The room and hotel were spotless. My bathroom toilet did not flush, but they quickly fixed it when we reported it. I don’t like that parking is at an extra charge yet they have signs in the parking area stating they are not responsible of your vehicle or anything you leave in them. Otherwise, great location and good amenities.

It was an overall great stay, although there were hiccups. The second elecstor was down most of the weekend, but was working Monday morning, and the first set of keys werent working and we had to get another set. Other than that it was great.

Ok, spacious room with poor air conditioning system. Quiet location with little around. Small but pleasant pool. Nice staff, ok breakfast. A bit pricey (due to Copa América?).

This property is amazing! Loved the rooms, very clean and modern. Easy parking, security over night for the cars, was a sign on front entrance about car thefts and break ins which made us a bit nervous so overnight security made us feel better.

The room was not clean, everything on the bed had to come off because there were stains and hair. Hotel was to capacity so i was unable to get a replacement comforter, I was told I would be brought up a blanket but that never came. I had to end up checking out early because there was an infestation of small spiders all over the desk area. The positive was that the front desk associates were understanding and pleasant.

The bathroom towels had stains. Pillow cases had stains. Shower looked like it had mold growing at the top. I checked out earlier than paid for because I just couldn’t handle another night. The room was so hot. I talked to staff and no real solutions were given. I’ve stayed here before and had a decent experience, but this time was just horrible. I won’t be coming back.

The room smelled humid, it smelled like bad foot odor, the sheets of the bed had stains on them, I found fake lashes ON MY SHEETS, and a fake acrylic nail. The only thing we liked was the selection for breakfast items.

The hotel was clean and nice, but the walls were paper thin. I was awaken in the middle of the night by the noise in the hallway and the next door room. It was difficult to get rest with all the commotion.

Room was very clean, well placed furniture, and shower was also vey clean. The beds were comfortable and they were spacious for my family. They offered ample bedding for the matress under the couch and for the baby crib. I would give this hotel 5 stars if it wasn't for the horrible breakfast offered. I have beem to many hotels and the breakfast at this hotel was bad enough that even my teen son would not eat it.

Absolutely horrible. Terrible room layout. AC blows directly onto the bed. Bathroom light shines through glass door directly onto the bed. Desk with metal rails in the middle of the room. Bathroom very narrow. Unable to sleep. Checked out early after 1 night. Avoid this hotel!!!

I called 2 weeks ahead of check-in to confirm my reservation and confirm a late check in of around 11pm. When I arrived I was informed that the hotel was overbooked for the night and that my room had been given to another guest. Leaving my and children to find alternative lodging. Unacceptable from a Marriott. Will never book a room here again.

Check in was awful, the customer service representative was rude and didn’t want to give us the room we reserved and paid in advance . After we complained and mentioned that we want to speak to supervisor then she accommodated, should not be like that.

Their staff ruined the hotel stay. We arrived at the hotel for our stay, confirming our room ahead of time to find out that when we arrived, our room was given away to someone else for no reason. The staff becomes agitated when asked why and instead says her shift started at 11 and she can’t do anything—brushing the situation away—leaving us in an uncomfortable position. The team at the hotel and management are honestly the worst we have encountered—lack of professionalism, integrity and honesty in their work.

So, after reading the previous reviews, I felt better prepared. My husband & I booked this room from a Fri.-Sun. to see Coldplay on Sat. night. We checked in very late and had the option of what floor to choose. We chose top (6). Hotel is outdated, but not awful. Nice staff. Clean room Weak AC- set at 63 to feel comfortable Toilet flushes very slow- last night/ last day- didnt want to flush anymore Shower pressure & temp was fine. Hung out by pool all day Sat before concert: clean, not much room with chairs, towels provided, TIP: when scanning card to get in pool, immediately lift lock latch from the inside. Breakfast: Sat. 830ish am- your regular hot breakfast offered. Sun. 930am- same breakfast, but no more food. Looks like it was 1 person trying to replenish what they had, which was bascially nothing. Very crowded- no where to sit. Be prepared to drive/ have a ride for anywhere since its far from everything to walk. So moral is- not bad for a quick trip, but maybe not vacation.

The room was nice and clean. Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was worse than I expected from a Marriott. Didn’t see anyone tending the area, so coffee was empty and most importantly the hot foods were cold. Good thing the rooms have microwaves in them. Nice room, poor breakfast.

Wow! Very happy with this stay. Was a last-minute pick, but I couldn’t be happier. Facility is clean and new. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. It felt very modern and upscale. Our 2 queen bed suite was plenty large enough for the 4 of us. Location was nice with shopping and restaurants nearby. Pool area was clean, stocked with towels and plenty of lounge chairs.

Spacious room and clean. With a family of 4, I usually book hotels that offer a buffet style breakfast (hot/cold) to offset the cost of eating out (usually at a higher booking rate!). The selection was sub-par, there were no eggs (was told that due to a lot of guests in the hotel, they had ran out). After a while, someone came out with 3 bagged muffins. The batter for the waffles also ran out. I also called asking for an additional blanket for my son to use and no one came. I will be booking at Embassy Suites from now on. They offer a hot omelette to order buffet (plenty of food choices), they don't run out of food, and give out complimentary cocktails in the evenings.

I was super disappointed we arrived an hour after check in. Our room wasnt ready. We were trying to get to a concert, but we needed to get ready. We had to wait an hour for our room to be ready. Room was nive once we wetw able to check in. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10. We arrived about 9:20, buffet was pretty much empty, no toppings for the waffle maker. It was disappointing as well.
