Nice , clean place . All the staff were really nice & helpful. I love that the pool stays open until 10pm but it’s really small and no hot tub . The free breakfast was a plus and had good options . I give this hotel 4 stars

There is no denying that this hotel is very clean. There are few three-star hotels with such a high level of cleanliness, so I give it a full 💯 five stars. It would be better if the receptionist was more friendly. The standard of housekeeping service is very good and they always work with a smile. I'm very satisfied with their service. Breakfast food is pretty good. There is a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. I'm happy with it. As for the downside, it was the room, I stayed here for three nights. (May21-24 ,2024) I slept well and peacefully the first night, but not so much the second night. The hours are from 2:00 to 3:00 in the middle of the night to 6:00 to 7.00 in the morning. :00 :It was very noisy upstairs, and the sound and vibration of walking kept us awake. It was torture and we couldn't sleep all night. Then we went to the front desk to change rooms after dawn, but the front desk said that the room upstairs was unoccupied on the third night, so we did not change rooms. Fortunately, we were able to fall asleep on the third night. Overall, I recommend staying here.

Clean room, nice pool (hours weren’t as posted on web but were 8am-10pm, breakfast buffet was good and well maintained.

Very limited parking but at least it was free!

Pool was freezing. The air inside the room with the pool was also freezing. Disappointed that the kids couldn’t swim!

Heated pool and it was nice location.

I can say everything ok except pool I bring my family to enjoy the pool when i reserved the room it say pool is available but when i get in it say the s not so that means you lie it happens last year in January too please make sure do not lie to guests this is my last time coming to this hotel I am so tired of lies!

Stayed with grandchildren while visiting family. Enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. Staff were very helpful

Was good just a bit sad about the pool not being opened.

While during my stay, the shower water didn't get hot enough, the water pressure was low extremely low. Then day 2 I woke up to a black bug with wings on the bed I slept in I took a picture of it and showered to hotel manager she only offered very limited insensitive

Clean and quiet

The bed was amazingly comfortable. Check in was relatively speedy and efficient. The room was not as spotless as I would have wanted.

Room was clean, updated and everything worked as expected.

Our room was dirty. We took photos but the desk told us there were no options as they’re sold out. Our fridge did not work. The tiles around bathtub literally falling off wall (again have photos but front desk said no other options). TV signal was horrible, same excuse and they said we could stream our own Netflix on our phone rather than using the included cable if we wanted “TV that badly”. Super disappointed and they were not willing to help us resolve anything.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff, room was large and comfortable.

The rooms were not as cleanly as in the past couple times i stayed. The shower curtain was not clean and i even found a roach on the door. I did not make a big deal because i had booked 3 different rooms. Also after being charged 4 times for only 2 of the rooms the overnight employee had fixed it. Which was quite a hassle.

Deadbolt was broken. Shower curtain too short which soaked the bathroom. USB plugs were damaged and not usable. The front desk staff were excellent. Very friendly service.

Property is located on major road with tons of continuous traffic. Too much noise coming from road during night time like ambulance sirens, police sirens. Vehicles etc. Even the adjacent room walls will have adequate noise that you can’t sleep at night. Find another hotel if you want to sleep at night and enjoy your day.

Room size was great and clean. We checked in around 5pm and was placed in room on first floor next to Mexican Restaurant…that had a DJ. The music was so loud that it heard clearly they our room until 11:30 PM. Called front desk to ask about a way to switch rooms or contact restaurant about the volume and they said no. Otherwise, breakfast was very good. Only stayed one night so not sure if every night is this way.

Great breakfast. Clean and spacious room. We stayed 2 nights and it was so noisy on the Friday night. Loud music outside even after midnight. The room is poorly soundproofed. We can hear noise from the other room and the hallway.

Baldwin was super kind during check in. The rest of the staff I interacted with was cool as well. Willing to help out however they can. The complimentary breakfast was actually pretty good. Rooms were clean and pretty spacious. Liked the blackout curtains as well room was able to get pitch black just how I like it. Slept in a king room bed was VERY comfortable! Would most definitely stay here again.

This was a nice hotel, although the walls are paper thin, which is amplified by the room layout- the tv of one room is on the wall of the bed in the next room. Because of this, if you have someone next to you that sleeps with the tv on, you would need a sound machine/app to sleep if noise is a problem for you. Someone's cell phone was ringing and we literally looked at our phones because it sounded so clear. There was a motorcycle outside that sounded like it was in our room and we were on the third floor In addition, the security light in the room blinked continuously, which could be a problem if you need a dark sleeping environment. But room was large and clean with refrigerator and microwave. It was conveniently located off the interstate. We took the train into Boston, but there is not a station in Randolph. They will let you on by paying cash or using the app. We took an uber back to the room from the prudential center and it was $70 Locally, we found a cute township park/play area for the kids and some restaurant options. Across the street to imax theater, although we didn't go there. No hot tub at pool. Water on the cool side. Nice steps across shallow end side though if not wanting to get completely in water. Breakfast was good. Usually egg, potato, and sausage options. Pastries, cereals, yogurt, apple and banana. And pancake maker, but if it's busy, it can be a long wait. No waffle maker

Wi-Fi wasn’t working so I was forced to use hotspot

The staff was friendly. The water was always cold, the heat did not work and many times the was turned on. The fridge did not work and the microwave was too high. Sometimes the bedside table and desk were left with stick stuff or not cleaned.

