Très agréable comme hôtel avec des chambres volumineuses, avec une bonne hauteur sous plafond. Le décor est joyeux et coloré dans tout l'hôtel c'est agréable. Nous aurions plutôt pensé qu'il s'agissait d'un hôtel 3 étoiles plutôt que 4. Nous aurions apprécié des mules par exemple.. Petit déjeuner bien. Situation et parking appréciables. On reviendra.

Nous sentons que nous sommes dans un 4* car: - Les produits à disposition dans les chambres sont de qualité (produits d'hygiène, thé/café, bouteille d'eau offerte, etc...) - L'accès au hall des chambres est sécurisé (le badge est nécessaire à la fois pour entrer dans hall et dans les chambres) - Les chambres sont bien isolées (nous dormions à côté d'une avec un enfant en bas âge et nous n'avons rien entendu. Nous avons même eu droit aux excuses du père mais nous l'avons rassuré car aucun sons n'étaient audibles) - Le petit déjeuner est copieux - Les installations à disposition sont appréciées (spa, salle de sport, etc ... Le personnel est réactif à nos demandes et nous avons passé une excellente nuit. Le matelas est très confortable et la salle de bain spacieuse. Parking gratuit à disposition

On est venu pour passé un WE sans enfants pour se détendre au spa, sauna et faire du sport…et on découvre le spa est hors service et le gym est un four…un service quasi inexistant…la chambre peu confortable …un lit très dur..la TV ne marchait pas bien…pas de frigo…la salle de bain très bien par contre mais sans accessoires de bain…(brosse à dents , dentifrice, rasoir, crème hydratante) rien de rien…et un petit déjeuné très simple très peu adapté pour ceux qui nous sommes végétariens…bref très décevant pour un hôtel qui s’appelle prestige et est un 4 étoiles…

Quand j'ai demande a la reception, ils m'ont dit qu'il faut appeler quand le manager sera là parce que les receptionistes ne peuvent pas rembourser. Donc j'espere que demain, ils ne feront pas les morts. Space wellness payant le weekend (55€p/p) et les massages proposés ne sont pas vraiment proposés..."ils ne le font plus". Un peu decevant a ce niveau là. En revanche, un super receptioniste de nuit. Super attentionnée, agreable et cultivé (il nous a servi au bar) et les lits sont confortables.

À mon arrivée, la personne m’a dit que le petit déjeuner n’était pas compris, et le lendemain, quand j’ai vérifié sur l’application, j’ai vu qu’il était compris. Je me suis contenté d’un café soluble comme petit déjeuner. Les serviettes dans la salle de bain était usé à la corde et très loin d’une qualité quatre étoiles. Le prix du spa est prohibitif. Je ne renouvellerai pas l’expérience

Virkelig behagelig oplevelse at komme til et flot, velholdt og rent hotel efter en lang køretur. Enkle, men rigtig gode værelser (standard double), godt badeværelse og dejlige senge. Ved siden af ligger en god restaurant, som både passer til børn og voksne. Gå ikke glip af morgenbuffeten, som er enkel men virkelig lækker.

They say first impressions count... I chose the Kyriad in Poulainville based on the hotels proximity to Amiens. When arriving it was a number of minutes before the reception staff answered the bell which I had to hit twice for attention. As this was a Road Trip, I had a number of bags and asked if a luggage trolley was available to be told not by the chap on the front desk. (See final words) We were then told the restaurant next door was closed but food was available to be ordered and either delivered to the hotel breakfast area or the room. The Breakfast Buffet was good, although attention to small details could have been better. Refilling of food items was slow and I had to ask for support. Nice to see Smoked Salmon as an option to Sausages and Bacon available. The room was excellent although I had booked a room with walk in shower and corner bathtub. Pillow choice was also good between traditional soft and firmer memory foam. The TV only had limited stations and no International channels worked, On Check-Out the receptionist was more on the ball. He advised in fact that a luggage trolley was available but at this time I had already moved the bags to the car as taking a number of trips. City Tax was requested upon Check Out which was unusual in France as normally requested upon Check-In So the question I always ask myself, would I stay here again? Undecided... They say first impressions count... I chose the Kyriad in Poulainville based on the hotels proximity to Amiens. When arriving it was a number of minutes before the reception staff answered the bell which I had to hit twice for attention. As this was a Road Trip, I had a number of bags and asked if a luggage trolley was available to be told not by the chap on the front desk. (See final words) We were then told the restaurant next door was closed but food was available to be ordered and either delivered to the hotel breakfast area or the room. The Breakfast Buffet was good, although attention to small details could have been better. Refilling of food items was slow and I had to ask for support. Nice to see Smoked Salmon as an option to Sausages and Bacon available. The room was excellent although I had booked a room with walk in shower and corner bathtub. Pillow choice was also good between traditional soft and firmer memory foam. The TV only had limited stations and no International channels worked, On Check-Out the receptionist was more on the ball. He advised in fact that a luggage trolley was available but at this time I had already moved the bags to the car as taking a number of trips. City Tax was requested upon Check Out which was unusual in France as normally requested upon Check-In So the question I always ask myself, would I stay here again? Undecided... What a superb location. The staff on the front desk were super helpful. The express breakfast was just what we needed and having water bottles to fill and take to your room, thus saving plastic is a fabulous idea. Other hotels should follow your lead.

Quand j'ai demande a la reception, ils m'ont dit qu'il faut appeler quand le manager sera là parce que les receptionistes ne peuvent pas rembourser. L'établissement m'a annulé ma réservation quelques jours avant mon séjour et m'a mise dans un autre établissement pas du tout du même standing. Ma réservation avait été faite 2 mois auparavant. Très agréable comme hôtel avec des chambres volumineuses, avec une bonne hauteur sous plafond. Le décor est joyeux et coloré dans tout l'hôtel c'est agréable. Virkelig behagelig oplevelse at komme til et flot, velholdt og rent hotel efter en lang køretur. Enkle, men rigtig gode værelser (standard double), godt badeværelse og dejlige senge. Ved siden af ligger en god restaurant, som både passer til børn og voksne. Gå ikke glip af morgenbuffeten, som er enkel men virkelig lækker.

On est venu pour passé un WE sans enfants pour se détendre au spa, sauna et faire du sport…et on découvre le spa est hors service et le gym est un four…un service quasi inexistant…la chambre peu confortable …un lit très dur..la TV ne marchait pas bien…pas de frigo…la salle de bain très bien par contre mais sans accessoires de bain…(brosse à dents , dentifrice, rasoir, crème hydratante) rien de rien…et un petit déjeuné très simple très peu adapté pour ceux qui nous sommes végétariens…bref très décevant pour un hôtel qui s’appelle prestige et est un 4 étoiles…

The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet, I slept really well. Staff were ok, helpful to me but I could overhear other guests who weren’t able to speak French having issues communicating. I have mixed feelings, which came after I gave my opinion about the bacon, which in my opinion had been there too long. The lady said: ‘that’ll be it, we are not gonna make you other bacon’.
