It was very clean and it exceeded my expectations for the amazing view and what the suite offered. I feel for the price I paid, I got tremendous value even though I only stayed for one night. The full kitchen was a very nice feature which could be best used in a long stay. I liked the self check-in and the way it seamlessly worked. Overall, it was easily the best suite I stayed in on my road trip.

Our freshly made bed had lotion and body fluids on it, we could see the stains and smell and feel them. That’s not inviting!!! We are planning to not stay here again! I wonder how many people slept here on the same bed with it never being washed? All we are saying is, DO THE LAUNDRY!!!

Not great. Went in and the air conditioning was blasting, didn’t realize until later they must have done it cover the smell in the room. Absolutely disgusting. The carpet was filthy. The bed squeaked and made so much noise. No outlet plug in the bathroom so definitely hard to get ready. There were someone’s nail clipping on the shelf above the sink in the bathroom. Definitely not ours. The view was amazing though.

Self Check-in was easy, efficient and without the usual hassles of waiting in line. Room was immaculate. Could hear people walking and talking around the property and in a room next door (heard their Apple Watch alarm going off in the morning). Location was fabulous, very picturesque and walkable along the waterfront. The only negative was the cycling of the AC - would go off and come back on after a few hours. Perhaps we couldn’t figure out the proper settings to stop this start and stop sound. Fort Frances is a lovely little town. I would return in a heartbeat. Checkout was also a breeze, ice availability was great. Overall very happy.

The property was clean, but small with small beds. The bathroom was clean but very small. For sleeping there was nothing wrong with it, but it wouldn’t be comfortable if the weather was inclement and you had to stay in the room.

Its a great boutique motel, with some amazing views of the water. The motel was super clean, and the room was great. My only complaint stems from the not so comfy mattress and the crappy pillows. Everything else, from the self check-in process to the room itself was fantastic. I would consider staying there again

The room was well equipped. However the fridge obviously has a problem…..loud noises cutting in and out all night. Needs repair or replacement. Great walk in shower. Overall very pleased….just fix the fridge!

Easy check in process. The room is clean but they are a bit dated. Booked sea view room 120 but the window was fogged over (window needs replacing) so couldn’t see out of it. Great location and for one or two nights it’s great.

We stayed 1 night. I liked the contactless check-in/check-out system. Checking in was a little glitchy (selected English but msgs displayed in Spanish so we had to restart the display; had to press the Enter button 4 times after entering our access code before the key locker opened... just minor issues). Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was excellent, room was clean, and location near the lake walking path is great! We would stay again

Not used to auto. check-in....tough on old handicapped people esp. when such late check-in from out of town and no way to know all this until on the road. Needed help checking in.....a person via phone all helpful and excellent. Thanks for a great stay.

This was a seamless process from booking to check out. Very easy to get to and parking was ample. Contactless key retrieval was smooth. Room was clean & neat. LOVED the view of the lake as well as the convenience of the walking path, convenience store & restaurant. Have to watch for open/close times of nearby businesses as they are early during the week.

I was sitting in one of the chairs out front when a large dump truck pulled in and parked right in front of me blocking the Lake view. The air conditioning and fridge are noisy, and I can hear the tops being turned on in the neighbours rooms. The access to the lake and walking paths is fantastic. A very nice community.

This property is an older motel but has been tastefully renovated. The staff here are beyond efficient and take great pride in their work and it shows. Would definitely recommend this property. The sunrises and deer just roaming the area only add to the beauty of the area. Lastly the restaurant right next door is excellent, the eggs benedict is incredible

Americians party all night banging doors at the crack of dawn walls paper thin. Bed is hard as a rock. Beer cans in the parking area. Check in was a challange but got it. Other than that the place was fine. No food avaiable anywhere
