Really nice to have a fridge, hob and microwave aswell as a kettle. Plenty of towels and loo roll etc. Large fan in room. Steps throughout the building are quite steep so if you have lots of luggage or even the slightest of mobility issues I'd recommend asking for a ground floor room. Carpark was a good option to have but a bit of a pain having to lock and unlock and lifting the metal bars/gates up in the air so I'd just ask for the cheaper option of road side parking next time. Room was clean and in good condition. Mattress wasn't the best but with all the walking I did I was so tired that I still managed to sleep fine. Good pillows. Few members are staff that were about were really nice. You don't have to check in and out properly, you just get sent a personal code to put in the doors which is handy. Fairly easy to contact staff.

Parking couple easily be an issue as there are only a few spaces in their car park and on road parking is permit only. We were lucky to get the last space. Loved the fact the room had a seperate living/kitchenette/dining area to the bedroom. Was clean and comfortable.

The room was very large and comfortable. Was like a little flat. Keyless entry is great but only concern is the ability to share the code so people maybe able to gain access without your key or card.

Great property in central location. Nick was readily available and helpful during our stay, the studio apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped (not surprising as Nick was always was around with his cleaning equipment). Communication from Hanif prior to check was prompt and responsive. I would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend it to others.

Good value option, with convenience of ensuite shower room and kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Very clean with modern fittings in rooms. Warm. Linen and towels provided. Helpful inclusion of basic crockery, cutlery, cleaning products and toiletries. No view; looked out over flat roof to alleyway. Stairs to upper floors are quite steep. Corridors a bit tired with stained flooring. Area outside hotel had a lot of litter with a few undesirables hanging around outside. Close to main tourist street and front, short walk to Marina Centre pool. Not too noisy in low season. Overall good budget option.

Great stay, helpful staff, lovely place. Everything you need to come and go as you please with full facilities including kettle fridge toaster microwave and TV with streaming available. Perfect spot near pubs, restaurants and the sea front. Having stayed in some truly dire B&Bs in Yarmouth previously, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Amazing apartment, just around the corner from the beach and the pier. Key code entry worked well and we felt safe. Street parking was scarce, so once we got a space we tended to stay there, however OYO helped with a payment link.

Excellent value. Friendly staff, though we didn't need to interact much. Thought the check in and communication via text may be very cumbersome; in practice it was very slick. Off street parking highly recommended. Superb location.

A great few days away. Hotel was clean and tidy. It have everything you we needed to cook with, it even came with washing up liquid. The manager Paul was friendly and on hand to help. The hotel is in a great location to the town centre and the beach. We will definitely be going back to stay.

Had a lovely stay at the oyo hotel. Very clean modern and check in was really easy oyo was there to help through a simple txt highly recommend. Will definitely be bookong the hotel again.

We were in Great Yarmouth for a charity event, we stayed a friday and saturday night. Accommodation was comfortable, clean and very near to the Pier, ideally placed for our needs. Our only issue was other guests, the hotel was busy around 11 p.m.- midnight with guests coming back and forwards this quietened down but unfortunately another guest decided to be very antisocial around 1.30 in the morning, to be honest I could not be bothered to find the hotel number to see if anything could be done as I hoped they would wear themselves out and quieten down. The next night the hotel was very quiet and a peaceful night sleep was had. I would use the OYO again if in the area. It was nice to have parking available.

Travelled to Great Yarmouth from London to stay for two nights. Foul smelling room and toilet like vomitus, sprayed too much air freshener I ended up having a sore throat unable to work the rest of the week.

I stayed for a weekend with my family and it was a great experience!! The room was super clean, close to the beach and the staff very helpful. I really recommend this place!

Initial communication was poor, tried to reserve a parking space before we left but no luck, and no one answered the oyo phone. The apartments were ok, beds were comfortable but the sofa beds both dirty, and bins in both apartments left unemptied. Shower in one room was excellent but the one in the other was hanging off the wall. We were only there one night and the location is perfect for the main drag of restaurants and the Britannia pier.

Brilliant couple of days, room was clean and very spacious. We got there at 2pm and rang the manager and he got us the code straight away so we could get in, excellent service . The hotel was full but never heard any noise from the other rooms or outside the hotel. Will definitely stay again as great location for the sea front and shops.

I wanted accommodation which would allow me to do my own thing, both work and cooking, and this was just what I needed. I would consider using this property again for a more social visit. It's well placed, very clean and well appointed.

