An amazing 3 days with the warmest of welcomes! Spotlessly clean, beautiful inside and out, great views, near lots of wonderful walks. The breakfast is fabulous and highly recommend staying for their dinner which was so good we had it twice! Great tea room too. Can’t recommend highly enough, do not doubt yourself for a second about staying here.

We had a really lovely, relaxing stay here. Jan was so helpful and kind, and gave us lots of advice for our 3 Peaks hike. The b&b is perfectly located for this, just a 5 min drive from Horton. Our room was so comfortable and we immediately felt at home. Great coffee facilities in the room, a big comfy bed and clean, spacious bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic. Parking was easy, right outside the b&b. We will definitely come back to stay! ❤️

Excellent location ; plenty of free car parking. Just a few yards off the main highway and 5 minutes by car up to Horton in Ribblesdale railway station. very comfortable rooms ( 5 in total). Very well furnished with immaculate bathroom/shower. Warning - wash basin hot water scalding hot.. decent shower. Spotless rooms. Well above standard breakfast with traditional/ Vegetarian options plus yoghurts, cereals, fruit etc. Owners very helpful in all ways. Teahouse run by the owners next door with wide range of homemade cakes, scones etc. A good choice for any number of nights.

First thing we realised when we turned up was that you are not staying on a farm but in a characterful old farmhouse. You have to park on the road outside but it is off the main road and is very quiet. Jan, is a wonderful host, welcoming, friendly, and a really good cook. The breakfasts and the one evening meal we had were excellent - and better than the ones we had in the upmarket hotel we stayed in afterwards. If you like good food then consider staying here. The dining room is nice to eat in. Our room was spotlessly clean, well decorated and comfortable. This is an old property with character, so it was no surprise to find slightly sloping floors in our room. We noted just two niggles. It may be down to water pressure or the shower head but the shower in our room was not particularly powerful. The second issue is if someone in a neighbouring room decides to get up at 4am to go downstairs and/or leave early, you will probably wake up. This happened only once however. With Pen-y-ghent and other attractions close by this is an ideal B&B for hikers, walkers and sight-seers. We tend not to stay in the same place twice but, should we go back to the area, we may well look to stay here again.

This is how all B&B experiences should be! Faultless. From the relaxed and friendly welcome to the packed lunches, evening meals, delicious breakfast, decor, and spotless rooms, our stay at the Middle Studfold Farm B&B was 5-star. It's been a long time since I've been able to write an unreservedly positive review but Jan and Edd deserve praise at the highest level. Great stay, and we'll definitely be back.

The hosts, Jan and Edd, were very welcoming and provided a fantastic service. They were very knowledgeable of the area. The place was lovely, clean and felt very homely. Food was delicious and a good variety of options was offered for both breakfast and dinner.

This was the most luxurious and clean BnB I've stayed at in my recent years. Fantastic hosts. The food is absolutely brilliant. Views of the Yorkshire dales from my room were beautiful. The reviews are worth it.

We had an incredible stay here, the hosts were really welcoming, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They went above and beyond by offering us lifts to various destinations during our stay. The house was exceptionally clean and the food was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here if available during our future visits to the area. I would highly recommend this B&B.

Great from check in to check out and everything in between. Jan couldn’t do enough for us and was very helpful with information on the area. Room was very comfortable with nice touches like dressing gowns available if we’d wanted to use them. Everything throughout the property was spotless. Dinner was cooked to perfection as was the Yorkshire breakfast. The choice of cold breakfast items was plentiful from yogurt to granola parfait to cereals & fresh fruit salad. If we are ever needing accommodation in the area again we will definitely be looking to go back. And will recommend to our family & friends

Hospitality shown from the owner, Excellent and faultless. Breakfast wonderful. Room a little on the small side, but adequate enough. Went out of their way to ensure my stay was very welcoming.

Very deserving of their high rating, Jan and Edd are very accommodating and an absolutely lovely couple. Had the pleasure of staying here recently when I took on the Yorkshire 3 peaks, great service and that bath with epsom salts is an absolute godsend, very happy with my experience here.

