Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre réservée, 1 lit pour 2 personnes au lieu de 2 lits de 1 personne. Solution: couette supplémentaire mais drap simple au lieu d’une housse de couette. Pas de mouchoirs. Pas d’explication pour la clim. Ventilateur près de la fenêtre bruyant toute la nuit. Quand même réussi à s’endormir. Le lit est confortable. Attente de 5 minutes avant d’avoir quelqu’un de la réception au téléphone. Le parking sous l’hotel est très difficilement accessible. Trop en pente et ça tourne à 90 degrés et pas assez large. Avancer et reculer plusieurs fois pour pouvoir sortir. Ca sent le renfermer et le moisi dans la kitchenette. Pas pu faire la vaisselle car plus de kit vaisselle. Moins facile d’accès qu’on pensait a partir de l’autoroute de Paris. Cet apparthotel pourrait être très bien si on pouvait éteindre la ventilation.

Stationnement insupportable si rentrée tardive Une nuit blanche passée suite à des déclenchements d’alarme incendie du fait d’un client indélicat ayant fumé la chicha , le veilleur a été incapable de désactiver le système d’alarme qui a sonné à trois reprises intempestivement je n’irai plus !!!!

Accueil très chaleureux des hôtesses, néanmoins a 3 reprises nous les avons sollicité : pas de serviette de bain, pas de tapis de bain, et pas gel douche vide dans la douche. De plus la propriété est un point d'amélioration, pas propre sous le lit.neanmois le lit est confortable. En parallèle nous avons profité du sauna mais bien qu'ayant réservé pour 8h, le spa a 8h25 était a moins de 50 degrés donc pas chaud. Dans l'ensemble Qualité prix reste correct mais il est indispensable d'avoir la base.

Stayed at the apartment with son for his 21st. The staff were friendly and the housekeeping was immaculate. I enjoyed the peace in the Sauna which I find soothingly spacious and roomy. It is easily accessible from most places we visited. Looking forward to going back next year for Roland Garros.

Die Zimmer in der Unterkunft wurden nicht jeden Tag gereinigt, obwohl dies bei der Buchung klar und deutlich Angegeben war. Als wir an der Rezeption nachfragten, sagte man uns, dass die Zimmer erst im 7. Turnus gereinigt werden und sollten wir eine extra Reinigung verlangen, müssten wir 18€ extra zahlen. In der Hotel Auskunft stand außerdem, dass das Personal dreisprachig (Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch) sei, wobei sie die Deutsche Sprache garnicht beherrschen und Englisch nur schlecht verstehen.

C'est un un très beau studio, très bien décoré et moderne. Malheureusement, une mauvaise odeur venant du frigo a un peu gâché mon séjour. Elle venait de derrière le frigo donc je n' ai pas pu m'en débarrasser même en lavant le frigo.

Lovely room with large roomy balcony. Great amenities(built-in hot plate, full dishes, cups, utensils. Great bed. Very clean. Front desk staff friendly & helpful. Only complaint—no housekeeping service the entire time, even though we put the maid sign before leaving all but the first day.

The suite was nice and plenty big enough. It would be better if there was washing up liquid and cloths to clean up after using the dishes and glassware. I took a kettle as it stated there was a toaster but no kettle this was incorrect there was a kettle but no toaster! Special thanks to the staff member that let me borrow her I phone charger on Sunday.

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et toutes les équipes sont au top ! La chambre était propre, bien équipée et confortable. On n’hésitera pas à revenir. Encore un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre gentillesse !

Absolutely awful experience. Firstly, I was told that it was not 'not possible' that the pans were dirty and told to take a picture in order to get some washing up liquid! Then whilst cooking with the fan on and window open the fire alarm went off. We received a knock in the door with a very aggressive and rude member of staff trying to enter the room with my half dressed wife, telling us we had caused the issue and that I should open the windows and turn on the pan (which we had done from the start). We went down to reception to complain and the same man began to shout and accuse us again in front of customers. A massive argument ensued. The room also absolutely stank of dirty water and nothing was cleaned properly. The bed was uncomfortable and against a wall. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel and I have staying in thousands. Do NOT go anywhere near this place.

最悪のチェックインだった。チェックイン時に車を止める場所がない。レセプションの女性は私が嫌いなのか、アジア人が嫌いなのか?高圧的でとても歓迎されているようには思えなかった。たまたまタイミングが悪かったのか?とも考え、後日コルク抜きを借りに行ってみたが、同じ感じだった。他の人がスタッフはとても良いと評価しているので、EUの方にはいいのだろう。あとは3日に1回くらいはタオルの交換もしてほしい。その他の評価は高いだけにとても残念である。駐車場についてはここの前に泊まったホテルは１滞在で７€だったのでとても高く感じた。再訪は無い。

最悪のチェックインだった。チェックイン時に車を止める場所がない。レセプションの女性は私が嫌いなのか、アジア人が嫌いなのか?高圧的でとても歓迎されているようには思えなかった。たまたまタイミングが悪かったのか?とも考え、後日コルク抜きを借りに行ってみたが、同じ感じだった。他の人がスタッフはとても良いと評価しているので、EUの方にはいいのだろう。あとは3日に1回くらいはタオルの交換もしてほしい。その他の評価は高いだけにとても残念である。駐車場についてはここの前に泊まったホテルは１滞在で７€だったのでとても高く感じた。再訪は無い。

Every thing was really perfect staff very helpful. Only little thing that I wasn’t very pleased about is that we should bring our garbage by ourself outside the hotel it is not a big deal of course. But I was surprised because it is my first time to see such a rule in a hotel I highly recommend this hotel though.

Stayed at the apartment with son for his 21st. The staff were friendly and the housekeeping was immaculate. I enjoyed the peace in the Sauna which I find soothingly spacious and roomy. It is easily accessible from most places we visited. Looking forward to going back next year for Roland Garros.

Very clean place. Distance walking about 10min to Tram! Nice staff very courteous. I will definitely stayed there again, if I will return to Paris for a visit. Quiet and nice neighborhood.

The stay was ok, but I disliked that at the end at check out I was told that my kids were not children and therefore they were charging me the difference in price for the breakfast that in my reservation said was included.
