El personal muy amable, pero le falta mucho al hotel, no tiene barra, y solo cuenta con un restaurante de muy pocas opciones. Las habitaciones no cuentan con internet

Está a gusto, no hay muchas personas, está alejado del ruido, la playa y el mar están muy bien, la alberca no está climatizada pero en tiempo de calor está agradable, la habitación muy bien.

A nice quiet resort on a semi-secluded beach, with the exception of a party going on at a nearby resirt. Fortunately the loud music ended by midnight. The rooms were very comfortable however the ceiling fan didn't work in one (room 108) ans the a/c wasn't working in another room we were using (room 106). The pool was clean, although the temperature was a little cool, but you adjusted after a few seconds in the water. The lounge chairs by the pool were hit or miss, and at least one broke while one of us was sitting in it. There was a limited number of chairs available, however, as there weren't too many guests, this wasn't an issue. All in all, a nice stay and we will probably go there again in the future.

My wife and I went with our two kids (4yr and 1yr old) The room was dirty and bathroom smelled like sewer, the hotel is located in between two event venues so noise in the night is unbearable from both ends, pool was cold, they dont have any chairs or sunbeds at the beach and wont let you take any. Food is bad and expensive.

El clima en la alberca era frio, pero las habitaciones si son muy comodas

Instalaciones descuidadas, requiere mucho mantenimiento, ofrecen alberca infinita y le faltó agua, falta iluminación en la alberca, y nada que ver con el nombre( nuevo Mazatlán) más bien viejo Mazatlán, en fin mala experiencia.

Is nice and beautiful for a wedding or if you want to be in a quiet place with no noise. NO wifi in rooms at all a very bad drawback only in lobby, the restaurant in the hotel we couldn’t go because the day that we decided to try was closed because it doesn’t open on Tuesday of course they completely forgot to mention this small detail. One more thing that maybe is new but we couldn’t check out before they checked the room, for my mind I didn’t understand why.

La estancia hubiera sido excelente si en la zona de playa tuvieran camastros y palapas, o sombrillas para poder disfrutar mayormente la tranquilidad de la playa. De ahí en más todo bien, la propiedad y el personal lo recomiendo ampliamente.

My cousin had her wedding here and i was terrified staying here bc of the reviews as im pretty picky and usually travel with my own sheets! So the wedding was the most beautiful wedding ever. Our room was in the main building it was huge, clean and beautiful view. Full kitchen 2 full baths, bedroom was a good size. Bed were hard but surprisingly comfortable. Only bad thing is train tracks are right next to the hotel and almost every morning at 6am it would wake us up. The hotel was dead no people except my family and i. About 30 of us. Everyone raved about their room expect one family that stayed in the villas by pool area. Those seem out dated and old so main building is the way to go. Bar was not open ever. Restaurants food was not bad but horrible service tooook forever to get our drink order, food, check even though it wasnt busy at all. Little store remains locked so when u want to go in to buy something u have to ask front desk to open it. Pool was cold but kids had a blast. House keepers where great and getting transportation was easy! I would stay again but they definitely need to work on the customer service and restaurant situation. Dont know how they stay in business with no people there. They would have made great money had the bar been open for my family that loved to drink.

No recomiendo hospedarse en este hotel, está sumamente descuidado y sucio, desde que llegas notas que los sillones de la recepción están manchados y descosidos, las escaleras de los edificios llenas de basura, cabellos y bichos, las puertas despostilladas, las habitaciones no se diga, llenas de cabellos, la cocina seguía llena de migajas, el escurridor y los trastes muy manchados, los cajones olían a humedad, el piso de toda la habitación asqueroso, para colmo el servicio de las mucamas fue pésimo, llegaban después de las 3 de la tarde cuando nos disponíamos a comer y sólo estiraron las camas, nunca barrieron ni trapearon, la terraza menos, mejor pedimos una escoba para hacerlo nosotros. El sofá cama estaba viejo y manchado de todo, al dormir sentías los resortes. La alberca también estaba llena de basura, que por cierto duró los tres días que estuvimos ahí, señal de que no la limpian. Para colmo de males y por alguna razón nos quedamos enjabonados porque se les acabó el agua y duramos así mucho tiempo. Lo único bueno fue la playa que estaba más limpia que el hotel, pero no ponen camastros así que ni siquiera pudimos estar ahí como en otras estancias. Muy mala experiencia, no gasten su dinero, mejor vayan a otro lado.