We only stayed one night. Stay was fine. Liked the bathroom and shower. Wish the walls weren’t so thin. You can hear noise in hallways and other rooms other than that all was very good in room. Wish also they had blackout curtains

Front desk agent was wonderful. I wish I had gotten her name. Gave me recommendations about best way to get to Gillette for a show and remembered to ask me about it when checking out!

Upon my arrival the woman at the front desk who greeted me seemed to have an attitude problem. She was very short with me already giving me doubts and regrets for having booking my stay at this hotel. If I wasn’t already there I would’ve looked to cancel my stay right then and there. As the first staff member guests see when they arrive she should at least learn to be more courteous and approachable. Other than that interaction everything else was fine.

Stayed here for a second time because of its convenience. Woman at front desk clearly hates her job and is unaware of customer service. Gentleman was friendly and welcoming but attending to another person during check in and said the woman could help me even though it appeared she was busy with her AirPods on. I could barely understand what she was saying to me. Called for a crib later on and one was delivered to the room but with no sheets so I asked the front desk for a flat sheet and blanket. The woman asked if I was going to come downstairs and get it. I have never stayed at any establishment where I was expected to pick up my own amenities. It seemed that I was inconveniencing her by asking her to bring it up so I can take care of my children. This is a place I normally stay when I’m visiting my parents who live in the area but this will be the last time.

Front desk clerk could not find reservation, was dismissive. Expedia called him, trained him on his hotel system (he said). Wow. Thanks Expedia!

Very accommodating and kind check in staff and even offered to put us next to our friends. Went out of their way to ask how my day was going and chat. Very nice place

Front desk treated me differently than 2 guests checking in before me. Both transactions were audible from where I stood. I was charged an extra $100 deposit fee (on hold for damages) that was entirely unexpected and NOT charged to the other 2 patrons before me. Front desk insinuated I was underage or 18yrs old and treated me as such. I gave him my US Passport ID for check-in and after he returned the ID, he proceeded to ask how old I was. I found that odd since he had my ID in his hand just moments ago. He then asked for a home address, which I found deeply inappropriate and declined to give. Neither of these questions or the extra charge were discussed or expressed with the two previous patrons checking in. I have NEVER experienced this before. Felt extremely targeted based off of an assumption that was made on behalf of the front desk. I'd like a full refund if at all possible due to the ONLY human interaction I had the entire night.

The hotel staff provided exceptional service. Two gentlemen from the lobby kindly assisted us when our vehicle failed to start, offering a jump-start. Their generosity ensured we were able to attend our scheduled concert that evening.

Location was good! Closing connection to get on highway!

Was in a nice area. Plenty of places to eat .

My only concern about this property is the challenge of making a left hand turn out of the parking lot. Other than that - All 10/10 across the board.

Because of this, if you have someone next to you that sleeps with the tv on, you would need a sound machine/app to sleep if noise is a problem for you. Someone's cell phone was ringing and we literally looked at our phones because it sounded so clear. There was a motorcycle outside that sounded like it was in our room and we were on the third floor In addition, the security light in the room blinked continuously, which could be a problem if you need a dark sleeping environment. But room was large and clean with refrigerator and microwave. It was conveniently located off the interstate. We took the train into Boston, but there is not a station in Randolph. They will let you on by paying cash or using the app. We took an uber back to the room from the prudential center and it was $70 Locally, we found a cute township park/play area for the kids and some restaurant options. The property is in a great area surrounded by different businesses, movie theater, and restaurants that you can walk. It’s also 25 minutes to downtown on a good driving day,

Clean and convenient

Convenient location, recently renovated, exceptionally friendly staff, close food options, nice pool area, comfortable beds, quiet, great night’s sleep- would definitely stay here again.

The property is close to major higher, have a restaurant right across, movie theater next to it. Area feel safe a quiet. Would recommend

Great experience,…Clean room, front desk staff very helpful and welcoming…just wish breakfast started earlier or had options like muffins as I had to leave at 6 am

Breakfast wasn’t great

Nice clean place to stay. No accommodations made for allergies at breakfast. Staff at check-in could have been friendlier - check out was polar opposite and quite excellent, but different people. The gentleman running the breakfast area was very pleasant.
