Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, room clean and well laid out, communal accommodation good, breakfast excellent!! Pam and Lorna were excellent hosts and very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed for just one night at the Beach House. The facilities were very comfortable and spacious, and dog friendly. The instructions to get into the room were clear and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. Lots of lovely little thoughtful touches which we appreciated. Near to great walks on the beach and a lovely evening dinner at 'The Wittering' pub 5 mins walk away.

I booked the Beach House, due to going to Goodwood for a few days. It had good reviews. I was not disappointed. Parking at the rear of the property was a little narrow, but once round the back, plenty of space. Also parking at the front. Good instructions pre arrival and knew where to find our room. Useful manual in the room. Lovely, comfortable room. Shower was big and good facilities in the room. Felt very homely. Shared communal lounge, downstairs, if we so wished. Breakfast room was lovely, bright and airy. Breakfast choice and range was great. Tasted amazing. Owner and staff were so so helpful and warming. Would highly recommend the Beach House. My Sin and I loved our stay. It’s also only a 2 minute drive from West Witterings Beach- one of my favourites. Can’t wait until I can come back.

The welcome we received from Pam was absolutely fabulous. So welcoming and friendly. The Beach House was walking distance from the beach. There were so many lovely touches that made our stay really pleasurable and a lovely bonus that there was a fridge in the room too. Everything was really clean. Breakfast was fabulous and we were even encouraged to take pastries with us for our beach day. Would definitely go back. We went for a beach break. Otherwise, there really wasn't anything else on offer in the area. Even the local pub was closed 2 days out of 7. The most local place to go out to eat, was a drive away. We were unable to get a cab for under £35, despite it being less than a 2 mile journey (not able to walk there as no pavements) as the taxi had to come in from Chichester. Pam had laid out crockery/cutlery for guests in case they wanted a take away and there were biscuits, sweets, water, games and a microwave in the communal area. There was also an outside space we could use.

We had a great stay in this lovely little B&B, very homely and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. Complimentary jar of biscuits and sweets was a great touch. My little girl was very excited about this. Leaving plates and cutlery out for take aways in the evening is a fabulous idea after a long day on the beach. Definitely made life easier. Lovely friendly landlady. Fabulous communication and instructions for checking in received too. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Hope to return!

Pam and Lorna are great hosts . The breakfast was amazing and the room spotless. Add to that 15 minutes walk to an awesome sandy beach it’s probably the ideal place to stay . We will be coming back , with the dog next time !

This is the most perfect accommodation, 10 minutes from the most beautiful sandy beach. The room was large, clean and so tastefully decorated. The bed and bedding was luxurious as were the towels. The shower was great. We did not meet the hosts but the checkin details were brilliant. We didnt stay for breakfast either but i have no doubt it would have been 5 star like the room Thank you

We had such a wonderful stay at The Beach House! The location is perfect-just a short walk to West Wittering beach-and the rooms were spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Pam and Lorna made us feel so welcome with lots of thoughtful touches, like snacks in the room and chilled water/excellent quality tea/coffee. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, one of the best we've ever had, and set us up perfectly for the day. It really felt like a home from home, and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommend for a relaxing seaside break!

What a fantastic place. It was so clean and modern. The ladies who run it are welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. We stayed in room 6 which had one double bed and two singles. It is beautifully decorated. A wonderful breakfast too. Thank you beach House!

Loved the choice of the breakfast. Very good indeed. Our old dog found the hard floor difficult naturally. Also, I found the security green light hard to sleep with -had not taken a eye mask.

This was a beautiful B&B and has everything you need. We were in the family room and it was perfect for us, our baby and our older boys. The room was spacious and worked so well. Breakfast was amazing and had fantastic Gluten Free options too. We definitely will be back ❤️

Very friendly team. Dislike - the light outside room 7 is very bright. As the room does not have ensuite facilities it requires leaving the bedroom to visit the toilet in the night. The light is so bright that it wakes up the other person in the room. A less bright bulb would be better.

My Sin and I loved our stay. It’s also only a 2 minute drive from West Witterings Beach- one of my favourites. Can’t wait until I can come back.

Parking at the rear of the property was a little narrow, but once round the back, plenty of space. Also parking at the front. Good instructions pre arrival and knew where to find our room. Useful manual in the room. Lovely, comfortable room. Shower was big and good facilities in the room. Felt very homely. Shared communal lounge, downstairs, if we so wished. Breakfast room was lovely, bright and airy. Breakfast choice and range was great. Tasted amazing. Owner and staff were so so helpful and warming. Would highly recommend the Beach House. Lovely stay, clean, modern decor but cosy. Parking was good, owner and staff were all lovely and accommodating. Good choice for breakfast, including healthy options. Great shower and comfy king size bed. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

If our golden retriever could leave a review, it would simply say: best sausages ever. And being so close to the beach made it even better. We’d happily return in any season.

This is the most perfect accommodation, 10 minutes from the most beautiful sandy beach. The room was large, clean and so tastefully decorated. The bed and bedding was luxurious as were the towels. The shower was great. We did not meet the hosts but the checkin details were brilliant. We didnt stay for breakfast either but i have no doubt it would have been 5 star like the room Thank you

Pam and Lorna made us feel so welcome with lots of thoughtful touches, like snacks in the room and chilled water/excellent quality tea/coffee. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, one of the best we've ever had, and set us up perfectly for the day. It really felt like a home from home, and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommend for a relaxing seaside break!

We stayed for just one night at the Beach House. The facilities were very comfortable and spacious, and dog friendly. The instructions to get into the room were clear and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. Lots of lovely little thoughtful touches which we appreciated. Near to great walks on the beach and a lovely evening dinner at 'The Wittering' pub 5 mins walk away.

It was our second time visiting the Beach House and we absolutely love it. The service is excellent, the bedding and breakfast were superb. The location is second to none being able to walk to the pub and also to the beach. We utilised the guest book to find a recommended walk around East Head which was delightful. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Pam and Lorna are great hosts . The breakfast was amazing and the room spotless. Add to that 15 minutes walk to an awesome sandy beach it’s probably the ideal place to stay . We will be coming back , with the dog next time !

This was a beautiful B&B and has everything you need. We were in the family room and it was perfect for us, our baby and our older boys. The room was spacious and worked so well. Breakfast was amazing and had fantastic Gluten Free options too. We definitely will be back ❤️

A thoroughly enjoyable one night stay at The Beach hut. Many thoughtful extras made for a relaxed and comfortable break. Fresh milk in a fridge, also some half bottles of wine, were most welcome! The room was delightful, calm and well decorated, also peaceful, despite facing the road. Parking at the rear slightly hazardous as there’s a rookery to avoid! We took some mementos home on our car windscreen. Wonderful choice of breakfasts!

Great location and super friendly staff. Every little detail thought of down to the doggy bath outside - perfect for after a long walk on the beach! Room was super comfy and the breakfast was incredible. Thank you for having us to stay!

Superb stay! Welcome and instructions were great. The room and Beachouse and breakfast area were really nicely decorated and inviting. Breakfast both service and food were first class. We will definitely be back when the sun is shining. An absolute Gem!
