Hyggelig betjening og veldig sentralt. Rommet var hyggelig (dog litt overmøblert så litt problemer med kofferten. Bra bad og alt var rent og pent. Fint å kunne sove med åpent vindu. Sengen litt i mykeste laget. Det er heis. Den er veldig trang, men fungerer godt men litt treg. Greiest å bruke trappene når man ikke har baggasje. Men trappene er veldig bratte.

Long black hairs in bathroom -not mine. Marks from tape all over bathroom mirror. Shower floor looked like nasty. Absolutely outrageous that all staff disappear from hotel at 7pm and that bar/restaurant closes before then. The hotel is terribly worn down. The rooms get very warm and there is no fan, no a/c and no ventilation in rooms. I will not stay here again.

It couldn't be closer to the train station/ferry terminal. It took all of a minute to walk there. Checkin took one or two minutes. There is an elevator which holds three or four people. Walking in the old town area where the hotel is is a pleasure with all the shops and cafés. It's very close to Kronborg Castle as well. We did not take advantage of the breakfast so I have no comments about it. It's a good value hotel. I believe it's the same hotel where I stayed in 1979 and it is just as fine as it was back then. Highly recommended.

Meget hyggeligt lille hotel, slidt på den charmerende måde. Vi var begejstrede over at man har bevaret fx det gamle skrivebord med læderindlæg. Hotellet ligger lige i smørhullet mellem havnen, spisesteder og barer, og den historiske bydel. Skønt sted! Kaffe/te-udstyr på værelset er rart. Fin gårdhave. Morgenmad ok, men køkkenet havde vist meget travlt gr stor event i byen, så det kneb lidt med at fylde tomme fade op. Det havde alle vist forståelse for. Vi kommer gerne igen.

De locatie van dit hotel is wel goed. Dicht bij het centrum en bij het kasteel. Maar de kamers moeten dringend gerenoveerd worden of ten minste een grondige poetsbeurt krijgen. De badkamer was vies. Haren en schimmel in de douchebak. Er was geen warm water. Ook na het melden, werd het probleem niet opgelost. Jammer.

Everyone was kind and the location was lovely! Curtains on the windows would have made a huge difference though. There are just flimsy blinds and some are broken, so if you are visiting in the summer with long hours of sunlight you’ll find the room bright at 5am! Pack a sleep mask for a better night sleep than I.

Vi gjorde en natts vistelse på hotellet som är centralt beläget. Det är ett gammalt hotell med gungande golv och en labyrint av korridorer. Lite väsen från gångvägen utanför. Liten toalett med dusch. Fantastisk frukost.

Very poor walls and doors, we could only whisper in the room without our neighbor knocked the wall. Worn 3. rd floor and oh, Im afraid of fire and this place does not look safe - e.g. as the window can not open and the fire escape is not so clear to understand

Very well situated hotel in old building close to castle, train station, main street. Room seemed to be larger from the photos, but it had all we needed for the stay. View from the window was beautiful. Breakfast area simply amazing with lot of food choice. Parking is interesting, but easily doable.

Litet gulligt rum som hade bekväma sängar. Dock ej AC. Skrev till dom mina önskemål om fläkt. Men det fanns inte. Lite mögel i duschen som man borde åtgärda. 200 svenska kronor för frukost där dom inte ens hade smör till brödet. Ej heller senap till korven. Hutlöst at ta betalt för den frukosten!!

Fyrbäddsrummet högst upp på vinden var ok för 2 personer. De två "extra" bäddarna hade lampor som man släckte/tände genom att med hukad kropp tog sig ut längst bort ute i rummet. Man kände sig instängd vid fara för brand även om det fanns brandvarnare i rummet. Nödutgång strax nedanför en smal trappa till vinden.

Vi kom efter aftale sent. Vi hentede vor nøgle i nøgleboks. Det tog os mere en10 minutter, da hotellet, da hotellet har TO sæt nøglebokse - og vi boksede med den gamle, til vi så den ny. På værelset var ingen info om Wifi kode, så vi måtte ned i receptionen for at få den. Det kan I gøre bedre.

