Very clean and well-laid-out suites. Nice swimming pool and very good included breakfasts.

The pool and the amenities were my reasons for picking this hotel. The pool was nothing like what was pictured...i fact it was closed. The beds weren't very comfortable. I'll be scheduling a massage probably when I get home to help my back. The people and breakfast were the best part of the stay!

I liked that it was quiet. Cons - housekeeping never came to our room any of the days that we stayed there M-F. No AC in the hallways or elevator. It felt like a sauna.

There was nothing I didn't like. Breakfast was better than most hotels who offer precooked food. Staff was exceptional, parking was really convenient, room was also exceptional.

The lobby smelled lovely when we first arrived. Room was clean. Elevators were fairly quick. Pool was small but nice. They didn’t kick us out of the pool area at closing time which was nice bc we were having drinks and being quiet. Walking distance from a few restaurants and driving distance to stores if you needed last minute items. Highly recommend.

What a refreshing experience from our first night and motel in the area. Everything and everyone were very professional and extremely helpful. The laundry facilities were amazing as we’ve been on the road for over a week and needed to use them. They have options to pay other than just coins. This was very helpful. Coffee and breakfast were fantastic. We are very health conscious and were happy to see cage free eggs and real sausage. The room was amazing. It had everything we needed and more. We downloaded the app and will booking again for our annual visit. Thank you Townplace Suites Marriott for all your work in creating a fabulous experience for travelers.

The hotel was really nice. The pool was great. The breakfast was good. I didnt have body wash in the shower tho. I asked and it was never brought over from housekeeping .was ok tho.I was suppose to have a king suite and it wasnt available. So.just got the queen.

The attendants and housekeeping staffs were very attentive. I love the friendliness they showed us when we arrived through the front door. Even upon entering our room, there were signs that offered extra amenities the hotel has especially if you are a grill fanatic (they have a grill for guest to use, or if you need slow cooker, rice cooker etc). They room, bathroom and hallways were clean. Its definitely family friendly, but no bar. But they do have Chedddar restaurant across the street!

The hotel is in a good location. There is a decent continental breakfast served each morning that lasts until about 930-10am. The king suite was nice and clean, and the AC worked great. The only negatives I have would be that the lobby smells like a cheap, strong cleaning solution, and the AC in the common areas and hallways has not worked for months, which made it muggy with a slight wet dog smell. I would choose to stay here again because of location, surrounding amenities, and the quality of the room itself. The humidity and slight odor in the hallways did not negatively impact my room. Hopefully this is repaired soon. The staff was very friendly.

Everything was great as far as accommodations and service goes. 2 things that were less than ideal: 1)There was a nasty sewage smell in the main lobby at ALL times. 2) Housekeeping decided to remove all of my personal toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, face wash, body wash, toothbrush, etc.), my consumables (water and snacks in my fridge), and my phone charger right in the middle of my stay! That was definitely frustrating but the front desk staff was very apologetic.

The room was not clean. Carpet was dirty. The bathroom was horrible. Floor was really nasty. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while

The lobby was constantly being sprayed with some sort of air freshener that was so strong and unpleasant that it made it uncomfortable to be in the lobby, at the elevators or at breakfast. The glassware in our room was dirty ( fingerprints and lipstick on them still). They were out of ‘do not disturb’ signs for the doors. And be warned that the sofa bed is extremely small (like feet hanging off the end) and the mattress is more like a 2 in piece of flimsy foam.

Bathroom was dirty and sheets were stained in first room. Got switched to another room after some hassle and long hold time with the front desk. Sheets in second room were stained also. Faint sewage smell in the lobby. Complimentary breakfast was good.

The stay was great. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable and location is great.

Didn’t clean the room

This is my second stay at this hotel, both trips about 4 days each. My first stay was a king suite, this trip a standard king room. This hotel is listed as 3-3.5 Stars, so I understand it to be a more budget-friendly Mariott option, especially for last minute trips when other more preferable hotels are too expensive. The exterior of the hotel is very nice, and there are two BBQ grills and a fire pit out front for socializing. The lobby is nice, but you will smell a horrible industrial strength air freshener that is distributed through mist by a wall-mounted dispenser. There is substantial seating in the lobby. The staff are not very customer friendly, and not as attentive to customer needs as you would expect at a Marriott hotel. When asking general questions, you will feel like you are being a bother. I had a drainage issue in my bathroom sink and it was not a priority. After asking several times about a resolution, I was told that they only have one maintenance guy who travels between all of their locations. The general manager, Lynda, finally came up with a plunger to fix my issue. When I called back down to let her know that the water was still not draining, and she told me that she could bring me some Drano. I ended clearing the drain myself, as she was too busy. They seem understaffed. The electricity was cut off from 10a-4p on my last day due to construction. The beds are comfortable, housekeeping is nice. This will be my last stay here, still a borderline 3 Star.

Property was clean and very quiet. My only issue was the lobby stunk really bad. I spoke to receptionist a supposedly the rain was causing a sewage smell??

We were in the area for a weekend training. The training was long and late. It was so nice to come to a very clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel for each night. Great size room with kitchen and couch. Very clean and slept very well each night. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very kind and welcoming, and the checkin was a pleasant experience. As for the room, everything was fine but the bathroom. The bathroom was spacious, but there was a stinky smell from it, and the sink was not draining well. I would visit again when I travel to this area.

The hotel was maintained really well. It was clean and overall a good value. The only complaint i have would bee the staff. They weren't very friendly. But maybe thats due to them not being welcome to people of color sraying at their hotel. I would want to come back but would not as i would want to feel welcomed and comfortable where ever i stay.

I had an awesome stay last night 9/25/2025. The reason I’m leaving a date is important because there was a power outage in the city of Lake Worth BUT Ms Judy went above and beyond her job. Through it all and I do mean ALL , she still had a smile on her face, remained at peace. I saw her accommodating every request for every guest. Taking the stairs up and down like a champ. Thank you Ms Judy for all you did for me!

Great fit for family of 4. Near many restaurants. Great stay

Close to restaurants without driving your car.

Comfy bed and nice shower. Breakfast was good but not great. There was some local drag racing outside the night we were there that made some noise when trying to get some sleep. Overall a good choice for a nights stay

It’s my go to hotel when I’m the FT Worth area. Great walking distance restaurants. Cheddars, Outback’s, On the Border and Texas Grill. There also a movie theatre. Breakfast lady is awesome. What a personality.

This hotel property was clean. The breakfast decent. However if you sleep during the day. Know that there is a Naval Air Base close by. And the planes flying are loud & disrupting. It feels like bombs are dropping.

We liked that we could just walk to Cheddars for dinner, it is pretty much in the hotel parking lot. The hotel itself was just ok, they did not keep the coffee station refreshed, and there was just some small things missing in the room. Nothing big, overall a nice stay.