The breakfasts and the one evening meal we had were excellent - and better than the ones we had in the upmarket hotel we stayed in afterwards. If you like good food then consider staying here. The dining room is nice to eat in. Our room was spotlessly clean, well decorated and comfortable. This is an old property with character, so it was no surprise to find slightly sloping floors in our room. We noted just two niggles. It may be down to water pressure or the shower head but the shower in our room was not particularly powerful. The second issue is if someone in a neighbouring room decides to get up at 4am to go downstairs and/or leave early, you will probably wake up. This happened only once however. With Pen-y-ghent and other attractions close by this is an ideal B&B for hikers, walkers and sight-seers. We tend not to stay in the same place twice but, should we go back to the area, we may well look to stay here again.

Great from check in to check out and everything in between. Jan couldn’t do enough for us and was very helpful with information on the area. Room was very comfortable with nice touches like dressing gowns available if we’d wanted to use them. Everything throughout the property was spotless. Dinner was cooked to perfection as was the Yorkshire breakfast. The choice of cold breakfast items was plentiful from yogurt to granola parfait to cereals & fresh fruit salad. Jan (the Boss) & Edd were very easy going and considerate hosts. Nothing was a problem for either of them. They understand that being a B&B near the Yorkshire 3 Peaks that special start and finish times are essential and they were willing to do early breakfast and make up a fresh packed lunch for me to achieve my aims. The meals were superb. I am planning to visit again soon and take my wife along with me as this place was beautiful.

Amazing experience with the owners Jan and Edd. They went above and beyond and made this experience so memorable. The house itself has a great vibes and calming atmosphere. I enjoyed it very much. We had an incredible stay here, the hosts were really welcoming, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They went above and beyond by offering us lifts to various destinations during our stay. The house was exceptionally clean and the food was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here if available during our future visits to the area. I would highly recommend this B&B.

We had a really lovely, relaxing stay here. Jan was so helpful and kind, and gave us lots of advice for our 3 Peaks hike. The b&b is perfectly located for this, just a 5 min drive from Horton. Our room was so comfortable and we immediately felt at home. Great coffee facilities in the room, a big comfy bed and clean, spacious bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic. Parking was easy, right outside the b&b. We will definitely come back to stay! ❤️

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Middle Studfold Farm B&B. Jan and Edd were very warm and welcoming and the property and surrounding area were absolutely stunning. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend getaway. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Excellent location ; plenty of free car parking. Just a few yards off the main highway and 5 minutes by car up to Horton in Ribblesdale railway station. very comfortable rooms ( 5 in total). Very well furnished with immaculate bathroom/shower. Warning - wash basin hot water scalding hot.. decent shower. Spotless rooms. Well above standard breakfast with traditional/ Vegetarian options plus yoghurts, cereals, fruit etc. Owners very helpful in all ways. Teahouse run by the owners next door with wide range of homemade cakes, scones etc. A good choice for any number of nights.

From the relaxed and friendly welcome to the packed lunches, evening meals, delicious breakfast, decor, and spotless rooms, our stay at the Middle Studfold Farm B&B was 5-star. It's been a long time since I've been able to write an unreservedly positive review but Jan and Edd deserve praise at the highest level. Great stay, and we'll definitely be back.

Had a lovely stay for 2 nights while doing the 3 peaks ideal location 5 mins drive , Breakfast made on request before 6am was amazing start to the day very helpful and friendly hosts even booked us a table at a nearby restaurant beds are comfortable that was a god send after 24 miles has the traditional cottage feel that we found great would highly recommend

Had a wonderful 3 night stay here recently. The twin room was very comfortable & clean with an en-suite toilet & shower. Tea, coffee, kettle & milk provided. Off road parking & WIFI included. The hosts were very accommodating with plenty of local knowledge & were very hospitable. They offer an evening meal too which was selected at breakfast & it was delicious after a days walking. Would love to return here.