Property is well looked after. Lovely and clean aswell as spacious. Tea and coffee supplied which isnt normally in apartments. The owners kept in touch frequently thoughout our stay and we even extended our trip and stayed an extra night due to their kindness and caring nature. They accommodated our every request and were just lovely. Will definitely book again next year! Thank you so much!

Brilliant property and communication is brilliant. Felt really safe getting in as there is a key pad to stop people getting in to the reception area. Apartments are all lovely - we had 3 apartments as staying as a group of 3 couples. Really easy to find and get too. Great location as easy walking distance to everything. We attended for an event on nearby. If we return to Great Yarmouth we would look for availability here first.

Booked a room on the ground floor due to bad legs was given one on the 3rd floor. As there is no reception i messaged them and wothin 15 minutes got a text back apologising and given a room on the ground floor. Excellent response time and checked with me later to see if everything was ok. Room was spacious and clean Bed was really comfortable kitchen area had everything you needed. I score it 9/10 overall.

Initial communication was poor, tried to reserve a parking space before we left but no luck, and no one answered the oyo phone. The apartments were ok, beds were comfortable but the sofa beds both dirty, and bins in both apartments left unemptied. Shower in one room was excellent but the one in the other was hanging off the wall. We were only there one night and the location is perfect for the main drag of restaurants and the Britannia pier.

Excellent value. Friendly staff, though we didn't need to interact much. Thought the check in and communication via text may be very cumbersome; in practice it was very slick. Off street parking highly recommended. Superb location.

A great few days away. Hotel was clean and tidy. It have everything you we needed to cook with, it even came with washing up liquid. The manager Paul was friendly and on hand to help. The hotel is in a great location to the town centre and the beach. We will definitely be going back to stay.

Great property in central location. Nick was readily available and helpful during our stay, the studio apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped (not surprising as Nick was always was around with his cleaning equipment). Communication from Hanif prior to check was prompt and responsive. I would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend it to others.

Brilliant couple of days, room was clean and very spacious. We got there at 2pm and rang the manager and he got us the code straight away so we could get in, excellent service . The hotel was full but never heard any noise from the other rooms or outside the hotel. Will definitely stay again as great location for the sea front and shops.

Good value option, with convenience of ensuite shower room and kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Very clean with modern fittings in rooms. Warm. Linen and towels provided. Helpful inclusion of basic crockery, cutlery, cleaning products and toiletries. No view; looked out over flat roof to alleyway. Stairs to upper floors are quite steep. Corridors a bit tired with stained flooring. Area outside hotel had a lot of litter with a few undesirables hanging around outside. Close to main tourist street and front, short walk to Marina Centre pool. Not too noisy in low season. Overall good budget option.

Brilliant property and communication is brilliant. Felt really safe getting in as there is a key pad to stop people getting in to the reception area. Apartments are all lovely - we had 3 apartments as staying as a group of 3 couples. Really easy to find and get too. Great location as easy walking distance to everything. We attended for an event on nearby. If we return to Great Yarmouth we would look for availability here first.

I don't even know where to start. At the very beginning we could not do online check-in because of some issues on their side. Nobody replied to my messages and I had to call someone, just to be told that they don't see my booking. They did find it after all and I managed to check in. The room was with air con which is a huge bonus, but as soon as you turn it off it makes a weird noise and it continued all night until I turned it back on. The room was tiny, smelly and with one small window on the ceiling. Everything outdated or half broken. I believe the hotel is mostly used as a council hotel for homeless people or refugees, the smell of food was everywhere. The area is scary with lots of drunk people, drug addicts and god knows who else. I didn't feel safe there even during the day. We had to pay £10 a night for our car to be parked in 'secure parking', and we were given the key and asked to open the metal barrier ourselves when leaving/entering the parking. So if you want to go on holiday to Great Yarmouth, just don't. And if you have to go there anyway, find some better place where to stay. This hotel definitely is not worth £80 a night

Very bad quality rooms, bed uncomfortable, floor inclined, dirty and messy on arrival, requested a receipt for the parking and took me 5 reminders and 2 weeks for them to send it to me. Honestly unless there’s nothing else around, DONT pick it, not worth it even thought is a cheap place

We booked the apartment as we were in Grt Yarmouth For a friends wedding, booked 2 different apartments We were made to feel very welcome by the host Haníf, he was available at the end of the phone at anytime. The rooms are extremely basic, would not call the apartments modern. Taps were not clean. Toilet seat moved, no bread knives in the cutlery, my friends room had wooden cutlery in the draw with a few odds. It’s not like anywhere I’ve ever stayed before in my Life,
