. I used the pool and hot tub and they were nice. Our problem was with the breakfast. The eggs, potatoes and meat were all cold. The toaster was hit but not toasting the bread brown. We ate the cold cereal which was good, but I was disappointed not to get a hit breakfast. For the most part, though, our experience at this property was positive and well worth it.

We do a staycation every couple of months. And this is our go to place. And I have to tell you. I was so impressed with the positive upgrades they made. First the Breakfast was Amazing. In the past it was a 5 out of 10. This time it was a 10 out 10 Huge improvements. Now just need the pool to stay open later than 10:00p.m

Just a one night stay driving through. Everyone was courteous and the room was clean and comfortable. My only negatives were the body wash dispenser was empty in the shower, and there wasn’t anyone at the omelette bar to make the omelette when we were at breakfast.
