We liked the clean spacious room with a view on the beach. The food at the hôtel restaurant was good especially the greek salad. The restaurant has a terrasse just beside the beach which was wondeful. The waitresses and the room cleaning staff were very friendly 😃 Things to improve :the carpet in the hallways was old and seemed worn out. On the first night we arrived there was a Power outage in the neighbourhood we would have liked the front desk to show more initiative to help us out with battery powered lights for our room or offer some cold dishes (greek salad) from the restaurant which we did get but only after asking for help. There is not much to do in the immediat neighbourhood except eat and go to the beach. Overall a good hotel we would Come back for a short stay 😃

This hotel was beautiful and the scenery was very calming. The view of the sea was spectacular! The staff was so accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We were tired from a cruise and this really enhanced our vacation experience. After getting settled in our room, we went right out to the beach area where they had chairs and umbrellas set up. It was very quiet and relaxing to be by the sea. We ate dinner at the restaurant on site and enjoyed it very much. The service was great. The beds were very comfortable and I loved that the bathroom and shower rooms were separate. I would definitely stay here again. In Athens, did the touristy part of our trip at the beginning, went on our cruise, and then ended here on a peaceful note. It was a fifteen minute trip to the airport the next morning.

This is a great hotel for a stopover between flights or even between a ferry and a flight as Rafina port is also very close by. The hotel is right across from the beach and has its own beachside cafe and sun loungers. The town of Artemida offers many dining options. The only thing that needs done attention is the very slow customer service in the restaurant / bar as on each occasion we were there it was hard to get anyone to serve us.

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant inside, outside and at the beach! Beach includes sun chairs. Just add some towel hooks to bathroom and a little bathroom counter space. Otherwise perfect!

Great location next to the beach. The surrounding are doesn’t look great but the beach walk is good with lots of good restaurants. The hotel has sunbeds and beach bar and outside dining. It was a great find for our last night in Greece as was close to the airport too.

I arrived a little early around 1:00 pm, they had me in room soon after. The hotel restaurant, Forkys is lovely. It stretches over to the beach, so you can dine their also. Breakfast with the sunrise over the Aegean was gorgeous. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and tidy and well appointed with robes, slippers, fresh fruit, coffee machine etc. It's an easy walk to a range of restaurants. There is a yeeros restaurant next door to the hotel (main road, not beachside) called Artemis - delicious.

Lovely hotel. Waterfront. Beautiful rooms. Complimentary fruit and wine! Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Very clean! Wish I could have stayed longer. Close drive to airport but no planes flying over!

Hotel was decent and close to airport. But Had to be cleaned over when we got there. Sand in sheets and candy on the floor. Sand on end tables too. They were very nice and comped our ride to the airport. Outdoor restaurants close by but lots of smokers in the area. Never ate dinner when so many people were smoking. Not the hotels fault but for breakfast at the hotel the patio was open to eat on and more smokers

Property has a dirty stale drain odour. Hallways are dark and dingy. Surrounding area loud and busy, not much to do for tourists outside of beach season. Would recommend staying at a different hotel close to airport.

Seasabelle Hotel was a WONDERFUL stay. The hotel was very clean and well decorated Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful The rooms are amazing quality, very clean and THE VIEW of the ocean is just amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel if you might have a layover or just want a different spot to stay in somewhere that is different to Athens. Most of the staff spoke english. So english speakers, no need to worry. Up the street from Seasabelle are stores/restaurants that will have almost everything you could need. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN GEM. Dont miss out

Nice location across the street from the ocean and 15 minutes from the airport. Many restaurants in the area within easy walking distance. Really strange bedroom layout, shower door did not seal properly so floor was soaked after each shower. Staff was very friendly.

This is a cute seaside hotel close to airport. We checked in at 2pm and left early next morning. So we were able to stay on the beach for a few hours to relax. Beach is ok but could be a bit cleaner. Room was modern and we had a terrace facing the sea and beautiful sunrise. Nice Restaurants down the road for dinner. Cute hotel I would recommend it for a layover. Nice staff!!!

