Carpet throughout the hotel absolutely filthy and disgusting. The breakfast was a joke never ready on time ran out of the couple things they had early. Most of the staff was useless. Toilet barely flushed water pressure so low. AC unit extremely loud. Would never stay here again.

The hall and lobby rugs were filthy and although we have stayed at this hotel 5 or more times in the past we will look for somewhere different our next trip to Rehobeth.

The room was very clean and worth the price I payed. Staff very accommodating, plenty if parking and in close proximity to Bethany Beach. The onlly negative was the breakfast. Not very much room to eat so I skipped it.

The lobby was nicely decorated, the pool was warm, and the mattresses were reasonably comfortable, though clearly older. There is only one ramps to bring suitcases and carts up w/o lifting them over a curb. It is in front of the handicapped parking space and completely blocked by a large bush. The only way to use it is to push through the bush and get covered in flowers/pollen. Once inside, the lobby is cute. We had 2 rooms, 4 pp. No closet/drawers—just 1 room was clean, the other had dirt and sand on the floors. Hallway carpets are truly unpleasant and absolutely need to be replaced. The 2nd day we asked the housekeeper if our room could be cleaned in about 15 min. Maid agreed, didn't happen. After asking again, we still did not receive clean towels, made beds, or a fully swept floor. Their claim that they offer “bagels, waffles, coffee and more with our homestyle breakfast” is simply false. Breakfast consisted of 1 toaster for all guests, bagels, tasteless muffins, yogurt, 2 sugary cereals, one mislabeled. No waffle maker. often empty coffee urn. Water carafe was often empty, pink lemonade option very watery. Hot water nozzle in our room was very difficult to turn off, until it poured out water continuously. I reported this Sat AM, and was told maintenance would fix it Mon afternoon. Alternate room. Left Sun, hot water unfixed. They were fully booked and planned to place another guest directly into that room, so I hope they were strong enough to turn the nozzle off.

Stayed 1 night

The place was nice, lobby had a great scent diffused. Staff member was very friendly and helpful. The carpet on the stairs and hallway needs to be pulled up or cleaned. The room was a nice size, the bathroom was a little small but ok-needs upgrade but clean. The pool and hot tub is indoors but I didn’t have time to experience it due to the hours of operation and my short trip. Continental breakfast was provided. Would stay again.