Tenía miedo por los malos comentarios pero menhe llevado una grata experiencia. La propiedad si es como se ve en las fotos, el personal es muy amable, sobre todo las chicas de la mañana en recepción y las camaristas. De habitación nos ofrecieron la que nosotros queríamos justo frente al mar. Los guardias de seguridad dan constantes rondines. En cuánto a limpieza el hotel brilla de limpio. Me tocó ver cuando desinfectaban una habitación después de una salida y lo hacen con mucha higiene. Traigo conmigo niños de 1 y 4 años y no hay huellas de que les haya picado ninguna chinche. Algunas toallas si tienen alguna mancha pero se nota que es de cloro. Este es el lugar ideal para descansar y relajarse lejos del bullicio y los vendedores ambulantes. Ahora que si lo que buscas es muchedumbre, este no es lugar que buscas. El único inconveniente es el agua fría de la alberca, pero es pleno febrero, me imagino que en época de calor este hotel ha de ser un tesoro que pocos conocen. Tuv una feliz estancia y felicito a todo el equipo que trabaja en este maravilloso hotel. Definitivamente si regresaré.

Honestamente está Carísimo por lo que ofrecen. Se aprovechan de que las personas van a eventos en su hotel e inflan los precios ($4,000 por noche!!). Las habitaciones no están limpias en general, la lámpara del baño súper empolvada, como que hicieron reparaciones y nunca la limpiaron, los pisos con muchas manchas igual de las reparaciones y nunca los pulieron… el grifo de la regadera tenía un hueco sin tapar. etc… Los empleados muy bien, buena atención. Los jardines externos bien cuidados. Los camastros muy viejos. El “jardín” donde fue la boda mal cuidado, en lugar de parecer césped es como maleza, muy descuidado.

Muy decepcionados de este hotel. Los cuartos sucios, no había toallas para la alberca desde el día que llegamos , no había como secarte y si querías secarte tenías que agarrar las toallas de tu cuarto pero no te las cambiaban por limpias hasta el día siguiente , el personal súper mal!! Groseros , sin dar respuestas , el elevador así como todas las instalaciones súper cochinas , afuera de nuestro cuarto había mucha basura , el aire acondicionado del cuarto no enfriaba , las camas duras y pandas , llenas de pozos. Pésimo!!!!!! No lo recomiendo !!!! Así como nosotros muchos huéspedes se estaban quejando de absolutamente lo mismo. Pedimos nuestro reembolso y por políticas del hotel no nos reembolsaron ni un peso teníamos pagadas 4 noches decidimos irnos al despertar de la primer noche y perder el dinero porque de plano NO. Pedimos hablar con el gerente y nos decían que no le tocaba ir , nadie nos resolvió nada . Nooooo se hospedeeeeeen ahí!!!!!!!!! Terrible !!!!!!!!

Muy buen hotel, muy limpio, personal muy atento y amable, buenas instalaciones, de verdad lo recomiendo..!

Le falta mucha limpieza, areas comunes alberca y cuartos. Nunca nos realizaron el aseo de cuarto no tienen personal ni comunicación Te venden tiempos conpartidos y no atieden correctamente a los husespedes Les pides que te hagan el aseo no te dan tespuesta y aprte son sarcásticos y resuleven a medias Que lamemtable situacion porque tienen buena ubicacion e intalaciones

Las habitaciones están en malas Condiciones le Urge mantenimiento en general a todo el hotel. Esta muy descuidado. Las sábanas manchadas o sucias, en general muy deterioradas

No WiFi in rooms

No había internet en el cuarto y pedí un cuarto que describía en aplicación con vista al mar y no me lo dieron. No tenía vista al mar

Nice and quiet area, it’s good to drive or you’ll spend lots of time in taxis. Room was spacious and decent but the bed, sheets and pillows were really uncomfortable, hence my poor rating

The property is located next to a train that runs early morning and in the middle of the night so we did not had one good night sleep. Our room was super rundown and dirty, the staff was not friendly at all. There was no WiFi in the rooms only in the lobby so it was super inconvenient. We had a sofa bed and the mattress was stained and super uncomfortable The springs were coming out of it. Overall a bad experience we will NEVER stay here again.