The airline moved our flight up 2.5 hours. So we had to change our flight by a day. We booked this place due to the beach location and close proximity to the airport. We had room 201 with a balcony view over the ocean. The room was very big and had a sofa and 2 chairs. Bathroom and water pressure great! Bed was comfortable. They gave us slippers, robes and a bottle of wine. They let you use beach towels. We walked down the beach a little and sat for free on some very thick comfy cushioned loungers and had lunch which was excellent. We did a little shopping and had dinner at a local place and the food also delicious and was so inexpensive. I also think a lot of locals are in this area vs tourists like the heart of Athens. We stayed at the Gate Hotel prior to our cruise and that is an amazing location for seeing all the main sites. This hotel is great if you just want to relax a little and need a place 15-20 minutes from the airport.

Rooms were noisy, limited space to put anything. Couldn’t get hot water in shower, no washcloth, no room around the sink to put anything including towels. No place to put towels and the bathroom floor flooded when we took a shower

Hotel was nice, though we found the bathroom layout in the room odd and hard to use. Only issue was the snack we had in the restaurant— charcuterie. It was sub standard to say the least. Uninspired. And the bread we asked for never arrived. House red wine was gruesome.

Perfectly located hotel with lovely, helpful people and delicious breakfast. Excellent bed and shower. Small things that could be improved: ability to control air-conditioning temperature in room, better lighting in bathroom, and addition of a fewdrawers or other places to unpack and put our belongings in the room.

Upon arrival we were given keys to a room and when we came to the room the housekeeping attendants were in the room and the beds were unmade and it was not ready. We went back to the lobby to wait. Later we went to watch tv and had no tv for our stay. They couldn’t fix it. Around 5am they either were doing work or cleaning the room above us for at least 30 min. They did offer a complimentary shuttle to the airport for our troubles. I will not stay here again.

Excellent service. Xanthi, guest services agent was so friendly and accommodating. I made a mistake with the booking and she made sure to make it right. All other staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. Room was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again!!

Brilliant. My daughter and I were so grateful to the lovely staff for taking great care of us! Everything was lovely: bedding, food and drink, veranda, quiet, beach towels, and access... walking paths make restaurants and shops easily accessible. There is so much to love, but the generosity and kindness of the staff was over the top. Thank you for going above and beyond.

The property is clean and the rooms are nice. Our problem was that twice while we were sleeping one of the maids unlocked our door and walked in. The first was in the afternoon while taking a nap. The next day it happened at 8:30am and woke us up. Both times no one knocked. They realized someone was in there while walking in and shut the door and walked away. When we left, we let the front desk know, they apologized and offered us a free coffee, which we never accepted. I’ve never had this happen before and I was surprised all we were offered in return was just a free coffee. I would go elsewhere next time.

This place is wonderful. Very comfortable bed, so clean, convenient location and food downstairs open late. The front desk was incredibly helpful setting up transport from port and then to the airport the next day.

I have an issue with my diet - I cannot eat anything that touches meat (chicken, pork, beef, etc), has a meat sauce. I am highly allergic and have horrific reactions. I had asked the waiter to be sure that my veggie cakes weren't put on the grill - they were. They said they cleaned it, but having worked in numerous kitchens, I know that's impossible. The woman who was working the bar came over and immediately helped me by taking away the cakes and giving me an alternative. The next morning, the chef, front desk person and waiter were ready for me with an omelette made in an aluminum foil 'basket' that was just perfect. Please thank them for me. I ate the breakfast on the plane and was so glad I had it. If I can make a suggestion - the vegan menu needs to be expanded to include not only salads (boring), but other items. For example, I had an amazing moussaka at God's Restaurant in Athens made from coconut milk, eggplant, sauce and potatoes. Memorable! People like to eat vegan even if they aren't because it is healthier and lighter.

Super helpful front desk staff, Maria helped us arrange cab rides and had a little breakfast delivered to our room for an early morning flight. Beds super comfy, triple room spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Needed a hotel located relatively close to ATH airport for our flight out the next morning. Generally I like to stay at a hotel on the airport property, or close to it, to reduce the chance of transporation complications and miss the flight. So upon searching the area, this hotel seemed relatively close to the airport, right on the beach, and not in a high traffic area (as compared to downtown Athens). Really glad we stayed here. When talking with some of the hotel staff, other travels think similar and have also stayed here for the same reasons. It is about a 10 min cab ride from the airport. The hotel conveniently arranged the to and from transfer (30 euros each way). Upon arrival, the cab driver communicated me thru WhatsApp, which made coordination for the pickup easy. Breakfast was included in the room rate, along with a complimentary bottle of wine. The breakfast was thumbs up! Onsite restaurant/ bar provided great service. When we arrived and awaited our room, we just ordered coffee ... and they provided us some cookies and bottled water to go along without asking! Same when we decided to order a couple of drinks on the beach... they provided bottled water and complementary nuts to snack on. So a nice experience and if I visit Athens again, I would highly consider staying here again.