Vi kom efter aftale sent. Vi hentede vor nøgle i nøgleboks. Det tog os mere en10 minutter, da hotellet, da hotellet har TO sæt nøglebokse - og vi boksede med den gamle, til vi så den ny. På værelset var ingen info om Wifi kode, så vi måtte ned i receptionen for at få den. Det kan I gøre bedre.

Værelser var ok men morgenmad var slet ikke klar kl 7.00.sagde det i receptionen og han sagde det det ville være i orden til næste morgen men det var det ikke. Lidt træls når man skal på arbejde og så er 125kr meget for morgenmad

Even though I was more than an hour overdue for my original check-in time of 6:00 p.m., the closing time, the receptionist was still open and waiting for me. Check-in was very friendly and attentive. Although not spacious, the rooms were well furnished and comfortable.It should be noted that the location of the hotel is very close to the station. Thank you for a wonderful start to our trip to Denmark.

fine værelser, ikke ret store, men pæne og rene. Receptionen var på ingen måde hjælpsomme, hvilket desværre gjorde i negativ indtryk på vores ophold. vi booket stort set alle værelser til vores bryllup, så jeg er lidt usikker på hvorfor de ikke havde tid til os. men vi kommer i hvert fald ikke tilbage.

Hotellet i sig selv er fint, værelserne er ikke ret store, men hyggeligt indrettet. Receptionen var decideret uhøflige. vi havde booket stort set alle værelser til vores bryllup og det virkede som om at vi var en gene for dem. Da vi tjekkede ind kom der bare en spids kommentar om at nogle havde flyttet værelse. jeg forventede på ingen måde at den røde løber blev rullet ud, men måske et tillykke når bruden ankommer i brudekjole ville på sin plads.

Hotellet i sig selv er fint, værelserne er ikke ret store, men hyggeligt indrettet. Receptionen var decideret uhøflige. vi havde booket stort set alle værelser til vores bryllup og det virkede som om at vi var en gene for dem. Da vi tjekkede ind kom der bare en spids kommentar om at nogle havde flyttet værelse. jeg forventede på ingen måde at den røde løber blev rullet ud, men måske et tillykke når bruden ankommer i brudekjole ville på sin plads.

It couldn't be closer to the train station/ferry terminal. It took all of a minute to walk there. Checkin took one or two minutes. There is an elevator which holds three or four people. Walking in the old town area where the hotel is is a pleasure with all the shops and cafés. It's very close to Kronborg Castle as well. We did not take advantage of the breakfast so I have no comments about it. It's a good value hotel. I believe it's the same hotel where I stayed in 1979 and it is just as fine as it was back then. Highly recommended.

Hotellet och service var bra, men mycket oväsen utanför på natten, skränande människor utanför, måsar som börjar skrika så fort det ljusnar, sopning på gatorna mycket tidigt på morgonen

Værelser var ok men morgenmad var slet ikke klar kl 7.00.sagde det i receptionen og han sagde det det ville være i orden til næste morgen men det var det ikke. Lidt træls når man skal på arbejde og så er 125kr meget for morgenmad

Ett bra hotell generellt sett. Det som ger lite extra guldkant är läget o frukosttallriken. Lugnt och ett stenkast från kanalen. Ingen buffé frukost utan man fick en ordninggjord tallrik vackert och fräscht. Dock kostar den en bra slant.

Jättetrevlig personal. Mysigt hotell med bra läge. Vi åt på restaurangen i anslutning till hotellet och blev väldigt positivt överraskade! Jättebra service och god mat.

Litet gulligt rum som hade bekväma sängar. Dock ej AC. Skrev till dom mina önskemål om fläkt. Men det fanns inte. Lite mögel i duschen som man borde åtgärda. 200 svenska kronor för frukost där dom inte ens hade smör till brödet. Ej heller senap till korven. Hutlöst at ta betalt för den frukosten!!
