Restaurant mit Terrasse im 19 war sehr schön, sehr zentral, Apotheke, Einkaufszentrum und Arzt um die Ecke, Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Sauna so la-la, Sauna war geschlossen, Dampfbad und Hamam war aus. Abgenutzter Teppichboden im Zimmer war ekelhaft.

First positives: the staff is friendly and ready to help. View from 19th floor Caffè/Restaurant is great. MY room was on 17th floor, with a great view, and it was large. Now not so positives: the room carpet and the bathroom walls and floors had stains. Matress and pillows were very poor quality. The sink did not have hot water, i had to shave with cold water. The swimming pool is great, but other stuff like showers and WC needs maintanence. I can not recommend this hotel.

Kule hôtel mérite la 5ème étoiles, c'est une hôtel super, avec un service de voiturier au top, la terrasse au 19ème étage est incroyable, le petit déjeuner est très vaste, bref un hôtel au top niveau à Gaziantep, à retourner sans hésiter.

Nous avons apprecié les services , notamment le massage etait formidable, cependant nous avons dû changer de chambre car la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la nôtre. Les équipements et la literie sont corrects mais la moquette au sol etait sale . Selon moi cela ne correspond pas a un standard de 4 étoiles.

ilk defa kaldığım otelden çok memnun kaldım. Gayet geniş bir oda, rahat bir yatak. Kahvaltı alternatifli ve geniş bir alanda, özellikle 19. katta olması tüm çevreyi göreceğiniz bir manzara sunuyor. Ufak tefek olumsuzluk olarak, televizyon küçük ve doğru düzgün kanallar çekmiyor. Tuvalet banyo dar.

Odalar geniş, temizlik ile ilgili bir sorun görmedim ama 16. Kata neden sıcak su gelmez anlamadım. 9 dakika akıttıktan sonra ancak duş alınacak sıcaklığa ulaştı. Kahvaltıyı denemedim o yüzden bilmiyorum ancak akşam beyran ve kara kavurma yedim onlar güzeldi.
