The shuttle was offered, but many guests were left stranded in the early morning because there was no shuttle driver. Also, there was no coffee available at 4:30 a.m. when I awoke. Several other guests were also seeking hot coffee that early in the morning, and it was not available until well after 5:00 a.m. Lastly, the back door was not accessible with the use of the key card after hours. I had to walk all the way around the buiiding to gain access.

Great location, great service, great food and clean room! Can’t get any better! Brandon Salary the shuttle driver was on it and he was very service oriented!

My partner and I stayed for one night since our flight was arriving late. The shuttle was easy to coordinate, despite being after midnight (Orlando airport MCO has free phones to use in terminal B), and it was less than a 10 minute drive from airport to hotel. In the morning, the shuttle runs every half hour (on the hour and half past). Breakfast was good - 2 make-your-own waffle machines; hot breakfast biscuit sandwiches; cereal; fruit; and several juices along with coffee and tea. The room was clean and quite big. Bed was comfortable. We did start hearing some airplane noise in the morning around 0730h, and the door offers no soundproofing so we heard several noisy people in the hallway. There is a gym, pool, and computers in the lobby for public use. Overall a comfortable stay.

My party had to call the front desk 3 times for the airport shuttle for pickup. Even though I called as soon as they arrived at the baggage area, it took them 1 1/2hrs of waiting to be picked up. Because I was already at the hotel I called the front desk directly and asked to have a shuttle sent. They refused and said the guest had to call them from the airport themselves. Unnecessary, unhelpful, inconsiderate, unfriendly.

Horrible experience with shuttle service. Waited for more than an hour and had to take taxi. Terrible front desk attitude and customer service. I will never book this hotel again.

Water temperature and swimming pool temperature was not good

Gym was clean and organized. Breakfast was very good lots of great choices and healthy options. The front desk staff Eric and Donovan was amazing and attentive to customers needs. Great service from both. They made you so welcomed. Great customer service. Excellent job.

We chose Home 2 Suite after calling to check on how the shuttle service worked from the airport. We had a 7 hour layover and didn’t want to spend it in the airport. We landed just before 11pm and our flight out was at 7:15 am. We knew it wouldn’t be long, but I have a bad back and a few hours in a bed would be glorious! When we got our baggage, we called the hotel, the woman said to go to the 1st floor, to C270 & call back. We did this, she said the shuttle would be 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, we called back. A new woman said, she didn’t know and would send the shuttle now! Ugh! 25 minutes later, we started asking the other hotel shuttle drivers if they knew if there really is a shuttle for Home 2 Suites. After telling one we had already waited 45 minutes and called 3 times, he took pity and said his hotel was right by ours and would gladly drop us off after his two riders. There were NO shuttles coming towards us when we left. This kind driver dropped his two riders quickly and drove the short distance to drop us off! Low and behold the shuttle was sitting right in front of the doors! When we checked in & told the desk clerk the shuttle never came, she said “they came and you weren’t there!” Not a sorry, how did you get here, nothing!! We asked if there would really be a shuttle available at 5 am! She said yes and wrote us down. We went to the desk at 4:45 & she said the shuttle would be right back. 5:13 the shuttle came! No apologies! We won’t go back!

This is awesome property. Complete five star. Awesome breakfast clean bad clean bathroom very easy parking very very very happy with my stay thank you.

The property was very well lit and clean. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The room wasn’t very clean and the bed and bedding was filthy. The free breakfast offered was good enough to start the day with. My family and I only stayed here for one night and I feel that was enough any longer and I would have found other accommodations.

We chose this location because of its great reviews. However, our bathroom was not cleaned as well as it should have been. There was dirt and hair in the corners that should have been swept before renting out again. The hotel clerk was constantly on his cell phone and we had to interrupt more than once when we went to the desk. He seemed very nice and friendly, just unprofessional. I would not stay here again.

Rooms were dirty - smelled like cigarette smoke - leftover food found under beds. We had the rooms reserved for 2 nights, but left after the first one…horrible

Room wasn't clean, especially bathroom, strong musty smell in room, and they were waiting on food delivery so there wasn't juice or other items available. I would suggest some anti-slip tape for the shower floor as I almost fell, so slippery. Sofa bed was awful.