Nice property for the discounted price we got but other than a bed the hotel had little to nothing to offer. Pool seemed to be losing water, it was about 12-15 inches below what was the water level at one point. No food or drink available or allowed at the pool. No WIFI accept in the lobby. Literally about 100 ft from the train tracks so plan to get up early. Not sure if it was lack of customers but them seemed to be struggling in many areas, I wish them luck

Overall, the facility, room and service were great. My room, however, did not have Wifi. When I asked at front desk the attendant said WiFi was only available at the lobby. I was upset because the phone data reception was also very poor and I had to keep going to the lobby to send messages.

Es un lugar agradable, llegamos en fin de año y un dia no hicieron la limpieza , tambien el restaurante lo cerraron un dia y si nos afecto ya que el hotel esta distante y no hay transporte solamente en taxi, en general el lugar es bueno tiene playa esta tranquilo y el personal es amable nos resolvieron de forma excelente una ropa que olvidamos

El servicio al cliente por parte de los empleados es terrible, cero cordiales no te atendían tenías que seguirlos a ver quien te podría atender, pero las instalaciones geniales, muy seguro, tenían muy adecuado las instalaciones ñ, lo mejor la alberca, solo cambien al personal o capacitelo para dar mejor servicio al cliente

Recepciionista de muy mal caracter no dio indicaciones prwcisaa . Al ckeck out me cobraron doa toallas que porque estaban manchadas como de tinte..... Valgame en toda ki estancia nisiquiera me. Maquille menos me pinte el cabello. Un hombre de nomvrr Victor pesimo servicio empezo a decir de las toallas le comw te que no me habia pintado el cabello y se amacho a que si era de tinte.

La propiedad esta hermosa la atención es excelente esta en un area muy tranquila recomendable 100% el restaurante estuvo cerrado pero hay un lugar cerca para comerno comprar comida

We were particularly impressed with the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful and qucknto answer any questions we had. The room was very comfortable although the bed made creaking noises when I moved during the night.

No tienen wifi en los cuartos, su personal no tiene idea de ningún tipo de horario dentro del hotel, hay muy poca comunicación entre los gerentes y el personal, el servicio en el restaurante y en la alberca es terrible.

Quite a ways from everything. Restaurant was never open when I was on the property. The building and grounds were lovely. View and sound of waves was wonderful.

It is a comfortable, spacious and clean hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The pool is big and beautiful. It is a place where you can rest and enjoy. The building is outdated. Please note: on weekends (Friday and Saturday night) you will most likely be able to hear loud music coming from the side garden of the hotel and/or one of the hotels on either side, although they may end relatively early.

En la alberca el agua limpia y en buenas condiciones y grande, un lugar tranquilo sin tanto ruido para relajarse, buenisimas puestas de sol. En general solo le falta un poco de mantenimiento y si no llevas auto está muy lejos de la zona turística.

La comida a la carta del restaurant estuvo excelente, si lo que quieres es estar unos días alejado de todo y completa tranquilidad creo que este es el lugar, toma en cuenta que estás a 30 min del centro

Las camas son cómodas, pero en el restaurante no tenían ingredientes para preparar algunos platillos que vienen en el menú. Si buscas un lugar para descansar este es el óptimo.

Habitación nueva en cuarto piso muy bonita y equipada, atención en recepción el 24 de octubre por la tarde muy buena, poca variedad en restaurante y poco personal, se esfuerzan pero no basta.

Restaurant not open. No coffee available. No ice. minimal towels. no phones in room. had to walk to front desk to ask for anything. Hotel was empty. Rooms needed upgrade.

Todo el hotel excelente solo los alimentos del restaurante los sirvieron fríos y tardaron mucho en atender y éramos los únicos comensales del lugar.
