Rooms were clean and well appointed. The breakfast sandwich and coffee were delicious the next morning. Staff was kind. Dinner at the tavern was delicious - every course and every version of that course ordered at our table.

Cottage not suitable for winter rentals. Too cold in room to be comfortable despite extra blankets, and space heater. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were expecting a lot more pampering for the money spent ( like being offered a warmer room!)

Room was wonderful except the thermostat did not work and the room became very hot. Had to open a window. No screen on the window either. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room too. Loved the ice which was in the room and delivered again. Room was lovely though. Not a big fan of the pillows. Too long and puffy.