The carpets in the hallways were very dirty!

I loved the property my room just smelled like urine. But they accommodated me & switched me to a new room

The bathroom had mold in a corner. No hand soap anywhere in the room. Pillows were badly stained. And had a weird smell.

I Couldn't close the window shades.

So disappointed our TV kept on freezing. Ask if we could change room and they said they were fully booked. Bath room sink stopper missing

The floorplan was very accommodating. * We had to move the chair in the bedroom and found an entire cigarette on the floor. * The blind on the bedroom window did not work and was stuck about half way. We called, the best they could do was clip a bath towel to the blind to block the sun. They would come back tomorrow to fix it. They did not come back to fix and never talked to us about the blind. {I have photos} *Nice variety for breakfast.

Clean and spacious room. Great for families with kids bc plentiful storage available in rooms. Great for Disney/universal stays. Larger kitchenette available with spacious fridge, dishwasher and microwave.

The suite was huge. It had a small fridge and freezer, dishwasher and dishes. Very nice place. Room was clean and had a ton of space. We loved the counter space.

Poor customer service

Kiara went above and beyond to get us checked in early. We arrived at 9am thinking we’d drop our bags off before heading to Disney for the day. Well, we were happily surprised when Kiara informed us she could get us into our room well before the check in time and it was an upgrade. The shuttle driver was very friendly and let us know they offer an on demand shuttle 24 hours a day that will take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius. This place is a gem. Staff is great.

The female employee who was working alone on a very busy night was extremely patient, competent and pleasant. Management needs to step it up with coverage to provide a much better check in experience for guests. Ridiculous to leave one person at the check in desk on such a busy night. Stellar employee who is a huge asset to the hotel!

I try and stay at Home2 Suites wherever I am and they are always very clean and great staff. This property is not as clean as others, not bad but could be better. The staff hurried as through check in and then at checkout she was to busy with her paperwork to assist us with questions we had.

Overall, the staff were great. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. We walked to dinner one night. The one big negative is the shuttle driver was MIA when we needed a ride to the airport. We waited for 20 minutes then finally ordered an Uber ($25 out of pocket).

I recently stayed at this Hilton location, and while the overall experience was pleasant, the check-in process left a lot to be desired due to the behavior of the front desk staff member, Symphony. When I realized I had left my ID in the car, Symphony sighed loudly and showed clear frustration. She was dismissive and uninterested in helping, and at one point, she even slapped her own legs in annoyance while I was trying to figure something out. Throughout the entire check-in, she remained on her phone, barely engaging with us in a professional manner. Later on, as my group and I were sitting in the lobby eating, we observed her being rude to other customers and unprofessionally flirting with Brandon, the driver, which caused delays in guest pickups. When we requested extra sheets for the couch in our room, Symphony accused us of lying and insisted the room already had them. She then came up to our room to check for herself, which felt like an invasion of privacy and a lack of trust. That said, the hotel itself was very nice. It’s conveniently located close to the airport, the shuttle service was fast and efficient, and our room was spacious and clean. With better front desk service, especially during check-in, this would have been a five-star stay.

Location to the airport and places to eat.

This hotel has been the best hotel I stayed in for a very long time. It was very clean and well kept. The building itself is very welcoming. It's like 3 mins drive from the airport and the area is very quite, other than the sounds of the planes which wasn't loud. The breakfast was awesome, there were variety of breakfast items to choose from. Also there is lots of sitting space in the lobby.

Highly recommend, shuttle pickup airport and they allow early check-in.

The property met our needs. It would have been nice to have a hot tub instead of just a pool. The airport noises can be heard early am so keep that in mind.

Had a quick stay for just 1 night before our cruise. Room was large and clean. Airport shuttle was fast! Breakfast in the morning wasnt all that great but was something. Would stay here again.

The staff was great the hotel was clean and there were plenty of things around. The only thing that could use improvement would be the breakfast and also better advertisement of the pool. It looks nicer and bigger online than what it is in person. The pool for my family is a determining factor when staying someplace. Other than that, everything was good .