This is a cute seaside hotel close to airport. We checked in at 2pm and left early next morning. So we were able to stay on the beach for a few hours to relax. Beach is ok but could be a bit cleaner. Room was modern and we had a terrace facing the sea and beautiful sunrise. Nice Restaurants down the road for dinner. Cute hotel I would recommend it for a layover. Nice staff!!!

A convenient and clean hotel if you are flying out of ATH the next day. It is a short 15 min drive from the airport, and located next to a quiet beach. Check-in was fast, and they allowed us an early check in with no problems. Room was clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is scruffy and loud at night, but has some good restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has sunbeds and outside dining. We took roundtrip Uber’s into Athens to sightsee for the day and roundtrip to the airport. There is also a taxi stand right outside the hotel. Included in our room rate was a very nice breakfast (variety offered). Great spot for a final night in Greece.

Comfortable hotel near Athens airport and right on the water's edge. We were expecting a mediocre hotel because of it's proximity to the airport but instead we had a surprisingly good stay. Great dinner at a restaurant on the beach a short walk from the hotel.

Great little hotel about 20 min from Athens Intl Airport. Clean, comfortable and next to a sand beach. The staff are friendly and the maid service is super helpful. I had a minor injury and the Albanian and Filipino maids were excellent in helping me. Love front desk staffers Fotini and Xanthi!!! Lots of seaside fish tavernas nearby.

Great location next to the beach. The surrounding are doesn’t look great but the beach walk is good with lots of good restaurants. The hotel has sunbeds and beach bar and outside dining. It was a great find for our last night in Greece as was close to the airport too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay here before flying back to Vienna. There was a tasty bottle of red wine and 2 glasses waiting for us upon arrival (was a Silver member perk) and our room had been upgraded to look out at the sea! Was a large, comfy room with a large bathroom and great shower! We ate dinner at the restaurant (Forky's) and it was very good with excellent service. The next morning our included breakfast was also in that restaurant.....we were given a special menu of breakfast items to select from, also very good. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood looked walkable with some shops and restaurants but we only walked the beach! Chose this hotel because it looked lovely (it was!) and was on the beach and close to the airport. Would definitely stay here again....hopefully longer next time!

This is a great hotel for a stopover between flights or even between a ferry and a flight as Rafina port is also very close by. The hotel is right across from the beach and has its own beachside cafe and sun loungers. The town of Artemida offers many dining options. The only thing that needs done attention is the very slow customer service in the restaurant / bar as on each occasion we were there it was hard to get anyone to serve us.

A great little hotel in an excellent location. We normally stay at a hotel in Athens airport prior to our flights back but it's expensive and bland. The Seasabelle is an excellent alternative which we will use going forward. It's 15 minutes from the airport, on the beach, well laid out with a great restaurant/bar and excellent service. Our only issue was that the mattress and pillows were much too firm for us.

Hotel was nice, though we found the bathroom layout in the room odd and hard to use. Only issue was the snack we had in the restaurant— charcuterie. It was sub standard to say the least. Uninspired. And the bread we asked for never arrived. House red wine was gruesome.

Hôtel bien apprécié car à 15 minutes seulement de l’aéroport, mais aussi en bordure de la mer, pour prolonger les vacances jusqu’à la toute fin. Service excellent, personnel chaleureux. Restaurant avec terrasse sur la rue et autre terrasse sur la plage, WoW! Pizza excellente! Le petit déjeuner est inclus mais décevant. Pour le reste, c’est très bien!

A hidden gem among airport hotels, they can also arrange transfers to/from the airport for less than the taxi fare. We did not get to try the breakfast but were very happy with the rooms and service. Large shower to wash off the grit and stress from a long day of travel. There is a bbq take away spot right next door that has delicious gyro, souvlaki and kebabs.
